(00:10):
Hello, this is Adrianne from Always Home Yoga, welcoming you
to season 3 of the Yoga Saved Mepodcast.
We'll continue to talk with yogis about why yoga is so
important to them and offer meditation, yoga nidra, and
movement practices. My wish for you is to be well.

(00:41):
Hey, it's Adrian, Andrew, Michael's activist offer yoga
teacher and how these classes look.
The thing I liked was the side coming to you to let you know or
remind you and to celebrate or to encourage you to acknowledge
Mental Health Awareness month, the month of May.
You know, I've shared before that my mental health has had
challenges. You know, I've been raped,

(01:02):
sexual assault, so PTS seriouslyfor my dad and in the throes of
it for my mom. We lost last year my daddy in
2021. So mother health is no joke.
I just wanted to share with you that research Mental Health
Awareness Month to see what it means to you.
I'm the most health expert. I just know that I've suffered
from it, that it's a challenge. That is something that I work on
all the time. I mean, if you're a human, take

(01:25):
care of your mental health. So let's do a quick 16 part
breath, also known as four part breath and box bathing.
So we'll count to 16. Four going up an inhale, 4 + 4
going across for your whole. So that's 8 4 coming down when
you exhale, that's 12 and then 4coming around.
Bring it on at the bottom. That's zero 16 in your box and

(01:46):
44444. So do the one count.
I'm going to do it mine and thenI'll see you later if I can
figure out how to turn off. OK, can you hit this one in the
background? Bye.

(02:10):
This is Adrian with Always Home Yoga and I hope you found this
episode useful and that you'll join us next time.
Until then, be well.
