Je souhaite comme beaucoup méditer ou visualiser pour manifester l'abondance et je rencontre parfois des difficultés à lâcher prise sur mes peurs et croyances limitantes, ce qui peut forcément bloquer le processus. J'ai parfois du mal à maintenir une concentration soutenue ou à clarifier mes véritables désirs, rendant mon intention floue ou confuse. Le doute sur mes capacités à recevoir ou sur l'efficacité de mes pratiques peut créer une résistance intérieure qui freine la manifestation.
