Erin Gray (00:00):
On today's episode.
What I want to do is share withyou what I came up with is
basically my six shifts or tipsthat I think is really necessary
when doing this money mindsetwork so that you can have a
healthier relationship withmoney, your nervous system can
feel more calm and at peace withmoney and just in general, and
(00:22):
you can really truly live thelife that we were all meant here
and sent here to live, which isone of joy and abundance and
fun, and playful and empowered.
So let's dive in.
Okay, so when there is thisterm and I don't know where I
picked it up from, but there wasthis term that when I was
working in my family'sconstruction business called
(00:43):
knowledge transference, and Idon't know if it's like a
business selling term or justwhen someone in the business has
a lot of knowledge and whenyou're trying to impart this
knowledge on someone who'scoming up in the business, what
I always thought was fascinatingis this what they call it?
Is this knowledge transference,right?
It's like you have so muchknowledge and how do you
(01:06):
actually get that out of yourbrain and then put it into
somebody else's, and I thinkthat the more that I do this
work, I can tell you all of thesteps that you need to take.
I can tell you all of my ahas.
I can tell you client wins.
I can give you all of thisinformation but until you
actually take it and run with ityourself and you play with it
(01:27):
and you see what works for youand you make your own shifts,
and then you tweak and youmodify and you keep evolving and
growing.
Everyone is so uniquelydifferent.
Yes, we're all the same and weare all so different.
I don't know what it feels likein your body and so you have to
get in touch with that.
So the first and foremost, number one with everything that
(01:49):
I always bring to clients'attention is their awareness.
Like what are you speaking?
What kind of language are youusing?
Is it empowering, is itdisempowering?
Are you talking and telling astory that you're just accepted
as fact, or are you actuallychoosing your story wisely?
Like something like I reallyhave been struggling with my
(02:11):
money mindset Like that's just astory.
A more empowering story is I'min the process of changing how I
think about money Much moreempowering, right, and you've
got to check in with your bodyand see how it feels and if you
actually believe it.
But I always start withawareness, like, actually start
paying attention to how youspeak, actually start paying
attention to how you feel on aconsistent basis, because how
(02:32):
you feel is going to generatewhat your external, 3d, observed
world is, and so, if you arenot aware, you cannot change
anything that you are not awareof.
So I would always recommend, orI say, start there.
Number two is what are youthinking currently that you
don't want?
And I think, in the beginning, sometimes this is such a
beautiful thing, because what wedon't want, I don't think you
(02:55):
need to focus on it, but I dothink it provides a lot of
clarity.
In the beginning for me, I knewexactly what I did not want and
by knowing that, then I couldswift, you know, shift it or
flip the coin and be like, okay, what do I actually want?
Right.
And so when you are thinkingabout what you don't want, use
that from a clarity standpoint.
(03:17):
Use that from what am Ifocusing on?
How much of my attention, howmuch of my energy is on on a
daily basis, of what I don'twant?
How much am I complaining, howmuch am I blaming?
How much am I, you know, talking about something that I
can actually change, but I'mcontinuing to not change it,
right?
So think about when you aresaying what you don't want.
(03:40):
It's great clarity.
But then I would say then shiftand move into number three,
which would be what do youactually want?
What are your heart's desires?
You already know what you don'twant, brilliant, excellent.
Okay, now what do you want?
Have you actually sat down andjournaled and talked about or
dreamed and gotten into theimagination of, like, what would
(04:00):
I love?
And I don't know if a lot of usgive ourselves this time to
journal and to dream and toimagine and be in the
imagination and to envision, because we are such a at least
in the Western world, we aresuch a what we think is
productive.
Productive is actually doing, but productive is actually being
(04:21):
in your imagination.
Productive is actually restingand recovering and playing and
being in that imagination andthinking about what would you
love and really living from thatspace and feeling those
feelings of having what you want.
So really starting tounderstand and gain clarity on
what you do want would be numberthree.
(04:42):
Number four would be focusing onwhat you want, like I mentioned
in number three, but also doingthe somatic practices right,
being in the vibration of havingwhat you want and moving from
that place.
It's one thing to know what youwant, it's another to be in
that vibration.
If you already had what youwanted, would you be feeling
(05:04):
gratitude on a more consistentbasis?
Would you be having more fun?
Would you, would your body feela more sense of ease and calm,
or would you be stressing andworrying and spinning in your
head?
No, right, you would be more atease and at peace and you would
also be thinking about likewhat's next after this?
(05:24):
Right?
So, really starting and I thinkthat this is where sometimes
four gets kind of skipped overbecause when you are not doing
somatic practices, when you arenot really living when I say
living, what I mean is beingthat version of yourself right,
because anything that youalready want right now, it
(05:45):
already exists in some otherdimension.
We just got to get on thatfrequency of it.
And so the question becomes howoften am I living from that
space?
Or am I thinking of that space,of that plane, of that
dimension, but I'm still livingfrom lack and insecurity and
inadequacy and not feelingempowered, right?
(06:07):
So there is a vibrationalmismatch.
So what you really have tostart practicing.
Think of it like trying onclothes in the morning Are you
putting on a disempowered shirtor are you putting on an
empowered shirt?
Are you putting on a lack shirtor are you putting on an
abundant easeful shirt?
(06:27):
And yes, there are going to betimes where we drop back into
our human right, where we dofeel disempowered or we do feel
inadequate or lack or whatever.
That might be shame or guilt, and I want you to recognize how
long are you staying in thatvibration or are you processing
the emotion and then you'removing back to the person who is
(06:49):
empowered, prosperous, havingfun in their life, things are
working well for them, everything's always working out
for them, and I think somaticpractices are highly undervalued
.
I think there's a lot of valuethat we can place on the mind
and the imagination and also, are we releasing some of that
stuff that is in our bodies andyou're going to have to play
(07:10):
with this.
Somatic practices could be foryou breath work.
It could be EFT tapping Checkmy previous episode on how to do
an EFT session with yourself.
It could be energy work.
It could be emotion code, releasing emotions in your body.
It could be healing sound bathsor walking in the grass or
going and riding your bike orwhatever it is.
(07:32):
But you're going to have toplay with this and not
everything I suggest mayresonate in your body and the
only way that you're going toknow this is if you actually do
it yourself.
So, really starting to focus onbringing your attention I mean I
told a client the other day I'mlike you've got to be like a
watchdog, you've got to be somindful and not like obsessive
where that's all you're thinkingabout, but you've got to be
(07:54):
aware, like when the mind or theor the language just wants to,
or the vibration just wants togo back to what is has been.
You have to bring it back.
Your awareness has to bring itback to what is it that I
actually want Somatic practices, being in that vibration and
then moving from that place.
And number five, I think, is wegot to allow our humanness
(08:15):
right this isn't spiritualbypassing here.
This isn't, like everything'salways rainbow and daisies, like
we came here, I believe to havea human experience to also
enjoy.
You know, our time here onplanet earth, and also there is.
You know, how can you have somuch joy If you don't know what
so much sadness feels likeyou're going to have the
(08:37):
opposites right, like that is alaw, law of rhythm.
Right, like you're going to have, or a contrast right, that's
part of living and it's, youknow, allowing yourself to feel
but not to to stay therelong-term.
And knowing the way that I havestarted to look at this
contrast, instead of gettingattached to it, is knowing that
(09:00):
when I am in this lower trough,I know that I'm on the up right,
like, think of it like a rollercoaster.
When you go down in the trough, the roller coaster, it's got to
go back up right.
And so really not becomingattached to what your current 3D
observed world is showing you, continuing to hold the vision,
acting from that place, allowingthe human in you to feel
(09:21):
sadness or grief or shame orwhatever it might be, and then
continuing to move and know thatyou're on the uphill, you're
moving on up to what's next andevolving.
And instead of looking at like,I think we can become attached
to the part of us where you knowwhere things aren't working out
(09:43):
well for us, and then we makeall of these stories up about
ourselves.
And that's where we also haveto realize that we have the
power to decide.
What kind of story do we wantto tell, right?
Do we want to tell anempowering story of this is a
moment in time and this isprepping me for my next chapter,
and look at all of the wisdomthat I'm going to gain from this
(10:03):
experience.
Or do you look at it as this ishappening to me, all of the
things going wrong?
I knew this would happen, theshoe's going to drop, all of
this kind of stuff.
So it's really, how are yougoing to story when you are in
the troughs and not stayingthere, not getting attached to
it and knowing that you aregoing to move through it, just
(10:25):
like you always have witheverything else?
And I think the sixth one, whichI think is the most important,
is really living from God andspirit.
How connected are you to God?
How often are you trusting in ahigher power than yourself?
And I think that for some of us, at least for me, I know that I
became disconnected and I knowthat was part of my path and I
(10:49):
had to go through that.
I had to become disconnected sothat I could become reconnected
and understand the importanceof moving from God and spirit
and having something bigger thanmyself to wake up every day for
, and honor and move from, whenyou truly believe that there is
(11:13):
a higher power that is helpingyou, that is loving, that wants
only the best for you.
That doesn't mean that it'swithout obstacles or challenges.
It just means that we are God.
We are moving from that placeof of oneness and when we can
really connect on that level, knowing that everything is
(11:35):
always adding to our life, adding to our perspective, so
that we can use that wisdom towhatever, whether it's in our
business, with our children, with our spouses, with our
families, and really reallysetting aside time and
developing your own spiritualpractice, whatever that is for
(11:58):
you, that you are recognizingthat you are one with God.
It is not a separation, and thatI believe that God, whatever
way you want to view it, is aloving God.
It is not what most religionshave kind of indoctrinated us to
believe, that it's a fearfulGod.
I don't believe that.
I believe that God really wantsthe best for us and that they
(12:22):
want to like.
We are here because we are thatphysical version of God and
that God gets to express throughus.
And so are we thinking ofourselves from that light?
Are we thinking of ourselves as, like the grandest version of
ourselves, or are we looking atit from a very limited mind or
(12:44):
concept and so reallyreconnecting and like what is
your spiritual practice?
And honoring that?
Because when I notice, when Iget into sometimes fear or lack,
or I see that humanness in mecome out, what I recognize is I
have become disconnected withthat moment and so how do I get
back in, how do I reconnect?
(13:05):
Those are the questions that Iask myself so that I can come
back home.
So I'm going to summarize thesix that way.
You have them, but really thinkabout them and contemplate like
and this isn't like a onethrough six, right, this is
sometimes it's a one, sometimesyou know you have to go back to
(13:26):
one and like, oh, your awarenesswhen you're, when you're
working on something new, youknow, sometimes it's more so in
the three and the four, right, what do you want?
So number one is awareness.
Number two is what are youthinking that you currently like
, that you don't want?
If you are focusing on what youdon't want, which is amazing,
awareness.
Number three is focusing on whatyou do want.
(13:48):
What are your heart's desires?
Really spending some time toget clear on that.
Number four is focusing on whatyou want, doing those somatic
practices, being in thevibration, moving from that
place, as Neville Goddard says.
You know, living from the wishfulfilled meaning you're living,
you are being that person whoalready has what you want.
(14:08):
Number five is allowing thetroughs not getting stuck there
or allowing or being a coming, attached in that place, knowing
that the highs are on its wayright, where you're just around
the corner.
And then six is really livingfrom God and spirit.
So ask yourself, you know, ofthe six that I mentioned, where
you like, feel like, yeah, myskillset's pretty good there,
(14:30):
and then where some of thosethat you're like you know what I
could spend some more time oflike really focusing there to
increase that skill set so thatI do come out of it.
You know, my refractory periodis shorter.
So that's what I have for youtoday.
I am rooting for you, I'mcheering you on, like we.
I just want everyone to knowhow powerful we are and how we I
(14:56):
truly believe the world hasfrom lower consciousness beings.
We have believed that we arenot as powerful as what we are,
and it is a returning home toourselves.
It is a coming back home to ourpower, our innate power, our
God essence within us, and Ijust want everyone to know what
(15:18):
that is and to feel what that is.
So until next time, I'll seeyou in the next episode.
