That’s why we’re stepping back to ask a more intentional question: is this helping create harmony, or is it feeding the overwhelm?
After a shaky 2024, the word harmony has become a guiding principle for me. Instead of striving for a perfect work-life balance (spoiler: it doesn’t exist), my focus has shifted to systems that support a flow between business and life, one that is flexible, realistic, and sustainable.
