In this episode, I had the absolute privilege of sitting down with the beautiful Bec Bond — an incredible pregnancy, newborn, and family photographer, and a truly courageous voice for families navigating the unimaginable.
When Bec and her husband Corbin decided to grow their family after a ‘textbook’ pregnancy and birth with their first child, they never imagined their journey would take such a heartbreaking turn.
After passing the early milestones — the NIPT (harmony) testing and the “safe” 12-week mark — it was at their 20-week scan that they received devastating news: news no parents should ever have to hear, and that would mean they would not be bringing their little boy home.
The past 12 months have been an incredibly tough road of grief, loss, and unimaginable resilience for Bec and her family.
Through it all, Bec has been bravely vulnerable, sharing her journey so openly through her photography business and social platforms — not only as a way to process her own grief, but to raise awareness and help others walking a similar path feel less alone.
⚠️ A gentle trigger warning:This episode contains open and honest discussions around infant loss and miscarriage. Please listen when and if you feel ready, and prioritise your own wellbeing first. 💛

Boysober
Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
