(00:08):
Hi.
Thanks for joining me, Clara, and allowingme to help you relax and fall asleep.
This guided visualization is about a fieldwhere you can imagine meeting loved ones
(00:30):
who are no longer here communing with them
or simply sensing their presence.
Not many people knowabout the field of dreams.
(00:52):
But in this guided meditation, yourheart will visit this imaginary place.
A field,
transcending right or wrong,
a field beyond physical bodies,
(01:17):
a place.
Beyond the dualities of life and judgment
and void of conflict,
a single unending field of bliss,
(01:42):
a field where the real worldmelts away for short world.
Where escape is possible
into the place beyondour body consciousness,
(02:11):
it may be a specific scent Bird.
Well, countless other things thatreveal our loved one's spirit
studies have shown that feelinga loved one's presence eases the
(02:31):
sorrow of accompanying grief.
So when you sense your loved one'sessence, feel it without apology.
This manifestation is a normal and helpfulway to maintain a bond with loved ones.
(02:56):
No longer here.
Saying goodbye is hard,
but it's hard also living every day.
Unable to say anything to them.
(03:21):
Grief is the realization thatyou'll never see, hear, touch,
or smell a loved one again.
It's one of the most painfulemotions any human can experience.
(03:47):
But perhaps another way to ease thisexperience of grief is to consider
it as an expression of gratitude
and gratefulness for the numerouspositive ways the one you loved,
touched and impacted your life.
(04:39):
Before we begin, please find a comfortableplace where you can relax for this guided
visualization to the field of dreams,
(05:02):
gently close your eyes.
I will keep them openwith a softened gaze.
Let go of all the tensionyou might have in your face,
(05:25):
neck and shoulders.
Allow your breath to carry you intorelaxation and find its natural rhythm.
(06:03):
Notice each inhale as your breath travelsdown to your lungs, into your belly,
and when you exhale how your bellycontracts as your breath moves
back out of your nostrils or mouth.
(06:41):
Invite your awareness toflow with your breath.
Be present at thismoment with your breath.
(07:18):
And if your mind wandersaway with a thought,
emotion,
or sensation that catchesyour attention, gently guide
awareness back to your breathing.
(07:46):
Each breath in is a chance to begin again
and each breath out.
It's a chance to let go.
(08:15):
So be in the present moment
and remember that your breath is theanger to which you can always return.
(08:54):
You wake up.
In the house, in the in between,
in between the mountains and the sea,
in between the land and the sky,
(09:22):
and in a place between reality.
And dreams.
The house in between is the halfwaypoint for weary travelers to stop
(09:48):
and sleep on their way, hikingthrough the miles and miles.
Of an empty wild landscape.
It's a simple place,more like a hut really
(10:14):
made entirely of wood.
The exterior walls arepainted bright yellow.
Otherwise, the house would be camouflagedand difficult to see in the deep
countryside with its hills and Dales.
(10:46):
Inside the house in between, even theplates and cutlery are crafted from wood.
The out only soft thingsinside the in-between house
(11:08):
are the things you brought
your sleeping bag and pad.
(11:33):
When you wake up, a little blurryeyed, you can see through the window.
The house in between is surroundedby goy clouds of mist and fog.
Drifting slowly in land with the wind.
(11:59):
You can't see the sea,
but you know it's nearby.
The sound, the waves make breakingon the beach is trapped somehow
(12:23):
inside the clouds, making the noiseseem amplified rather than muffled.
There's a packet of coffee, a pot,and some powdered milk, so you brew
(12:50):
yourself a cup over this small gas stove.
After a little while, you are pouring thesteaming hot coffee into an Ashwood mug,
(13:14):
sipping it.
And watching outta the windowas the sun begins to shine,
breaking the misty clouds apart.
(13:41):
Now you notice all the details.
A flock of some white keysbelow floating in the bay
and random seagulls flying overhead a
(14:07):
and on the curve of the hillsframing the bay a. It's that a sheep.
(14:38):
Pretty soon you've rinsed out thecoffee mug and packed up your gear.
The first rule of the house is notto wear shoes inside, so you have
to go outside to put your boots on.
(15:07):
Putting your feet inside feels cold.
Because the shoes have beenexposed to the elements all night,
(15:27):
you head out
walking through a landscapeempty of everything apart from
hills and veils of Heather.
SES
Moss
(15:48):
and the occasional narrow flowing stream.
But yeah, it's impossibly fresh.
(16:08):
With Earth Sense
sky winds,
bird calls,
and all the countrysides magic
perfect for healing and soothing the soul.
(16:54):
Being in this countrysideis like being in a dream.
You feel a little lost.
You lose sense of who you are,
but the more time you spend here,
(17:19):
the more connected youfeel to your ancestors.
The ones who lived on Earthlong ago, when it was all wild
uninhabited,
much like this landscape.
(17:50):
So the longer you are here.
The more peaceful you feel
and the more everything slows down
(18:19):
the field of dreams.
Close
somewhere between the seam where thecurvy dark green hills meet the blue sky.
(18:49):
The field of dreams is the wildest littlepasture that ever boarded the wilderness,
whom.
Would you meet in that field
(19:30):
when you get there?
A warm wave of affection washes over you
and the wispy mist descends again,
wrapping you
and the field
(19:52):
in an ethereal warmth.
It is time to stop
(20:22):
a thick belt of spongy moss andlichen covers the field of dreams.
(20:42):
And you lie down on a mossy place nextto the trail using your pack as a pillow.
(21:03):
When you close your eyes,
another hazy wave
of affection envelops you.
(21:29):
Wrapped up in your mind at this time.
Visualize the person or pet.
You've lost
the one never far from your thoughts.
(21:51):
Meet them here in the healingenergy field of the field of dreams.
(22:14):
Imagine the words you wish you'd said.
(22:35):
Recall something in particularabout their appearance.
(22:59):
Remember something they enjoyed?
(23:19):
Imagine a good time you spent together.
(23:41):
Absorb this feeling.
(24:03):
Sense the presence of your love
and remember only the good times.
Let them know how much you love them.
(25:09):
Now take one deep cleansingbreath filled with love, light,
and gratitude for your loved one.
A release.
(25:39):
The magical things inlife are not material.
They have feelings.
Experiences
(26:01):
and mindful moments.
(26:21):
And the sunlight warms your eyelids
and when you open them,
a warm gust of wind blowsthe typhus mist away.
(26:48):
And the fleeting presence with it,
but this feeling remains in your heart,
so carry it with you.
(27:27):
The field of dreams isalways here for you to visit.
And energy feels
between reality and imagination.
(27:55):
A place beyond the past.
In the present.
