So much of what we hear around fertility advice is so geared towards the menstrual cycle – when to do what and how to support each phase. 


But what do you do if you don’t have a cycle? Or it’s completely irregular and unpredictable? What does this mean for your fertility and is it possible to ever get it back?


On today’s episode we speak with special guest, Lindsey Lusson, who explains where to start and how to support your body if this is the case for you. Lindsey is a registered dietician & nutritionist who specialises in HA and helping women recover their periods in order to conceive.
