But letting go of that mindset? That’s a whole different battle. I can sleep just fine, but true rest? The kind where you sit down, watch a show, and don’t hear that little voice in your head saying, “You should be reading, working out, researching…” Yeah, that’s where the struggle is real. And I know I’m not alone. That nagging voice? She’s loud, she’s rude, and she does NOT know when to shut up.
