Struggling to find the time or energy for fitness after having a baby?
Join us for an inspiring and practical conversation with fitness coach Zoe Yeo!
Zoe shares her personal journey of reclaiming her strength and identity postpartum.
This episode is for any mom who wants to feel more energized and reconnected with herself but doesn't know where to start.
TLFMTR (Too Long For Mom To Read):
The Hardest Part is Showing Up: The biggest hurdle is simply starting. Once you show up for yourself, you've already done more than enough.
Schedule Your Self-Care: You can create time for movement. Plan your workouts around your baby's naps or trade off with your partner when they get home. Your time is just as important.
Energy In, Energy Out: It seems counterintuitive, but exercising when you're tired can actually give you more energy to keep up with your little ones and tackle your day.
You Are Still In There: Even when you feel like you've lost the person you were before kids, the best parts of you always exist. Fitness can be a way to reconnect with that inner rockstar.
What is one small way you can show up for yourself this week, even for just 10 minutes?
Remember, you are a great mom, and you're not alone in this.
