So go ahead and close your eyes and start to slow your breathing.

And if you need to yawn, I need to yawn.
Sometimes I yawn when I'm moving energy.
Some people might burp, some people might get tired, that's all okay.
Especially when I first started moving energy, I was tired all the time.
And by moving energy, I mean like getting rid of old emotions in my body.

So slow your breathing.
Next I want you to start to feel your stomach expand from the inside.
So try to move your point of awareness.
So our awareness is like your inner point of focus in your body.
And most of the time, if you're not trained, that lives in your head between your ears.

But I want you to do what you can to move your awareness down into your body.
So the first way that I like to do that is to really let my stomach expand when I'm breathing.
And feel the expansion from the inside.
So see if you can go down there.

I'm starting to feel a little bit better.
So I also move energy on behalf of myself and people that listen to this.
So I'm probably moving some energy for some of you, whoever is listening to this either now or on the replay.

So what I want you to do is bring to mind what is the worst thing someone could judge you for?
What could they say?
Like what is your biggest fear thing that they could say?
You're a fraud.
You don't know what you're talking about.
Who are you to try to be an expert in this?

Like I don't know.
Those are some examples.
But you come up with your biggest fear that you're most afraid of.
Just bring it up to mind.
And I want you to pretend that someone actually said that.
And so imagine that someone says it to your face or you are on stage and someone raises their hand and says that to you.
Or you open up your social media and someone put that in a comment.
Whatever your biggest fear is, we're going to go there right now.

Notice where you feel it in your body.

As with most of our fears, there's a visceral sensation somewhere in our body.
So like for me, it's showing up in like my low chest, upper abdomen area.

It's where a lot of emotions come up for people.
A lot of people associate emotions to the solar plexus chakra, which is the third chakra up.
So a lot of people feel them in their gut.
But some people get it in their neck, in their shoulders, in their chest.
So wherever you feel it is correct for you.
And so whatever someone says, notice where you feel it in your body in response to what they're saying.

Because that feeling of pain, of angst, that is what your ego is trying to protect you from.
It's not the words.
It's I don't want to feel this feeling, but you, you're going to feel this feeling because that's what I make people do.
I'm going to show you how to move through this in an empowered way so that way you become unafraid of your pain.

So wherever you feel it in your body.
I want you to start sending breath there.
So in the in breath, imagine sending breath down to that place.
And then, sorry, we were a lot of energy for you all.
And the out breath, imagine that mass in your body getting bigger because we are going to allow ourselves to feel whatever emotion is trapped in that spot.

We're going to allow ourselves to feel it right now.
So for me, again, it's like upper abdomen, lower chest, right below the bra line for my ladies listening for my men to signal that.
So I'm going to send breath there and then the out breath, imagine it getting bigger out to the surface of my skin.

Then stick with it for as long as you need.
You know, I must be moving energy because that's not yawning this much at the beginning of the podcast.
Stick with it as long as you need to feel, if you feel anger, let yourself feel anger.
If you want to cry, let yourself cry.

I'm also, I've got some tears showing up because all of that is liberating the emotion that's trapped in there.
Remember any motion is energy in motion.
Energy cannot be created or destroyed.
It just changes forms.
So if we don't let ourselves feel emotions at any point in our life, or if our ancestors did not let themselves feel emotions at any point in our life,
guess what, it's all in our body.

But now you can just feel it, you can complete the cycle.
Most emotions are through the system within 60 to 90 seconds.
And so imagine going your whole life afraid of being judged.
When if you just sat there for 60 to 90 seconds and felt it, you would feel so much freer.
Side note, this is pretty much most of the work I do with my clients is helping them release their resistance because then the action becomes easy.

Once you release the resistance from your body, then the action is like, alright, bring it on.
So go ahead, keep breathing through it.
Still there for me.
I'm going to keep breathing through it.
I'm going to keep breathing into it.

Sometimes I like to imagine to just like this, this healing light going through.
So I'm going to imagine like there's this light that's like a plane.
It's like this flat plane going up through my body.
For me, we'll go with bright white and just set the intention that this light clears and transmutes any little nudges of energy that your breath cannot pick up.

And so starting at your feet and we're going to transmute it into love.
So starting at your feet just moves up through your calves, picking up anything and everything that is ready to transmute and not in service to you.
So now it's at your knees, moving up your thighs, going up through your hips, your lower abdomen, your upper abdomen,

really cleaning up all that space, all those things that are not in service to you through your chest, your shoulders, your arms, your neck,
and your jaw, then your head.
So just imagine whatever it is and energy is cool because energy, I think of energy as like a butler.

I really like this example I used it at one point.
I think it was on my Instagram stories.
Energy is like your butler and you get to tell it how to be in service to you.
Like you are in charge, you are that powerful.
And so if you want it to go through and clear and transmute anything that's not in your highest best good, tell it to do that and it will.
And as long as you believe that it will, that it will.

If you have disbelief, it's not going to work for you.

Sorry, I'm clearing energy for you.
So I'm not sorry.
I am doing a service.
So the last thing I want you to do, put your awareness in your heart space, keep your eyes closed, put your awareness in your heart space

and ask for a message of truth around whatever is on the other side of this block.
And if you're new to this work, typically it's something very simple.
You are worthy, you are loved, I love you unconditionally, whatever it is, just trust it.
Anything from your soul, from your higher self is always from pure unconditional love.

Right, it is always there to build you up.
So trust whatever comes through.
And I like to take it a step further.
Whatever words come through, send it down to wherever the blockage was that you cleared and imagine writing those words on the wall.
Because when there's a void in energy, we want to fill it with the good stuff.

So go ahead, for me again, it was below the bra line.
So I'm going to send, you are worthy.
And that's how it came in for me, but I'm talking so I can't receive.
You are worthy of being seen. There we go. That's what came in for me.
So I'm going to write it in that space, just over and over and really feel the truth of that.

And feel, even if it doesn't feel completely true, because I know for some people, it's hard to hear truth for the first time if you're not used to it.
But if there's an inkling of a possibility that it could be true for you, like let yourself, that's enough.
That's enough for it to start to shift you from within.

And that is why this work takes years and it builds on itself because it is tiny incremental changes over and over.
So you are worthy of being seen.
Imagine writing that on the wall of wherever you clear that space.
And just let yourself feel and sit in the beauty of that feeling for as long as you want to.
