Work with Me: (https://tidycal.com/eringray/45-min-call-with-erin)

Have you ever stopped to calculate how much money you’ve manifested in your lifetime? If you had me guess, it’s in the millions. The real question isn’t if you can manifest money, it's whether you’re manifesting from love or fear.

In this episode, I dive into the difference between manifesting money from a fear-based place and love-based place.  Fear creates pressure, scarcity, and overworking which keeps you in survival mode. Love, feels like trust, gratitude, and connection, opening you to abundance in every area of life.

In this episode we discuss:

  • Why fear-based manifestation creates attachment, urgency, and the belief that money equals safety
  • How survival mode keeps you operating from lower energy centers rather than your creative heart center
  • The difference between fear’s contracted energy and love’s open, spacious energy in the body
  • Why money itself is a divine idea designed to improve humanity
  • How to pause before financial decisions and ask: Am I operating from love or fear right now?
  • Somatic cues your body gives to show whether you’re creating from scarcity or abundance

Erin Gray (00:00):
All the rave that's happening right now is around
money manifestation, and I wantyou to know that you already
know how to manifest money.
You've done it how many times.
How many millions have yougenerated in your lifetime?
Like, pause it, add it up rightnow.
Over your lifetime, how haveyou manifested all of the money
added up between what you'vegenerated, either in your

(00:22):
business, with your work, investments, real estate all of
it added up?
Because what I want to talkabout actually is we know how to
manifest money, but are wemanifesting it from a place of
love or from fear?
That's what we're going to talkabout today and I'm going to
give you some journal promptsfor you to ponder and think
about this, so that you aremoving from a place of love and
if you are similar to like how Iused to manifest money, which

(00:45):
was from a place of fear andlack and scarcity and all of the
not enough and lower vibrationemotions, maybe it looks like
overworking, which is definitelysomething that I have done and
maybe you are feeling constantlybehind, or maybe you're just
feeling like this overall, it'sjust never good enough, and this
underlying tone and thisfeeling that you feel on a

(01:05):
consistent basis, I want you toknow that there is another way
to live, there is another way tofeel in your body on a
consistent basis, and there isanother way to create or
manifest money.
Have money, circulate, moneythat feels so joyful and
expansive and loving andconnected, and so, if this is
something that has been on yourheart for a while and that you

(01:27):
do want support, I would lovethe opportunity to sit down with
you and see if we are a goodfit for each other.
All that you have to do is justclick the link in the show
notes and then schedule a call.
Okay, so let's talk about moneymanifestation.
You know, when I named mycompany generate a lifeLived
what I truly believed is wegenerate everything within us.

(01:49):
I guess I could have saidmanifest a life well-lived, I
don't know, but everythinghappens within us.
And if you read the book Powerof Awareness, which I highly
recommend and don't just read itone time, it's by Neville
Goddard, and don't just read itone time, it's by Neville
Goddard, read it multiple times.
It's one of those books.
It's a very succinct book.
It's a very potent book, butit's one of those books that you

(02:11):
can read one chapter a day andgo back to those chapters
because I always get so muchfrom it.
Even as my consciousness grows,it lands differently.
But what Neville says is thateverything that has already been
created or ever will be created, it is already done.
All that we need to do ashumans is to manifest it, which

(02:35):
means bring it from ourimagination, or what he calls
the 4D I call it 5D, butbasically bring it from the 5D,
our imagination, into the 3Dobserved world that you see with
your sight or you use yoursenses to observe it.
And since that is true, whatyou have to really think about
well, for, first and foremost, what that did for me is allowed

(02:56):
my body to relax.
It's like oh, okay, so if I canimagine it, it's already there,
there's already a plane that itexists on.
I just got to get on thatfrequency, okay.
So it gave my body a little bitof like a chill pill for a hot
second.
You know, like okay, now I know.
So I want to talk about becauseI have manifested money from a

(03:18):
place of fear and it did notfeel good, like that's probably
how I would say I spent thefirst 40 years of my life.
So, money from fear.
To me it looks like attachment.
When we are attached tosomething, when we think we have
to have this in order to feelhappy, when we feel like we have
to make this amount of money orwe have to have this amount of
assets or we have to circulatethis amount of money per month,

(03:39):
right, I need this cell, I needthis client, I need my business
to do X, y, z.
That is coming from afear-based place, that is coming
from the ego.
If you are feeling pressure, youknow, sometimes most of I want
to say a lot of my clients whenthey first come to see me,
pressure is probably what theyfeel and it's because we have
been so conditioned to live in apressured society.

(04:00):
Right, we don't value slowness,we don't value stillness, we
don't value space, we value fast, whatever that means.
We value hurried, we valued.
How quickly can we get it done?
How can we improve it faster, faster, and I don't necessarily
think that that's always better.
So, if you're feeling pressure, right to either make decisions,

(04:21):
or if you're feeling thisurgency, if you're feeling from
a place of like FOMO like I'vehad clients tell me, like I feel
like I need to make thisdecision because I'm feeling a
lot of FOMO.
It's like okay, myrecommendation is always no
decision, right Like, make nodecision right now.
Like you're not in and I'vesaid this over and over again
and I want this to you know toyou like to absorb it into the

(04:41):
cells of your body, but, likewhen you make decisions from
lack on the other side of it isnot abundance, and so if you are
feeling that pressure, the bestoption is for you to do nothing
, is for you to shift yourenergy and then make the
decision.
If you're feeling guilt andshame, right Like.
If you're feeling guilt, thatlike no matter this was my story

(05:03):
like no matter how much moneywe had, I was always comparing
myself to somebody else, I wasalways thinking that it wasn't
enough, and really what that wascoming from is a disconnection
from God.
I am not religious, I am highlyspiritual.
So whatever word feels good foryou, but like source or the
creator or the universe, but forGod, it feels good to me and I

(05:23):
was disconnected.
I was totally disconnected frommy connection with God.
It feels good to me and I wasdisconnected.
I was totally disconnected frommy connection with God, with
source and what I believed thatto be and to look like.
And so when we are in theselower vibrational states, our
nervous system, right, like ournervous system, is more so in

(05:43):
this fight, flight, freeze, bondresponse, like we are, we're I
don't want to say we're bathingin it, but that's the way it
felt like for me, like it feltlike that I didn't have the
words for it, but that's thestate that I was in.
So, of course, because I was ina survival state, like Dr Joe
talks about this, dr JoeDispenza, he talks about, like

(06:04):
the first, he calls them energycenters, you could call them
chakras, but those first threeenergy centers, right, are more
so of a survival state, and it'snot until you get to your heart
.
Chakra, or he calls it, yourheart.
Energy center is when that iswhere it gets into creativity.
And so how many of us and thisis no fault of our own right,

(06:25):
and it's also our responsibilityto know like, oh gosh, I have
been living this way, right, Ido want different, and then
starting to make changes.
So when we are in thissurvival-based state, we are
going to be acting from anattached place, from a pressure
place, because we believe, because I do think, that there
is, we believe that there's adisconnection, because we think
that in order to get something, then we can feel something, but

(06:47):
what we have failed to realizeis that is already within us.
Right, we don't need anythingand we can desire everything.
Money from love.
It looks like trust, likecomplete trust, and I would even
go even farther than that.
It's like a knowing right, knowing that money comes and it
goes.
To be honest with you, this isstill something that I am like

(07:10):
taking into the cells of my body, right, and really developing
your connection to a higherpower, whether it be God, spirit
, source, the universe, ourcreator, whatever that is, I do
believe that we have to believein something higher than
ourselves, and so, when webelieve in that connection, when

(07:32):
we understand that that is Godis acting through us, the word
that comes to mind is an exhale.
Is what it feels like in thebody, right, it is an exhale
that, like you're not the onlyone that has to to take care of
yourself.
Right, like you are beingdivinely guided and supported
all the time.

(07:54):
It looks like gratitude andappreciation, right, when you
appreciate, like the fact thatwe don't ever have to tell our
heart or our lungs to breathefor us or to pump blood is
incredible, like, just startthere.
Like, just start with, like youknow what, I don't even have to
remember to breathe everysingle day.
And so when we can start withseeing and feeling all of the

(08:18):
gratitude and all of theappreciation that we have in our
life, right, what you currentlyhave, what you are, you know,
in joyful anticipation ofreceiving, when you can develop
that muscle and that skill setand you can start to focus on
those, just like energy, it willgrow.
Now I'm not saying to bypassyour human emotions, right, when

(08:43):
something happens and Isomething is, you know,
activated within me and I see myhumanness come out and I feel
sadness or I feel grief, I allowthose emotions to come and move
through me and I also then lookat it from the lens of like,
how is this happening for me,how is this happening for the

(09:04):
greatest good, for the highestgood of humanity?
And so, looking at it from thatlens, but not until I have
actually felt and processed whatneeded to be felt.
So I'm not saying feel gratitudeand just bypass how you're
feeling, but how you are feelingis there, it is a flashlight
showing you what needs attentionwhen I think about spending

(09:25):
money or circulating money orgenerating money from a place of
love, from a place of openness.
Clearly it makes me cry becausethere's such a connection there
, right, like when you canreally see that money is such a
divine idea.
If we believe that we came fromGod, source spirit and our
imagination is part of source, like then it is a divine idea

(09:50):
and it is and was meant to beused as a tool to use to improve
humanity.
Now there have been lowerconscious people that have used
money in ways that create famine, that start war, wars that you
know are involved in child sex, trafficking, that you know so

(10:11):
many things.
But that isn't money's fault.
That is because lowerconsciousness humans have used
money in that way.
But when we can see money fromthis place of just pure love and
if you can see it from thisextension of like God or the

(10:32):
divine just wanting to give andgive and give, then you can
connect with it on a differentlevel.
You can see the good in it, youcan see how we can use it to
help elevate consciousness, howwe can use it to elevate and
raise and empower humanity, andso when it comes from that place
, like in my body, it just feelslike my heart is just open.

(10:55):
I just want to give and giveand give, and that's what it
feels like.
Like that's what, you know, generating money or manifesting
money from love feels like.
That's what circulating moneyfrom love feels like, that's
what giving money from lovefeels like.
That's what giving money fromlove feels like to me in my body
.
And so, from that, from thatplace of you know, when we think

(11:18):
about cause, I always want totie things back to our nervous
system.
When we think of it like that, when we think of our nervous
systems being regulated, when wethink about how we are actually
, when we've returned to like Ifeel like I had to become or
feel disconnected from God tothen be ordered, you know, to be
able to come back and torecognize.

(11:39):
And when we feel connected, when we feel like God is, is
acting through us, at least forme, what I feel is this
groundedness.
I feel this openness, I feelwarmth and joy in my body, and
I'm not saying that one way iswrong and one way is right, but

(12:01):
what I am saying is that one wayof manifesting money, of
circulating our money, of givingour money, of investing our
money from a place of love feelsso much better in the body than
doing it from a place of fear.
And when you are doing that, itdoesn't feel like forcing

(12:25):
anymore, right, it feels like anallowance.
It feels like something that isbigger, that is acting through
you.
Right, it is something biggerthan you, and so you get to make
decisions that are in alignmentwith your values.
And you're not, and you're nolonger letting money run the
show.
Right, you are acting with Godand God is working through you,

(12:49):
and you are an expression of God.
God, and God is working throughyou, and you are an expression
of God.
Right, and it feels to me likethis cooling towards something
versus this pushing.
And so I want to leave you witha simple practice that you can,
every time before you circulatemoney, invest your money,
generate your money, ask is thiscoming?

(13:10):
Am I in the state of love or amI acting, or am I in the state
of being of fear?
And if it is fear in your ego, that's okay, just recognizing
that it is and then not makingany decision until you have
shifted that energy.
Maybe there needs to be someemotions that need to be
processed before you do.
Maybe it's just simply anoticing of like oh, I see the

(13:33):
pattern here.
Whatever it is just recognizing, before you make any decision
with money that is coming from aplace of love and your body,
your nervous system, it's goingto tell you what love feels like
.
It's going to tell you what fearright, you know what fear feels
like.
It feels like contracted, itfeels like tightness, it feels

(13:54):
like urgent or restless orpushing or hurrying or forcing
any of those things right, lovejust feels like, it just is
right, just feels open, it feelsgiving, it feels loving.
So I just want to offer that.
I think all of us are worthy ofmanifesting money through love,

(14:16):
and we have had plenty ofpeople and leaders and teachers
and mentors who have taught ushow to manifest money through
fear.
And I think, at least in mybody, and what I want to share
with the world is how to do itfrom a place of just pure love.
So, with that being said, Ilove each of you, I'm rooting

(14:36):
for all of you and changing theway that we think about money.
I truly believe ultimately ischanging how we are being, what
we believe ourselves to becapable of and connected to, and
all of the things, and so Ihonor you and I cherish you and
I'll see you in the next episode.

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
