Lori Ayres is the executive director of the California Olympic Regional Training Center and she is the director of the Cardinal Wrestling Club. She is originally from New Jersey where her wrestling journey began and she became involved in paving the way for D1 schools and all colleges to gain woman's wrestling programs. She talks about how to start training at regional training centers, how to get them in your state and the things we need to be doing to get more D1 schools to add a woman's wrestling program to their schools.
