I have a special treat today: a recorded version of my How To Be More Magnetic workshop! I’ve given this workshop live a couple times and received great feedback. I didn’t want the information to get lost to the ethers, so I thought – why not record it for the pod?

(It’s extra special because it’s also on YouTube if you’d prefer to watch it instead of hear it. The link for that is below.)

I cover a lot of ground in this episode, so get out a notebook and see what hits you hardest! I talk about things like:

  • How authenticity is not about how you label yourself; it’s something deeper.
  • How “think positive” is incomplete advice for those that want to attract better circumstances.
  • Five ways to shift your perspectives that support the highest, spiritual version of you.
  • Why waiting for your business results before you feel successful means you’ll struggle getting results.
  • Why imposter syndrome showing up is actually a good thing.

(00:00):
Today I have a really fun and special presentation for you called How to Be Magnetic.

(00:05):
And if you're on my email list at all, or if you've followed me on social, you know, maybe you know, that I've given this presentation before.
And I have. I've given it a couple times, two in person, and neither of those were recorded, and one live online.
But that one was a collab with an astrologer, and that one was brilliant.
I'll leave the link below if you want to see that part.

(00:26):
And for that part, I went through my part really, really quickly.
So that way I could leave time and space for Marissa to tell us where magnetism lives in our astrology chart.
So all well and good.
But I figured since I have the presentation ready to go, why don't I put it on the podcast so that way I can record it and more people can listen to it and the fun part, more people can see it.

(00:51):
Yes, so now that I'm recording these on Zoom, I thought, hey, guess what?
I can record it.
You can either listen to it on the podcast or a special treat if you want to.
You can go over to my YouTube channel, which I will leave a link for below and actually watch the presentation as I'm giving it.
So either way, but again, since it's ready, I thought why not record it?
Why not use it?

(01:12):
So that way more people have the information.
So that's what we're going to do today.
We are going to get into how to be magnetic or more magnetic because as we will learn, you're always magnetic.
You're always attracting.
So this is going to be really fun.

(01:35):
Welcome to Your Business is Your Spiritual Path, the podcast for business owners who are ready to make more money and have more fun without doing more work.
After all, you didn't zip on this skin suit to hustle and grind.
It's okay to have fun along the way.
I'm your host Andrea Andrew.
On this show, I share spiritual concepts, universal principles and energy alignment techniques that will help you embody your next best self so you can thrive in your life and in your business.

(02:05):
All right, we are back.
How to be more magnetic or the podcast.
So you'll hear me clicking a little, it's because I'm actually moving slides along too, but I will do a good job of describing what I am doing as I go through the slides.
So before we start, what I love to remind people is that I'm going to be sharing a lot of information today.

(02:27):
So don't try to take all of it in today.
Don't try to make all of the changes all at once.
Trust your intuitive nudges and what is best for you.
Your being guided, your higher self is what you're doing.
Being guided, your higher self is guiding you on this is the lesson for you.
This is the next step that I want you to take or that would be in your highest and best good for you to take.

(02:49):
And you get that through your body.
You get that through that.
Oh, that just hit me like a ton of bricks.
So pay attention to those.
You can always come back to this recording, to this podcast if you want to hear it again,
which you probably will because I'm going to be getting into a lot of information.
So just listen, take notes, whatever.
Just see what pings you and what hits you.
So because that is what is for you today.

(03:12):
So I want to start with why should you care about being magnetic?
And this wasn't something that I actually put in the original presentation either.
This was something I just, it hit me as like, oh yeah, maybe I should talk about why anyone would care about being magnetic.
And for me, the answer is because we're always attracting.

(03:32):
We're always attracting.
We're always magnetic.
But if we want elevated things in our life, if we want an elevated business,
if we want to attract more clients, more money, then we need to elevate ourselves and our vibration to the point where that's what we are attracting.
And so when you can learn to care about your magnetism and you can learn how you can,

(03:56):
I mean, manipulate in a good word.
I don't mean manipulate in like a manipulative sort of word.
I mean, you can control your vibration.
You're not stuck at a certain vibration.
You can learn how to control it in a way that actually serves you.
So that way, the things that you want to experience and attract into your life,

(04:16):
you can by being more magnetic.
And the more you attune to your natural magnetism, the more you naturally start attracting people, resources, opportunities, money.
Because you're always attracting those things at the level to which you're vibrating.
And so why not work on your vibration, your magnetism?

(04:37):
I'm kind of kind of talk about those similarly, but differently today.
But why not work on those to work for you at your advantage?
Because you're always attracting.
You're always being magnetic.
We are designed to bring to us the things that we need to fulfill our soul's mission.
But there are certain things you need to do and turn on and do.
And stop thinking and stop acting like if you want that to work as high as it can for you.

(05:04):
So that's why you should care.
Although should, don't tell anyone to should on you.
But if you feel like this is something you're supposed to learn right now, then you'll know.
If it's not, you'll probably go listen to something else or watch something else.
And that's okay too.
I know that if you're here, there's something here for you.
And if you're stuck on me, there's something here for you.

(05:25):
And so welcome.
We're going to talk about magnetism today.
So this will be the only part that'll be probably super visual.
And I'll talk you through it.
So what I say without knowing what these two people do, who are you more drawn to?
And so the image on the left is me February 2020.
And on the right is me December 2023.

(05:47):
Both of them were professional headshots.
One of them was taken when I was still in my corporate job.
And one of them was taken about 10 months ago.
When I was in my coaching business and I realized that I needed elevated headshots
to start to call in an elevated clientele and have an elevated brand.
And so it was amazing to me that I happen to have similar poses

(06:10):
from each of those time periods.
This was totally coincidental.
But hair and makeup aside, which is what I tell everyone,
one of those clearly was not professionally done.
And the other one clearly was professionally done because I don't know how to do hair.
There's more to me in those pictures.
And what I see in those pictures, especially in the after,
especially in the December 2023, is more confidence.

(06:33):
She's more confident in her body.
She's more sure of herself.
She's, you know, sitting up kind of straight and stiff, but not in a stiff way.
More in like a, I've got this kind of way where before in 2020,
I was a lot more shy, a lot more unsure.
And it shows in my body language.
You can totally see I felt awkward and the awkwardness came through in my body.

(06:57):
Second image, second example, these are standing shots, but same thing,
same timeframe, February 2020 to December 2023.
I like to joke that I wanted to throw as many of these in as I could
because I paid a lot for those headshots and they're amazing.
And I just want to show them off as much as I can.
But same sort of thing, very similar pose.
One of them was a lot more awkward.
And one of them felt a lot more confident.

(07:19):
The one in 2023, like I'm wearing a damn body suit.
I would not be caught dead in a body suit in 2020, showing off my tummy so much,
having it tucked into my jeans.
But I was like, you know what, I don't care.
I'm doing this because I feel good.
And the feel good shows in the picture and everyone that I've asked this question to,

(07:40):
they see it, they all pick the same thing.
They are more drawn to the person in 2023.
And they don't know anything about what I do or, you know, maybe they know a little bit
if they've been following me.
But for the most part, it's not like my coaching shifted.
It's not necessarily that the work that I do changed dramatically.
What changed dramatically was me on the inside.

(08:04):
And that is what I call embodied confidence.
I have been working on my thoughts, but I've taken my thoughts from my head
down into my body.
And we'll talk about what that means in a little bit.
But it's out of my conscious.
So a lot of us think of the consciousness as affirmations, as I'm, yeah, I know I'm awesome.

(08:27):
I know that I'm worthy.
But then when we really get into it, into our bodies, our body tells a different story
because our bodies where our unconscious is stored.
And so what I have done is I've made mental tweaks in the way that I look at the world.
And I have rewritten how I store those mental tweaks in my body
so that way I can start to ooze more confidence.

(08:48):
It's like I rewrote the script and the computer programs in my body
to know that I'm good at what I do, to know that I'm worthy, to know that I'm valuable.
And that's what shows in my body.
And so even though you're not even necessarily feeling me in the room
and feeling my energy, although a lot of people who do actually do that,

(09:09):
do actually get me in the room.
They say you've got really good energy.
But even just looking at those pictures, you're more drawn to me just based on the way that I'm standing.
So energy aside, there is an attraction to confidence that as humans we have.
And I think it's because so few people actually have it.

(09:30):
So few people actually feel good in their skin.
So few people have actually overcome imposter syndrome in a way that works for them.
That when we see it, we're like, damn, I want some of what she's having.
And so that is what you are seeing in the pictures was not just me mentally reciting
some affirmations and telling myself that I'm good at what I do.
It was me taking those perspectives and actually shifting how I feel in my body.

(09:55):
And it comes out in my body.
And so that's what people say when they mean embodied.
It's like it's not just the mental game.
It's all the way through your body.
It's like every cell is on board with feeling how damn good I am.
You are they are.
And so that's the difference for me.
And that is the visual difference.

(10:15):
Now what I want to talk about is why do I even care about confidence as a business coach,
right, as a spiritual business coach?
Early 2023, the year before leading up to those headshots, I was taking the action.
I was doing the email list building courses, trying to build my email,
trying to launch programs, call people in, doing all the things.

(10:36):
But what was underneath all of those things was I was afraid to introduce myself as a spiritual
coach because I might be judged for being a spiritual coach.
I was avoiding in-person events and hiding behind social media because if I went to
in-person events, then I would have to explain what I do.
And I didn't have the perfect, oh, I helped so and so do such and such.
I didn't have the perfect statement.

(10:57):
I didn't even know.
I mean, it took me a while to call myself a spiritual coach.
For a while, I was an empowerment coach and then a transformational coach.
Even though I really was a spiritual coach, I was just afraid to use those words.
And I was afraid to hold live events because then I would have to ask people and then I
would have to invite people.
And what if people didn't show up?
That rejection would be painful.
And so that was the real energy that I was coming from.

(11:20):
I was afraid of myself.
I was unsure of myself.
I was afraid to be seen, right?
And so even though I was taking action, that was the energy that people were getting from
me and that energy is a repelling energy.
People are not attracted to people who are not sure of themselves.
They're not confident in themselves.

(11:41):
And so I decided to take a pause from doing all the strategic work.
And I started doing the inner work.
And that's when my business started taking off.
That's when people started noticing.
That's when people started paying attention.
It was really the inner work that I did.
The thought work, the embodiment work.
And so that's why I'm so passionate about this.

(12:01):
Because strategy can get you habit building and it can get you some momentum.
It can get you out there.
It can get you seen and visible.
But people aren't as attracted to your strategy as they are your energy.
And I was just listening to someone.
She was saying, if you are saying the same thing that every other person in your role

(12:23):
on the internet is saying, then you're not standing out.
And so you're doing the strategy.
But if you're not actually owning your personality, owning who you are,
doing the inner work to feel confident in being different,
then you're not going to stand out.
And so there's strategic reasons to focus on your mindset and your

(12:43):
magnetism and your vibration energy, which I kind of use those a little interchangeably right there.
There's strategic reasons, but there's also just energy reasons.
Because there's this underlying, man, I'm attracted to them and I don't know why.
But strategically, people are really attracted to confidence.
People are attracted to difference.
And so if you're just taking the action and you're doing the thing that some guru told you,

(13:06):
hey, this worked for me to get a million followers.
And now you do the exact same thing step by step.
It's very unlikely to work for you because you're different.
Your energy is different.
And so I'm going to talk about a lot of those things today on some of the inner work.
I really want to, because I feel like a lot of people use inner work to shift your mindset,
but they don't really give you the how or the what.

(13:27):
And so I want to get into some of those things a little bit more today.
So it's more than think positive.
So a lot of people will tell you, oh, just think positive.
And this is also an image that it's interesting to look at.
It shows the heart with the big, I think it's toroidal.
It's sort of like a donut where the heart is the center.

(13:47):
And then there's an energy field going all the way around it.
According to heart math, this image is from heart math.
These statistics are from heart math.
According to heart math, compared to the brain, the heart has a 60 times larger electrical field,
but a 5,000 times larger magnetic field.

(14:09):
So a lot of people tell you, oh, just think positive, just think positive.
But if you're only thinking positive and you're not paying attention to how your body feels,
you're missing the actual attractive power, which comes from your body.
It comes from your heart.
And I know this because our brains can be tricksters.
We can be thinking positive all day long.

(14:32):
And then we take a trip to our body and we're like, man, no, my body is not thinking positive right now.
I remember this early COVID, that time period that really sucked,
especially those couple of months.
I was actually very fortunate.
We only had two months where the kids were not in daycare or school and at home.
And so our ages kind of worked out very well.

(14:53):
But I was working from home with one kid in diapers and another daughter who was a little bit older.
But they were probably one in three or so at that time.
Anyway, my brain had been telling me, yeah, you're handling this really great.
You're doing this, you know, whatever.
And then for one day, for some reason, I decided, you know what?
I'm going to see how my body feels.

(15:13):
And so I took my awareness from my head down into my body and my body was pissed the fuck off.
It was so pissed off.
It hated everything.
And guess what I was attracting from?
I was not attracting from my head, from my think positive thoughts.
I was attracting from my body.
Our body is actually what creates the magnetic field around us and brings people, brings opportunities,

(15:37):
brings money.
This is a law of the universe.
You can believe it or not believe it, but this is how it works for you.
Whatever your body is resonating at, that's the situation you're attracting.
That you are attracting situations of like frequency.
And I know this as I've seen my body elevated frequency.
The people that I talk to are so nice.

(15:59):
Like everywhere I go, I call customer service for some random credit card or some random thing.
Really nice.
I go to the grocery store, like everyone I run into is really nice because that is my current level of attraction.
But back then that's not what I was attracting from.
And so you need to do more than think positive.
Yes, it is about your thoughts.
So how this actually works, it starts with your thoughts.

(16:22):
That's where affirmations come in, but also affirmations don't go far enough.
Because then your body, your emotions need to believe your thoughts.
And so the actual program is you think your thoughts.
That's the creative power that you have.
You have the power to think positive, think negative, whatever.
You have the power to tell the story that you want to tell.
And I know some people don't like the idea of positive or negative because theoretically everything is neutral.

(16:46):
It's just the judgment that we put on it.
But you get to think, does this story empower you or disempower you?
And then your feelings will go, oh yeah, that feels kind of good or that doesn't feel kind of good.
And your feelings can be based on the programs that you have stored.
I like to say in your meat computer.
So our body has stored all the things we're afraid of,

(17:10):
all the trauma that our ancestors went through,
the experiences we had as a kid around what we're capable of, what we're good at,
what mom and dad were afraid of.
Like our meat computer, our body has stored all of those things.
And if those things are not congruent with the thoughts that we're thinking,
our emotions are going to be all flustered and it's going to be like, oh,

(17:32):
shit, why is she doing that?
I'm not that good.
I'm not that worthy.
Ah, it's going to be going crazy.
And then you're going crazy that emotion is actually what turns on your heart and calibrates your heart.
So any emotion that feels light, good, expansive,
that is when your heart is in high coherence,

(17:52):
that is when you have a high attractive field,
when your emotions are kind of low, kind of ick, kind of contractive,
that's when your heart is in incoherence and you're,
you're still attracting, but you're not attracting very high or very well,
because your heart is in incoherence.
It's not in a very high vibrational state.
And so this is where it's so helpful to get your thoughts and your emotions or your body on board,

(18:17):
because when you can think positive and then you can actually feel positive and expansive in your body,
that's when your heart has its highest attractive capabilities.
And that's when you feel good to be around.
That's when in your body, you feel good, you come off as looking good, feeling good.
And just in general, people just notice your energy and in some cases,

(18:41):
they don't even know what it is about your energy.
They just say, oh, that person has good energy.
Oh, I'm intrigued and I don't know why.
So that's what we're going to, again, dissect today is some of those thought changes that I made
to start to enhance my level of magnetism.
Another thing I like to say, another place I like to lay the groundwork is reminding us

(19:05):
of the difference between our conscious and our unconscious.
And so typically only about five to 10% of our day, we are acting from our conscious,
where we are actively making choices right now.
Most 90 to 95% of our life comes from the unconscious.
Again, that meat computer, those beliefs and emotions that we have stored in there from our childhood.

(19:30):
A lot of people say about the ages of zero to seven, we are rapidly storing beliefs,
storing emotions that we don't feel safe to feel.
So all those times we might have been made fun of or made to feel fear.
We never were supported in feeling those.
So those get stored in our meat computer.
And then those lead to our thoughts and our actions and our words.
And so what I'm talking about today, we're really getting into the conscious,

(19:54):
though I can think differently, but it would be too much in one session to try to get into,
okay, unconsciously, how do we reprogram that?
How do we reset that meat computer to work for me?
And so this is, and this is the picture showing in iceberg, because most of our life is under the
surface of the water.

(20:15):
If you've ever seen an iceberg, most of it is actually under the water.
And so you see a little bit at the top, but there's actually a lot more underneath that you don't see.
So the stuff underneath is your unconscious.
And I also have very interesting ways of making the unconscious conscious.
Like I have learned how to use my life as a teacher every time I get triggered,

(20:35):
every time I get pissed off, every time I feel fear, like that is all
my unconscious speaking to me.
And so I've learned how to rewrite my unconscious to then become more magnetic and raise my vibration
and to feel confident in my body.
That would be too much to get into today, but that could be a future episode if you're interested.

(20:58):
Today, what I do want to talk about though is those thought shifts and those perspective shifts
that I made consciously that then started the process rolling.
So just to bring some of that to light too, this is a picture from Becoming Supernatural by Joe
Dispenta.
And it is a range of emotions and their vibrations.
So the elevated emotions, which means they have a faster frequency, their energy is greater,

(21:22):
they feel lighter in your body.
So at the very top, bliss, freedom, love, joy, appreciation, gratitude.
So this is why I've seen science that says gratitude practices work, but we don't know why.
The why is because of energy.
Like they're not, they have not learned how to measure it from an energy perspective,

(21:43):
but gratitude practices work because when you focus on things that feel good,
and then you actually start feeling good, that you're feeling an elevated emotion.
What you focus on expands.
The more you learn to look for things that you're grateful for, the more you feel that
gratitude and then the more things are shown you that you will be grateful for.
So that's what I'm talking about.

(22:04):
So that's why that works.
At the bottom, he calls them the survival emotions or lower frequency, greater density.
So that's why some of these emotions actually feel dense in your body.
So we've got lust, pain, victimization, suffering, shame, guilt, fear, anger, control.
Those go from the bottom up to about the middle.

(22:26):
So how many of us live in anger, live in fear, live in guilt and shame?
So this is also why I like to say, why do bad things happen to nice people?
Well, you can be nice, but that doesn't mean that you've cleared all the guilt and shame
from your body.
And chances are, if you're overly nice and overly people pleasing,
you do that as a protective mechanism because at one point you felt all those bad things.

(22:48):
You were made to feel like you weren't good enough.
You were made to feel like those are the things that you needed to do to get people to like you.
And so if you haven't actually cycled through and cleared those out of your self,
out of your system, then that is what you're attracting from is that suppress that unconscious
guilt, fear, anger, shame.
And so that's why this work is so big, so important, so helpful.

(23:12):
And why what I'm teaching you is not going to be enough for you to actually make the changes.
It's just going to be enough to start to get your wheels spinning a little bit.
All right.
Now that I've laid the groundwork, I'm going to get into becoming magnetic.
And when I study magnetism, when I hear other people talk about magnetism,
there are two things that stand out to me.

(23:35):
One is authenticity.
And then the other one, which I've already talked about is embodied confidence.
So first, authenticity, what do I mean by that?
For me, when we're authentic, we're coming from two angles,
or we've got sort of two elements of authenticity.
One is our unique self.
And for me, that is an inside out unique self.

(23:55):
That is not an outside in.
And so for me, I don't mean authenticity based on my skin color,
or my race, or my religion, or any of that.
For me, those are human created labels only.
Those are labels.
Those are not who I am.
Who I am is an energy configuration that is inside of me that wants to be expressed outward.

(24:16):
And all of us have a very unique energy configuration.
So for me, I know one of mine is here to be a teacher.
So the more I can teach, the more of my unique self,
my authentic unique self, I am expressing.
The labels I had for my former life, I have two engineering degrees.
I was a project manager and I did process improvement.
Those are human created labels and constructs

(24:39):
that do not necessarily feel like they align to who I am.
And so this becomes an inside out process.
Who are you?
Who do you feel like you are?
Who do you know yourself to be?
Even though society may tell you otherwise?
Like the more you can do that and be yourself,
the more magnetic you're going to be.
Partially because you feel freer, like those high emotions,

(25:02):
you just feel more like yourself.
But also, we don't see a lot of people being themselves.
We see a lot of conformists.
We see a lot of people trying to fit in.
And so again, when people are different, people pay attention.
And so again, two sides.
There's the energy, but also just the practicality.
The more you let yourself be yourself,
the more you're going to stand out because you're different.

(25:24):
And then the other piece of authenticity
is your spiritual self.
And so as a spiritual being having a human experience,
we're all here already programmed to be as abundant as possible.
To be worthy, to be healthy.
Like we're actually all wired for perfect health people.
If you don't have perfect health, which granted, who does?

(25:47):
But that's my North Star, right?
I know that if I have a disease,
that means there's somewhere I'm separating myself
from my spiritual self, from my highest self.
Because our highest self is wired for perfect health,
wired for abundance, wired for joy and compassion and abundance.
I think I said that already.
That's the one that a lot of people like to think about.

(26:09):
Say we're so programmed around money, but at our highest self.
And so I'll tune into some of those as I talk too.
Where we can tune into our unique self.
And where some of these spiritual laws and principles come in.
And then again, the embodied confidence.
So for me, in one way to try to describe that,
it's knowing and owning who you are, your value, your services.

(26:32):
So for me, confidence has really come from
stopping to look outside of me and starting to look within me
and own the value that I bring.
And again, rewrite my cells to own that value.
So I actually have an acronym that I'm going to use today called
raise, which is brilliant.
Thank you chat GPD for helping me find that acronym.
And what I did was I went back and I looked at what are the things

(26:55):
that I coach my clients through and how can I bucket those into categories.
And so you'll see these are categories and they're not going to be
all inclusive like every possible scenario.
But these are categories that I work on with my clients that I've worked on
as I help them feel better in their body.
Them feel more confident in their body.

(27:16):
So that's what we're going to go through now is the raise acronym.
R-A-I-S-E, the first one being R.
And R stands for redirect from out to in.
So what most people do, most people,
they're altering themselves to gain clients or to seek validation
or avoid judgment.

(27:37):
So I've got a picture of a lighthouse here.
And so what this would be like a lighthouse is meant to stand
and shine its light and it shines this light directing boats into a port.
That is what it is intended to do.
But let's pretend that the lighthouse changed itself based on the boats
that were out there.
And so it might say, you know what,

(28:00):
my port is more of like a serene port.
People come wellness, blah, blah, blah, but I haven't seen people in a while
and there's a party boat out there.
So I'm going to pretend that I'm like this party light
and I'm going to try to get that party boat in here.
So it's altering itself to try to gain clients or maybe to seek validation.
Like, oh, I really, I don't know.

(28:23):
I don't know if I'm good enough.
And so let's pretend to be good enough so that way people validate me,
people feed me, people give me good feedback or avoid judgment.
Oh, I don't know.
I don't know if they're going to like me if I'm this nice serene port.
And so I'm going to pretend again that I'm a party port or whatever it might be.
So can you see how people do that too?

(28:44):
We're trying to gain clients.
We're trying to pretend to be someone that we're not getting clients
or to get people to like us, right?
Or to just make friends.
We might alter who we are to try to get good feedback to get validation.
So I like to joke that for me, when people would compliment me at work,
that was a legal way for me of getting high.
Like, I just loved getting complimented, loved getting validated.

(29:07):
And when I didn't get them and I expected them, I would feel really low.
And so there might be things that I would do or ways that I would act to try to get that feedback.
So that way I could feel really good about myself.
But that's me changing who I am to try to get something from outside of me to feed me
or not put a part of me out there to avoid being judged by other people.

(29:29):
So most people, they're really trying to change who they are, alter who they are
or who they know themselves to be based on things, people, circumstances outside of them.
That is really leaking your magnetism.
It's lowering your vibration.
Those that are magnetic are magnetic because they stop altering themselves.

(29:50):
They overcome fear of judgment.
Two podcasts ago, I talked about fear of judgment.
So if you didn't listen to that one, you can go back and listen to that one.
And then what was really helpful for me, they give themselves what they're seeking from other people.
So if I found that I wanted someone else to tell me how awesome I was,
I just looked at myself in the mirror and was like, hey, you're awesome.

(30:11):
I would write notebooks of all the value that I give my clients, all the transformations that I've had,
all the things I've gone through that validate how much I'm charging and the transformation that I bring.
So I started giving that to myself.
And the more I did that over and over, the more I started to realize I am pretty awesome.

(30:32):
I am good at what I do.
And that is where you start to build up that confidence that then people are noticing.
So redirect from out to in, give yourself what you're seeking from other people and stop altering yourself.
One caveat, just because this is a business podcast that I've had found helpful,
is just remember to speak in the client's language because sometimes,

(30:57):
especially if you're a coach or a service space or something, you're a few steps ahead in your learning,
they might not know what it is you're trying to say, even though you can totally help them.
So one of the things that I used to talk about before was mind rewiring.
And for me, that's this rewriting the computer programs in your skin computer,
your, what do I call it, your meat computer?

(31:20):
Mind rewiring like rewire, but my clients, they didn't know they needed mind rewiring, right?
They just know that they're stressed out.
They don't even know that their stress comes from their thoughts.
And so if I tell people, come get mind rewiring, they're not going to come into my port.
And so that is one place where don't alter who you are, but it does help to know your client to at least speak their language.

(31:41):
So that way you, they know that you're the lighthouse for them.
So that's our redirect from out in.
A stands for an abundance mindset.
So most people hold a very, the opposite of an abundance mindset is a lack mindset.
So there's not enough, I'm not enough.
Those are big perspectives.
There's not enough clients.
There's not enough money.

(32:02):
There's not enough time.
All of those are connected.
Or I'm not enough to charge that much.
I haven't done enough to charge that much.
I haven't learned enough.
I don't have enough certificates.
That's a lack mindset.
And this is one of the places where aligning to our spiritual self is really beneficial because our spirit is very high vibrational.

(32:24):
Even just aligning to that energy brings a high vibration into the body.
But also it shifts how you show up because if you're magnetic, you see enoughness everywhere.
So you know, there's enough clients.
You know, there's enough opportunities.
You know that there's enough money.
There are eight billion people on the planet.
There's, I don't even know if you can count the trillions of dollars in the American economy because even though I have money sitting in a bank,

(32:53):
like the bank is using that money for other things.
And so it's almost like it's counting for me.
It's counting for them.
Like that's why for me, I just know that there's so much money out there.
There's enough.
There's enough for me to support my needs.
And so starting to see enoughness everywhere.
Again, just practically that's going to change how you show up.
You're not going to be clingy.

(33:14):
You're not going to have used cars, salesmen, vibes trying to close the sale because you've got this one client in front of you.
And what if they don't sell and then what are you going to do?
Like, ah, right.
So you start to hold yourself differently when you start to look for enoughness and see enoughness and knowing that you're enough to receive those things.
From a higher perspective, you are enough for whatever you want.

(33:39):
It's all energy to the universe.
A dollar is the same as a million dollars.
The difference is us choosing to feel like we deserve it.
I heard Dan Martell.
I was at a conference last week and one of the things he said was you'll never make a dollar more than what you feel like you're worth.
And it's totally true because money is out there.

(34:01):
Clients are out there.
But if you don't feel like you're worthy of serving those people, having that amount of money, you're not going to do it.
So starting to train yourself and focus yourself to see enoughness, to see abundance.
I started doing this for myself too.
It's very easy to live in your own head and be like, well, who has the money to pay for coaching?

(34:25):
I know coaching is a luxury service, right?
I understand practically that not everyone has the money to pay for this.
But as I've started to pay attention to, oh, like look around people who are spending top dollar.
They're paying a lot for houses, cars, like there's money out there.
And the more I'm just noticing that there is enough, there are more than enough people that have the money that I can serve.

(34:53):
I show up differently and I feel, again, more open, less clingy, and more magnetic.
It's all kind of wrapped into each other.
So the more you start to see enoughness, then the more that is going to change your energy.
And to know that you are enough for whatever you want to charge, what you need to do is decide what you want to charge

(35:15):
and then elevate your sense of self-worth and your sense of self-value to match that.
That is when that makes sense. That is when that works.
Moving on. So the R was redirect from out to in. A was an abundance mindset.
The I is intuition.
Most people, what makes them not magnetic is they follow someone else's strategy even though it gives them the ick factor.

(35:39):
So again, earlier I talked about the gurus, hey, I got this many followers in LinkedIn doing this exact method.
Pay me money. Do this exact method and it will work for you. Cool. Right?
But if that method involves cold DMing 20 people a day, vomit in my mouth, right?
So not only am I going to hate being in business if that is the only way I can do it,

(36:03):
but also that is going to show in my energy and people aren't going to be attracted to someone who feels icky as they're doing something.
So give yourself permission to know that someone else's strategy, someone else's ideas, what works for someone else.
That's great. They have their own clients. They have their own energy configuration, but you're different.

(36:24):
And you have your own intuition that is trying to guide you.
So becoming magnetic, learning how to follow your guidance, trusting that it knows the best opportunities for you even if they don't make sense.
Because you're always being led. You're always being short-cutted when you know how to tune into your intuition.

(36:46):
Short-cutted on, well, you don't need to do X, Y, and Z steps. Just do this one thing over here.
That's where the clients are waiting for you.
The universe has a bigger picture of you who's ready to work with you, how to connect yourself to them.
And so when you learn to follow your intuition, you can get there a lot faster than before.
And so I have an example of doing this for me. It was last year in the summer.

(37:11):
I was going out for a walk and I was saying, all right, universe, you know, spear guys kind of tell me what I need to do here to get some clients.
And they said, reach out to so-and-so about a fundraiser.
I didn't even know so-and-so was planning to do a fundraiser.
So long story short, I rented out their space for a weekend and they said, you can do whatever you want.
You can leave flyers, you can hold events, whatever. And so I ended up renting out the space, doing events almost every day.

(37:35):
And then in came two clients from that.
One, I didn't even know before that. She wasn't even in my audience.
She saw me because she went into the cafe to get a drink.
And so shout out to my two clients. I'm sure you know who you are.
But that connection probably wouldn't have happened if I didn't follow my intuition to bring them to a space where we could have these conversations.

(37:58):
So your intuition has shortcuts.
Now, how does your intuition speak to you?
It comes through your body, through your senses often.
And this is probably its own, not even one podcast, but learning how to get your guidance.
But very short cut. How do you know that it's your intuition speaking to you?
Some people just get a gut response. Like I just know. I don't know why I just know.

(38:22):
Otherwise, most people I have them tune into how does it feel in your body? Is it fashion? Does it feel like exciting?
Does it feel good or in flow? Do you feel light? Do you feel expansive?
That is your guidance.
I heard people, it's also really easy to confuse your fear and your intuition because it's all through your body and your fear is a lot louder than your intuition.

(38:45):
So I heard someone say once, like, what am I intuition telling me not to get on the plane?
Like, no, that's not your intuition. That's your fear.
Unless, like, if you got on the plane and it was fine, right, then that was definitely your fear speaking.
Now, there are people who say, I got a premonition to not get on the plane and then, you know, what happens to the plane?
And so we can't just say the event is one or the other, but this is where it's helpful to learn how does your intuition speak to you?

(39:08):
How does your fear speak to you?
One of the things that I help my clients with and also just in general, like, why not know that?
Why live your life in fear?
I don't know. That's just in 2020 when COVID hit, I was like, you know, I'm not making any decisions from fear.
That was my line in the sand and it's served me well ever since, but I did have to learn how my intuition spoke to me as part of that.

(39:33):
All right, moving on to the S.
The S, so unique skills.
That's the S in talents, a.k.a. your unique genius.
So this is the one place where I love to talk about unique genius, but I didn't quite fit the acronym and so I use skills, which is close.
I get unique genius from the book, The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.

(39:54):
And I know a lot of people talk about your unique genius and everything.
He has four zones and I'm going to go through each zone and then I'm going to end on the zone of genius so that way you can see why that would be different and that would make you more magnetic.
So the zone of incompetence, that's the first one.
All the things you're not good at, others can do them much better than you.
So for me, I'm looking out my window at the trees, cutting down trees would be a big zone of incompetence, creating beautiful artwork.

(40:21):
Like I can't do those things.
Some people do spend time in their zone of incompetence and they're probably pretty pissed off when they do it.
And when you're pissed off, you're not projecting a good clean energy.
So zone of incompetence, not going to be very magnetic.
The next one, zone of competence, you're good at these things, others can do them just as well.

(40:42):
Can I scrub a toilet just as good as our house cleaner? Yeah.
Do I want to do them? No, that's my zone of competence, but I don't want to spend time here.
Again, that's also not really the things that light me up.
Next is our zone of excellence.
You do these things very well and could make a good living, but according to Gay Hendricks, secretly you'll wither and die if you stay here.

(41:04):
So I consider a lot of ambitious people stuck in the zone of excellence.
So for me, my zone of excellence was when I was working in corporate.
I could do process improvement. I learned lean if you're familiar with the lean methodology.
I was trained in scrum. And so for me, I combined lean and scrum in a way that was interesting that I hadn't really seen people do before.
But there was only so far I could take that because it was not my methodology.

(41:29):
It was some other person's methodology.
And so I felt like I was constricted because I wasn't actually growing in a way that was unique to me.
And so it felt like there was more that I wanted to give.
I felt like I was here for something more, something bigger, something different.
And so what most people do, they start looking for other jobs in this particular stage.

(41:52):
It must be the job. I'm in the wrong job. So they start looking for other jobs going off on a tangent right now, but this feels important.
But those jobs, the problem with them looking for jobs is they're trying to find a job that's based on what they've done in the past.
And so really what they just end up doing is recreating a lot of the same feelings and habits that they had in the previous job.
Because they're trying to limit themselves by the things that they learned that they're good at where most people want them to stay because it's really convenient for other people if you're in your zone of excellence.

(42:22):
When you make the jump to your zone of genius, that's when you're most magnetic.
And so the zone of genius is the set of activities you are uniquely designed to do, drawing on your special gifts and strengths.
And so there could be elements of the outside world.
So for me, I did learn process improvement and continuous improvement and how small incremental changes do add up to big changes over time.

(42:47):
I learned it in more of a healthcare setting.
So for a period of time, I wanted to work in hospitals and help hospitals get better.
So if you make these small little changes every day, you know, six months from now, the nurses workflow is going to be completely different.
It's going to look a lot better.
But I take that concept now and I apply it to personal growth.
And so it's not like everything that we learned in the outside world is total throwaway.

(43:09):
But I also know from the inside out, I'm not here to redesign hospital systems.
I am here to teach about energy.
I am here to elevate you, help you elevate your way of living through energy, through spirituality.
That's my zone of genius.
That's what I was born to do.
That's what I'm uniquely designed to do.
And one, I'm magnetic because we're all co-creators.

(43:31):
And so I'm tapped into an energy that is way higher than me, a high vibrational spiritual energy that comes through me when I'm in my zone of genius.
So that's one way I'm magnetic, just from an energetic perspective, but also from a practical perspective.
Again, people who are in their zone of genius are the ones doing things that are different from the norm.

(43:53):
Because a lot of people, they get inspiration that comes from beyond their tiny human brain capacity.
And so when you see them, you know, like I'm sure you can think of people in the industry that you know that are doing things different.
And you're paying attention because they're doing things different.
So practically, when you're in your zone of genius, you also stand out from the crowd just because you're doing things different than everybody else.

(44:16):
And that makes you magnetic.
Just practically that makes you magnetic.
That makes people pay attention, but also energetically you're being magnetic because you're doing something that feels really good and exciting to you, which means you're vibrating at a really high rate.
So living in your zone of genius, super magnetic.
Finally, but E, we are to the E.

(44:37):
So raise.
The E is embody success.
So what most people do is they wait for certain results before they let themselves feel confident and successful.
So the image here is stairs.
So the example I want to get, let's say someone is new in business and they say, when I get my first 10 clients or when I hit that 10 K month, then I will feel successful.

(45:02):
Then I will know that I have made it.
So that statement, then I will feel successful.
That statement implies that you don't feel successful right now.
So if you imagine a set of stairs and a vibration or an emotional feeling, you're at the bottom of the stairs because you don't feel successful.
You're saying 10 K months and 10 clients equals a feeling of success.

(45:27):
You're equating those things to a feeling of success.
But the problem is those results are only attracted to people who are vibrating at the top of the stairs, who are vibrating at a frequency of success.
And so if you're waiting for those 10 K months for those 10 K clients before you will let yourself feel successful, you will never get them because you are not at an equal resonance to those things.

(45:59):
And so you're magnetic because you decide to go to the top of the stairs now.
You act as if the results have already happened.
You get quiet and you imagine what would it feel like to have 10 clients?
How would I act?
How would I think?

(46:21):
What would it feel like to have a 10 K month?
How would I show up?
How would I talk to people?
How would I talk about the work that I do?
And then you do those things now before the outer results happen.
Because people, they don't know what's in your bank account.

(46:42):
They don't know how many clients you have.
No one's ever asked me that.
I've never asked anyone else that before I hire them.
I hire them based on their energy.
And I know people are really good based on their energy.
And so be successful.
Own your work.
Like do those things now.
That is what's going to attract people to you.

(47:03):
Not, oh, I need to get 10 clients before I can do that.
No, because then you're going to be waiting forever to get 10 clients.
And this is where people quit their business because it's not working.
It's not working because you're not putting yourself in the energy of the results.
You're letting your current state dictate how you feel.
But if you want to get out of your current state, you need to get a little delusional.

(47:26):
I'm sorry, that's how it works.
From an energy perspective, you need to tune into who do I need to become?
How do I need to think?
How do I need to act?
How do I need to show up?
How do I need to hold myself and do that work first?
So get yourself from the bottom of the stairs to the top of the stairs
before you even have the results that you're looking for.

(47:48):
And proof for me that this works.
So shout out to my personal stylist, Lisa.
I went a year ago and got my colors done and she asked for a Google review.
So I left a Google review and I showed the before and after and the pictures and everything.
Unbeknownst to me, she took that Google review and I logged in once to LinkedIn and she had made a post.

(48:11):
And she put the picture that Google review and then her statement at the top was testimonials.
They are always more impactful when they come from someone you like and respect.
And then the part that I circled, so many of us have been completely mesmerized by Andrea and her business growth.
So she was noticing my business growth.
This was probably May or June of this year.

(48:33):
What she didn't know was that up until that point in the year, I had made maybe $1,000 in my business.
She didn't know that.
What she was focusing on was how I was showing up.
The confidence I had in the workshops that I gave, the confidence that comes through in the posts that I make.

(48:55):
That's what she was focusing on.
So to her, my business was growing.
When me, it was really a personal elevation because I tune into, if I want to speak on stage,
if I want to coach these people, if I want to do all these things, what do I need to think to do that?
Who do I need to be to do that?
And I become those things and I do those things now.

(49:17):
I show up as that person that's already making good money because it's not about the money at the end of the day.
Our spiritual purpose is not about making money, but the money becomes the carrot for us to elevate ourselves.
The whole point of this spiritual reality, one of them is to elevate ourselves.
And so for me, money just becomes this, okay, in order to make that kind of money, who do I need to become to see the value in the work

(49:46):
so that way I can receive that amount of money?
What do I need to believe about myself?
With the person that makes that kind of money, would she be running away from something afraid?
Or would she be jumping in with two feet saying, hell, yes, sign me up?
So tuning into the future you is so helpful in helping you figure out where you need to elevate yourself, your thought, your mindset.

(50:08):
So that way you can start to feel as if the results have happened before they've happened.
Okay, so that was a lot.
Recapping, raise, redirect from out to in.
So quit focusing on the outside world and just be the lighthouse, be who you are.
A, abundance mindset.
How can you see enoughness everywhere?
How can you know that you are enough intuition?

(50:30):
How can you tap into your own guidance and stop trying to recreate what everyone else does and start to follow your own guidance?
What are your unique skills and talents, a.k.a. your unique genius, the things you were born to do?
How can you do more of those and let more of those out?
And then E, embody success.
How can you tune into where you want to go and start to become that person now?

(50:53):
I feel like each of these could probably be their own podcast episode.
But this is a really high level overview of a lot of the things that I work on with my clients and a lot of the things that I've worked on with myself.
Very quickly, it's not your job to figure out the who or the how.
It is your job to align your thoughts, emotions and actions and take intuitive action.

(51:16):
So be the lighthouse.
Again, it's not, well, who is the person who will be my next client?
Who is the person that's going to hire me for this or that?
Right, it's okay.
I know that I'm good at what I do.
I know this is the sort of energy I need to be in to attract this kind of person.
And oh, I'm getting a nudge to do this fundraiser.

(51:37):
I'm getting a nudge to make this post.
I'm getting a nudge to go get coffee and I don't know why.
But those are the intuitive actions.
You line up your energy and then you just take action.
That is really how manifestation is intended to work.
Not, I think I need to connect with so and so because they know so and so and they can connect me in the back door.

(51:59):
Like I've tried to guess.
Guessing this doesn't work.
But we all go through a phase where we need to figure out that guessing doesn't work.
So we try to guess, but I've decided, you know what, I'm going to quit guessing how this is going to work out.
And I'm just going to let myself take the action and see where it goes.
A quick note on imposter syndrome, which will probably be a future episode.
So you're inner and your outer want to match like everything wants to match together.

(52:23):
And we have these meat computers that are programmed with our fears and our insecurities and our belief systems.
But let's say you do start acting like there is enough and you do start embodying success.
And so you start kind of changing how you show up, which doesn't match what's programmed in your meat computer.
That's when your shit all comes up.
And this is when a lot of people fall off.

(52:44):
They're like, Oh my gosh, my, my fear is telling me I can't do this.
I'm, you know, I'm not enough. I can't do this.
Right. And so a lot of people, they take that as a sign to go back down into their comfort zone.
For me, I say this is really good.
You're starting to rock the energetic boat and the universe is working on your favorites,
showing you all the things programmed in your meat computer that are out of alignment with where you want to go.

(53:11):
But unconscious beliefs need to be rewritten.
And so it's brilliant because it's unconscious for a reason.
We can't see it until something in the outer world triggers it.
Once it gets triggered in the outer world, then it becomes conscious.
If you know how to look at it and then it becomes, Oh, okay.
Now I see you. Right.
Now I can move beyond you.
And that's how you rewrite your meat computer to then match where you want to be elevated to.

(53:34):
And for me, again, that's those pictures that you saw.
That was me rewriting my unconscious, rewriting my meat computer to be the person that sees the value
in her work, that sees the value in what she charges. Right.
And so don't, don't let that scare you.
And I will point you to episode 15.
Why shit hits the fan when you make a big move.

(53:56):
That is why, because all of your stuff is coming out to be seen and come out.
It's not a bad thing.
It's actually a really good thing.
All right, we have come to the end.
So this is the end.
Again, my email is here.
My website is my name, andryandry.com.
If you want to know more about me, I'm on LinkedIn as AndreyAndrey.
And if you are interested, I recorded a free embody your future self meditation.

(54:22):
So I think it's like seven minutes and it's really meant to take you just through parts of your day.
So you wake up, you kind of see so your higher self can give you clues and images in terms of where you're being guided.
And so it's meant to just take you through part of your day and see what comes in, see if there's anything different in your day then, then your day now.

(54:47):
So that way you can say, oh, maybe I can make these changes or I can make that changes.
And then you start to become that future version of you.
That's how you become someone different.
You don't just hope for it and wake up one day and you're different.
You actually start to make the changes.
You think differently, you act differently.
And over time those build up to you being different.
So I don't think anyone has tried this yet.

(55:10):
So I'd love to have you just test it out, get your feedback, it's free.
I will leave, there's a QR code if you're watching this on YouTube.
And if you're listening to this on the podcast, I will leave a link below.
So that was a lot.
And I appreciate you sticking with me.
Hopefully you got some value out of that.
And every time I give that live, there's always people furiously writing down and it hits people differently.

(55:34):
So I would love to know, reach out and let me know what hit you the most or the least or what you still have questions on that maybe it could be a future podcast.
I would love to hear from you.
And of course, as always, rate and review this.
If this was helpful for you, share this with somebody, come back to this.
If you ever want to come back to this.
And I think that's everything.
