3: Conversion


In this stage, you'll find potential customers

who are interested in your brand and are on the

verge of buying.


They've done their research, they've watched some

of your other videos and they've likely subscribed

to your list.


At this stage, you should focus on creating videos

that feature additional testimonials!


Social proof works best when there's plenty of it.


4: Retention


In this stage you are working on retaining

customers and encouraging repeat sales.


Personalized thank-you videos work great at

keeping customers engaged with your brand.


You could also create videos that provide

walk-through guides or instructional-based

content that helps your customers use your

products.


Finally, consider rewarding your customer

base with exclusive offers or sneak peeks at

upcoming items and services.

make buying decisions.
