It’s easy to measure progress when you're struggling with infertility by results - positive tests, follicles, embryos, bloodwork.

But what I’ve learned - through both my own fertility journey and through supporting hundreds of women on their own fertility journeys too - is that some of the most powerful forms of progress are the ones you can’t see.

So today, I want to help you recognise the hidden signs of growth, healing, and transformation that are unfolding within you as you're trying to conceive - even in the moments when it feels like nothing is working.
