This next chat is with an OG Yeah The Gals guest and that is the absolute powerhouse Kelly George, who is a registered cosmetic nurse, business owner, mentor, and key opinion leader within the aesthetic space. Running her successful clinic ‘Kelly George Aesthetics’ in Tamworth.
If you haven’t already, we chat through her epic career in the 2nd ever episode of Yeah The Gals—so give it a listen!
In today’s conversation, we delve into a very personal experience for Kelly, and one that affects SO many women who are in their postpartum, pre, and peri-menopause periods—and that is incontinence (or light bladder leakage).
Having had her two boys in her 20s, it was in her early 30s that Kelly started to experience symptoms of incontinence, which worsened progressively over the next 10 years.
After seeing multiple gynecologists, a physiotherapist, and feeling like no one was giving her a solution or answer, she thought this was just something she would have to deal with.
But after returning from an overseas holiday in her early 40s and discovering there was another alternative, Kelly jumped at the chance to literally change her quality of life, which is exactly what happened.
This was such an informative conversation and one that a lot of women should be having—so thank you, Kelly, for being open to sharing your story and shedding light on what options are out there to help others going through the same motions you’ve been through.
We hope you enjoy!

Boysober
Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
