Recently I was in the organic food store looking at green
powders and I hold a canister and ask my body how does this
feel, is this good, do I need this, will it really help?
And I was shocked at the answer.So in the middle of the food
store all that is came in and told me it is not so much about

what you put in your body and your workout as it's about your
vagus nerve, your central nervous system, your fight or
flight, your parasympathetic sympathetic, your survival mode.
And that just stunned me to findout that we can work out to our
heart's content and we can use all these different supplements.

But if we're pushing our body too hard, if we're spiking the
cortisol or still in survival mode with a relationship or in
terrible fear at work of losing our job or any number of things,
then all the supplements and workouts in the world aren't
going to help. So I wanted to tune into all

that is again and ask what we can do in order to live the
healthiest on this planet. To live to be 100 hundred and
5200 years old. OK dear ones, understand in 3rd
dimension you are not meant to live to be 200.

That is not part of the structure of existence that your
souls have created for this game.
Now we will say that as you moveinto a fifth dimensional state
of being, you will easily live to 200 years old, 300 years old,

into the six dimensional frequencies and back into fifth.
You can move your dimensional body much more in 5D than you

meaning giving it whole food, giving it exercise, giving it
rest, creating moments of laughter, moments of
contentment, immense moments of gratitude.

can get into food because eatinganimals or not is a choice from
your soul. It is individual and unique.

grew up eating meat and now they're vegan or vegans.

your ascension journey. Remember, this is a game.
You cannot be killed. Your life force never ends, just
as an animal's life force never ends.

Yes, to eat healthy is to help your body, but for even for

those that do not eat healthy, if they are accelerating their
energy body, then it can tolerate unhealthy food, your
fast food, your processed food because they are operating their
body on a higher frequency. Now we are not suggesting that

you meditate and eat fast food. You very well understand to eat
healthy is to fortify your body,but also to remove stress from
your life is to fortify your body.
That is why we explained to Tracy it is stepping out of
survival mode that extends your lifespan and your quality of

your Internet to find vagus nerve exercises for when you
stimulate the vagus nerve you will calm your body, distress
your body, create better health for yourself.

So is volunteering for others. So is watching baby animal
videos on your Internet. Whatever you can use to
immediately shift your frequencyinto one of more love, more

stay in a calm state longer and longer.
And it is this calm state that helps you enter 5D and stay
there. So we will tell you when it

comes to food, when it comes to meditation, when it comes to
exercise, whether it be your cardio or your weights, when it
comes to all of those things. Your first question is, does
this calm me? Does this soothe me?

Oh, we understand that if you are doing a hard workout, you
are not calling soothe at the moment, but are you stressing
yourself or are you exciting yourself?

coincide with what my body is comfortable with.
You know what? What spikes my cortisol, what
makes me too tired the next day to be able to be effective at
work, You know, things like that.

your body, to open your empathicskills and intuitive skills and
see what your body is asking for.
Trust yourself, notice the signs, Try different things.

Work on that first before you add in or take away any foods.
Know thyself. Calm thy body, stimulate your

vagus nerve, and you will find that you much more quickly reach
not only the body you wish for, but the dimensional state of
