Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time to wake up witches.
I'm your host, kat Adams, andI'm here to remind you that, no
matter where you're at in life, you're not stuck.
Good morning, it is a Saturdayand it is a little after seven.

(00:33):
I got up early because I havebeen so wiped out at night.
I don't know what's going onwith me.
I think I went to bed at like830 last night on our freaking
Friday.
But that's life these days.
I am just drained a lot, butI'm feeling a lot better.
I'm feeling a lot better.
I'm doing some stuff, y'all.
I'm getting it.
I'm getting a girl, but anyways, who's that going to say?

(00:59):
Oh, so this is the season totreat yourself and this is.
I talk about this a lot.
I think I might have a problem.
I do this a lot.
I'm like I deserve this.
I need to celebrate thisbecause I have a lot in my life
to celebrate, and I bet you dotoo, if you really think about
it.
So I had for breakfast and I'mgoing to butcher the name of

(01:21):
this, but it's called like a ohmy gosh, I don't know a Chateau
Busk or something.
It was a Spice Omen Prylene andit's basically it looks like a
flourless chocolate cake andit's from Dandelion Chocolate
and I went there when I was inSan Francisco and I was like, oh
my gosh, the best chocolateI've ever had.

(01:44):
And so I was like I'm going toorder some for myself for
Christmas.
And I started looking on theirwebsite and I was like, oh my
gosh, this looks amazing.
It looks so fudgy and rich andit had cardamom in it and it's
like praline and oh my gosh, andit was amazing.
And, yes, I ate a fudgychocolate thing for breakfast

(02:06):
and it was glorious.
And you can do that becausewe're all adults here and do
what you want, live your lifethe way you want, and I like to
live my life without therestriction of dessert for
breakfast.
And we're going to be talkingabout a lot of treat yourself
stuff today and celebrating youand how far you've come this

(02:29):
year.
But before that, I need to giveyou a huge apology, because I
was looking on my the websitethat hosts my podcast and I was
like, oh my gosh, I didn't posta podcast that first week of

(02:51):
December.
I could have swore I had onescheduled y'all, but I did not,
because I know I've been saying,oh, I'm taking the week of the
25th Christmas off.
I'm taking that week off andy'all instead.
I just brain farted and I didnot give y'all an episode on the
fourth and I am so freakingsorry.

(03:13):
I had two of them booked but Ijust skipped over that day so
I've had to do some rearrangingon my podcast schedule.
But again, I am so freakingsorry.
This week the episode wassupposed to be about
accountability and internalizedmisogyny, but I am bumping that

(03:34):
to January actually, because Ithought what I'm going to talk
about now is actually I need toget this out before you know the
new years, before you celebrateyou.
Actually, I lied, last week wassupposed to be about
accountability and then I bumpedthe Yule one up.

(03:54):
So the one you listened to lastweek about Yule celebrations
and how you know you cancelebrate if you're stuck in a
toxic relationship celebratingthe holidays that was supposed
to go up today but I justswitched them stuff up cuz I was
like why would I last minuteput that out when I'm giving in
like tips on celebrating for theholidays and decorating?
They need to know that inadvance.

(04:16):
Yeah, I got a lot on my head.
I'm just saying basically ascrewed up.
So in the next few episodes, down weird and like all over the
place with dates.
It's because I fucked up, butI'm telling y'all now and
apologize, and because when youhear this episode, it will be my

(04:38):
last until January 1st.
So this one should be going outon the 18th so you can get
ready for your new year, newYear celebrations.
I'm taking next week off.
There will not be an episodefor the 25th.
Go enjoy time with yourself, your family, your kids, your

(04:59):
cats, your plants, and thenJanuary 1st, you're going to
hear me back and talking aboutthe glow up.
I have been working on, which,if you had watched my Instagram
stories, yes, I said I took asocial media break and it's been
going pretty well.
I do post occasionally on mystory still, but I have not

(05:22):
really been scrolling at all andit's been great and so far, so
good.
But I will share those tipswith you in the new year.
So let's get along now andlet's start talking about my
routine, what I do to set myselfup for the new year, and I
think it's amazing tips, becauseI think you would find value in
it as well.

(05:43):
So first let me say, if you arenot following Francesca Amber on
the Law of Attraction, changemy Life podcast has my favorite
podcast.
It should be recommended on mypage.
I think she holds like a NewYear's party and I went last
year and it was absolutelyamazing.
It was so much fun and I gainedso much insight from it.

(06:06):
I definitely recommend going tothat.
I don't know if she still hasthe tickets on sale, but you
might want to go check that out.
It was a lot of fun.
I'm not doing it this yearbecause she's holding it on my
40th birthday and my 40thbirthday y'all.
I'm going to be eating steakand enjoying the luxury and

(06:30):
festivities in New York City.
Yelp, your girl is going tolive a lavish life.
For I think, what is it?
Four days In NYC right afterChristmas, because I don't want
to turn 40 in Tennessee and Ineed to go into my 40s with,

(06:50):
like fucking I was going to saybig dick energy, but we don't
glorify mills here big coochieenergy.
I don't know, I'm trying tothink it could get really wrong.
Let's just say massive feminine, badass bitch energy.

(07:15):
Okay, I have to, y'all.
I have to because it's the 40sand you know how scary that is.
So I'm so freaking excited.
That's another reason why I'mtaking that week off because I
need to get my shit together andlearn like, oh my gosh, what do
I need?
I bought a parka.
The other day Costco had themon sale for like $35.
I bought my cell phone, boughtmy daughter one.

(07:35):
I bought some of those hothands because I heard it's cold.
So we're going to be like packedup, wrapped up like you know,
we live in igloos or somethingand just enjoying lots of New
York pizza.
I've got reservations atBudakon, wanted to go there.

(07:56):
I got reservations at La GrandeBoucherie I'm probably
butchering that spelling thatsteakhouse it's Keens, I think.
Oh my God, I got tickets.
I got tickets to Harry Potter, the cursed child, and I got
really good seat.
Y'all Like I'm freaking excited.

(08:17):
This is, yeah, I kind ofsplurged a little bit.
Look, remember I told you Ihave a problem with treating
myself, but this was also theChristmas present.
It's our family Christmaspresent because you know I think
I've talked about it before wejust do different traditions and
we're trying this year atradition of travel because we
love traveling instead of giftgiving.

(08:38):
We're still giving each other alittle bitty gifts, but this is
our main gift.
Is who wouldn't want to see NewYork City and all the
festivities and beautiful lightsLike, oh my God, I'm excited.
So that's why I am not going tobe around and I hope I know I'm
talking about this glow up.
I hope all that pizza andcocktails doesn't fuck it up.

(09:02):
I hope I walk it off because Iknow we'll be walking a lot.
Apparently, that's whateverybody does up there.
So let's get on with the show.
I know I'm rambling, but let'stalk about obviously treating
yourself and celebrating you.
Now I have been preparing forthe new year and this little

(09:24):
celebration of me and it's easyfor me also because, like it's
Christmas and then it's mybirthday and then it's New Year,
so I like give myselfpermission to just go all out,
right, but you can too.
You don't have to have abirthday thrown in there.
But I have been doing this onactually Thanksgiving week
because I'm off.

(09:45):
Some days starting that week I'mjust closed and my husband is
usually out of town, busy andfamily, and so I have downtime
and time to really focus on NewYear's goals and reflect back on
my year.
Now a lot of people do thatright after Christmas because

(10:08):
you have that, you know, glowand it's just like those really
weird days between Christmas andNew Year's and everybody's like
I don't know what to do withmyself.
So that's also a great day, agreat time to plan in, like the
traditional time to plan, Iguess, your new year.
But I plan mine early.
So I've had all this stufffigured out for a while now and

(10:29):
let me tell you what I do, somaybe you can incorporate some
of these traditions into yourlife.
And the number one thing is Ihave one notebook solely
dedicated to each year'sreflections.
So at the end of the year Iwill reflect on everything from

(10:58):
the year that I accomplished andI'll also go back and I'll look
to see if that's what I wantedto accomplish.
Now, funny enough, let me tellyou when I did this this year.
So this is crazy.
So I did this this year and Iwas looking back to what I had
planned for my year, and at theend of the year I planned big

(11:23):
celebration in New York City.
I forgot about that.
I totally forgot about that.
And when my husband keptbringing up New York City for my
birthday and I never evenmentioned that to anybody y'all
my husband kept bringing up NewYork City for my birthday and my
daughter because she wanted togo over the summer and I was

(11:43):
like, no, I don't want to be incrowds, you know, I want to go
to like the beach or themountains, yada, yada, yada.
And so we didn't.
We didn't think we were goingto do it.
It was kind of a last minutedecision because I didn't want
to do it.
And then just something clickedin my head and I'm like you
know what, I'm gonna try it out,I'm gonna do it, and I got

(12:05):
excited about it.
So when I was going lookingthrough like my stuff from last
year that I wrote down I saidbig celebration in New York City
, I was like what the flip?
I don't even remember writingthat.
That's really not like me,because I do like beach and
mountains and cannot standcrowds.
It was weird and I was like I'ma subconsciously manifested it.

(12:31):
It's interesting, though, to seewhen you go back in your
notebook and you see all thehopes and dreams you had at the
beginning of the year.
Then you can reflect on if youachieve those or if you're a big
fat failure and you can just belike all right, I'm gonna do
better next year or I'm gonnakill it again next year, you
know, and I'll see your sense.
Be kind to yourself.

(12:51):
If you didn't hit those goals,it's okay.
Guess what you can try again.
There is no limits on how manytimes you get to get back up
again.
So I was looking at my stuff andthere's some things that I
achieved and there's some thingsI didn't achieve.
But you know what?
That's fine.
It's going on the list againthis year.

(13:12):
Some of it I was reading.
I was like one of it.
I'll just tell y'all.
One of it was because you know,I've talked about me gaining
like an extra 10 pounds over thepast two years.
Now was like when I get 40,these 10 pounds are going to be
off and I'm going to be likebest shape ever bought.
No, did not happen.

(13:32):
It's getting there.
It's getting there.
That's why I'm talking about myglow up is getting there.
But it's been a struggle and Ihave succeeded in other areas of
my life.
It's just taken my time, andthat's okay, because not
everything's going to fall intoplace all at once.
So what I want you to do is havea notebook that you keep solely

(13:58):
for this purpose, that you keepfor writing every year your
intentions for the new year.
But before you do that.
I need you to take some timeand make a ritual out of this.
Do it in the bathtub.
Actually did it in the bathtub.
I lit some candles and I had, like my notebook and my pen and

(14:21):
I had my diffuser with the oneI'm smelling now, the oil I'm
smelling now and that is like aredwood knock turn or whatever.
It's pretty good.
It does not really smell offoresty, but I was going for
like foresty vibes because y'allknow my biggest dream is to
move to Oregon, so that goes onlike top of my list every year.

(14:42):
But, yeah, make a whole ritualout of it.
Pour yourself some coffee orsome wine or some tea, get cozy
and just make sure you havepeace and quiet and you're gonna
be undisturbed, because I needyour full attention, your full
focus on you and I want you tostart writing yourself a letter,

(15:06):
and this is a thank you letterto you for all your hard work
you did this year and some stuffyou're gonna be like when you
start reflecting.
You'll be like oh yeah, Iforgot, in January I got lip
injections.
I've always wanted to get lipinjections.

(15:27):
Put lip injections on there.
This doesn't have to be shit, like I volunteered for a
homeless shelter Although if youdid that, that's awesome.
Put that in there.
But little things that you'vebeen wanting, things that make
you feel good about yourself, put it in there.
So I need you to go throughevery single month, slowly

(15:48):
Remember everything you did,thank you.
Thank you, kat, for taking somuch time for you this year and
all your vacations.
Thank you, kat, for reservingmoney to spend with your family
on these vacations so you canhave quality time away from home

(16:09):
.
Thank you, kat, for expandingyour knowledge in this niche so
that you can spread the word toothers.
Thank you, kat, forVolunteering.
I did do that y'all I have beendoing that and I am expanding
my horizons in the next yearwith that.

(16:30):
Thank you, cat, for launching apodcast and Spreading the good
news and the word that you'renot stuck.
And my power went out and Ialmost lost this entire episode.
Oh my gosh.
No, thank you to the power gridin Tennessee that seems to Just

(16:54):
go off line whenever a freakingsparrow farts.
So Back to thinking yourselfand all that good juju Is.
That put me in a pissy mood.
I did lose a lot.
It was like 10 minutes, allright, we're back to thinking
ourselves.
Nothing too big, nothing toosmall.

(17:16):
What did you learn this year?
We learned All sorts of stuffLike think yourself for
empowering yourself for evenlistening to the podcast or
reading the book or any book.
It doesn't have to be my book,it doesn't have to be my path,
my podcast, you know.
We learned different things, though on this podcast and if
you stuck around which youshould, and I highly recommend,

(17:36):
if you have not, going back andlisten to the episodes.
We learned about lovingourselves, lots of self-care,
romanticizing your life, achieving many, many, many
different things.
Manifestation, love it one ofmy favorite things.
Talk about love, attraction,visualization.
We did some petty stuff thatfelt oh so amazing.

(17:57):
We learned about all differenttypes of abuse so we can
recognize it in ourselves andour friends and our loved ones.
We learned a lot and, ifanything, think yourself for
that, because now that you haveall that knowledge, you can do
amazing things with it.
So think yourself foreverything you've done for you

(18:21):
and for others, and I want youto reflect On all the good stuff
.
We're not talking about the badstuff.
Maybe you didn't want to lose 10pounds this year and you didn't
.
Don't beat yourself up over it.
Just get up and try again.
It's okay, life happens.

(18:42):
I'm one of those people whodoes not like I'm not the type
that says I'm gonna Start mydiet Monday and it's like
Thursday.
Now I start at Thursday and Ihighly recommend adopting that
mindset Because I know real lifehappens.
There's gonna be setbacks.
I'm not gonna make something ona date where I need to, you
know, or if I don't, I have thisextra cushion.

(19:05):
So Get on it now.
And I like that's been a gamechanger for me Because it allows
me to give myself grace, andyou got to give yourself grace.
So don't think about Anything.
You didn't get in a negativeway.
Just think about it as you'reone step closer Now.

(19:27):
You know we need to focus yourattention, or you know a better
way to get there, because youarmed yourself with knowledge
this year and I want you to giveyourself this credit, even if
you're into the woo-hoo juju andyou like you know the universe
has helped you and our god.
Or you know, maybe you pray togod or I don't know a deity.

(19:48):
I don't know what you're doingover there, but I need you to
also recognize you.
There's a quote from I thinkit's Rummy.
I always pronounce stuff wrong, are you, mi Rummy Rumi?
I love this quote and he saysyou are not a drop in the ocean.
You are the ocean and a dropand I need you to know that,

(20:13):
like you have this magic in you.
You have these amazing, greatthings in you.
Look at all you've done, lookat all you will do, look at how
you're going to grow.
Oh, you have this inside youand I need you to See it,
recognize it, appreciate it,value it, guard it.
Don't ever forget it.

(20:36):
So this is why we do theexercise where we think
ourselves, because a lot of ourjobs, especially if you're mom,
those are thankless jobs, youknow.
And if you're, especially ifyou're a single mom, who's
building you up?
You know who's making you feelgood.
You are, you are now and youalways should be.
Whether you're a single mom ornot, whether you're surrounded

(20:57):
by a loving family, you stillneed to build yourself up and
you still need to recognize howvaluable you are.
And that's why we do thisexercise of thanking you for
being you and doing the hardwork, and then Next year, you're
gonna go back and you're gonnaread it and you're gonna be like
, wow, I've grown so much, lookat all I accomplished last year.

(21:19):
But look at I all Iaccomplished this year and I
want you to put everything in it.
Did you go on vacation?
Did you buy something you'vebeen wanting to buy for a long
time?
Maybe you bought a new car, maybe you bought a house, maybe
you got out of debt?
Put it all in there.
You know, even if you just tookimplemented, like a daily walk
or Watching the sunrise a coupletimes a year, I don't care what

(21:41):
it is.
Whatever makes you feel good.
Put it all in there and giveyourself the credit for doing
Doing the shit.
Y'all did the shit.
So after you do that, I wantyou to set your intentions for
next year, and again You'regonna write yourself a letter

(22:04):
and you're gonna say cap, lastyear was absolutely amazing.
I learned so much.
I am so grateful.
Remember, you got to practicethat gratitude.
Next year, I look forward toTaking two more vacation suspend

(22:25):
quality time with my family.
I look forward to Looking atproperty so I can buy my dream
home.
Whatever you're looking for to,I look forward to publishing a
book.
I look forward to, uh, lookingfor a new job and gaining a new
job.
I'm not doing that.
So if any of my co-workers arelistening, I did not mean that

(22:46):
that was an example.
Seriously, I love my job.
I have to put that disclaimer inhere because I think I have
some sneaky snake co-workers whohave found my pen name In our
listening and if you are, you'rea dirty heathen but I like it.
So, yeah, whatever you want,it's you know, it's the new
year's new.
You go bullshit, right.

(23:07):
If you want to lose 10 pounds, put that in there, say you look
forward to it, you're committedto it, use that language.
You have to use strong language, not like I hope I won't.
Nah, bitch, you will.
You commit, and then you gotyourself set up for the new year

(23:29):
and you don't have to do it allat once.
One of the reasons I recommendthat um francesca amber thing is
because you know she puts hergoals like different times of
the year.
So you're not like working atall the goals all the times of
the year, and most of them areat the beginning of the year, in
the middle, so you cancelebrate and you can do the
wintering turning in thing, which I've always done, and I

(23:51):
slow down in the wintertimebecause I get all my shit done
in the spring and summer monthsand I highly recommend that as
well.
I have a calendar, an old schoolpaper calendar.
I have been using them for over10 years.
My favorite ones come from ErinCondren I think it's spelled
C-O-N-D-R-E-N.
They're a little bit expensivebut they've been my favorite.

(24:13):
I've used so many differentcalendars.
I have this witchy one thisyear I used, but it's not spiral
bound and I like somethingspiral bound so I can like keep
it open, and it has, like themoon phases and stuff.
So if that's your thing also, you know there's plenty of those
online Going Etsy, going Amazon.
It's got like.
You know it'll mark the fullmoons on this day, or moons in
retrograde on this day.

(24:34):
I freaking love it and I, whenI do this whole ritual where I'm
writing these letters to myself, I set my calendar up and I say
I'm gonna do this goal in thismonth, this goal in this month,
by this month.
I better have a lot of thismuch weight by this month.
You know I better be going on avacation.
I need to go to Turks andCaicos by this month, yada, yada

(24:55):
, yada, and it just makes thingsa lot more organized and I love
being organized and having aschedule.
So spend time really reflectingon the past and on what you
want in the future.
Ahead and write it down, showyour gratitude and start taking
action to plan your glow up in2024, whatever that looks like

(25:18):
for you.
And then, last but not least,we're getting back to the TREAT
JOE self.
I was gonna say I make onesymbolic purchase for myself,
but that's a lie.
I make plenty of symbolicpurchases for myself, but the
most important one, I feel likefor me is I buy myself and this

(25:39):
might not be your thing, andthat's fine.
I buy myself a piece of jewelryevery year and that jewelry has
some kind of intention behindit.
It does not have to beexpensive, okay.
So last year I was trying tofigure out what I wanted to buy

(26:04):
as a symbolization of my goalsnext year, and I wear these
bracelets, and these braceletsare like three years old.
I'll wear those every day andit's like a abundance bracelet.
I've talked about it before.
Abundance bracelet 1111.
It's got one that's like forestmoss agate, whatever, and

(26:27):
that's just like my WuWuJuJucrystal bracelets.
But I wanted a necklace.
But I wanted a necklace thatwould help me with some of my
intentions for 2023.
And I was playing around withsome Oracle cards and I pulled
one and it was like the crystalamatrine, and it was like having

(26:47):
the strength to get over badhabits and I had quite a few bad
habits in 2023 that I reallywanted to get rid of.
So I was like, oh my gosh, Ididn't even know this was a
crystal.
I'm gonna get it.
Let me read you about amatrinereal quick, because I think a
lot of people might like thisand I've never heard of it.

(27:08):
So it is a gemstone that is anatural blend of two distinct
minerals, amethyst and citrine, which are like two of my
favorites, right?
This combination results in acrystal that exhibits both the
purple of amethyst and theyellow of orange of citrine in
the same stone.
So the properties are basicallyeverything amethyst and citrine

(27:30):
, which citrine is likeprosperity, abundance.
It's a let's see what is itWealth, yada, yada, yada.
All that good shit everybodywants, and the name of this is
like stress relief, calm, emotional balance, mental
clarity, spiritual growth.
Also, citrine does amatrinewith all that.

(27:52):
Amatrine is all this, butcitrine, specifically, is, like
you know, energizing, inspiring.
This is just it's the perfectstone, it is the perfect stone.
So I was like, oh my gosh, I'mso glad I picked up that Oracle
card.
Now let me go buy me anamatrine necklace.
Got on Etsy and that is thenecklace.
Y'all probably seen it amillion times in my photos this

(28:14):
past year.
It's just a beautiful, purplish, goldish, yellow, little rough
cut gemstone that I wear everysingle day and I've added to it.
I picked up a little evil eyetrinket in San Francisco.
I put that on there.
I got this really cool lookingcharm.

(28:34):
That's like it looks like ahandheld mirror and it's got a
skull in it and like thereflection.
And then you turn it over andthe back of the mirror says look
within.
It's badass.
I cannot remember the place Igot that.
Oh my gosh, I ordered itoffline.
I just, yeah, I keep a charm inmy crystals or whatever near and

(28:56):
dear to me, close to my heartand nowhere in my room every day
and it reminds me of thosethings that I wanted to get in
2023.
And it's just like.
Also, you know, when I buy that, it's like a treat yourself,
that's your celebration, youdeserve it and it sets me up for
the new year.
Now, this year I was looking atsome other ones and I wasn't

(29:18):
quite sure what I wanted thisyear, but I knew I wanted a
larmar because it's such abeautiful stone.
And is it a gemstone crystal?
I don't know.
But I have a piece like a roughcut piece on my desk.
I look at and it just lookslike you're gazing down into an
ocean and there's all theserocks in there.

(29:39):
So it looks.
It reminds me of the beach inOregon, like with the
smokestacks and stuff.
So it's like, oh my gosh, I wanta piece of larmar and larmar
L-A-R-I-M-A-R.
I want that in jewelry form andI'm getting ready to stop
wearing my bullhorn ring.

(30:00):
You may have noticed that too.
I've been wearing that forseveral years.
That was something about formyself again, because I was like
congratulations, you publishedJosie Thatcher Cowboy Catcher.
If you have not read that book,it's freaking hilarious.
It's one of my favorite books Iwrote outside of the Fritzi Cox
series.
I think it's probably one ofthe best books I've written and

(30:20):
I was so proud of it.
So I got this like cowgirl ring, even though I'm nothing at all
like a cowgirl and I wear itevery day and I'm like it's time
to retire it.
I want a larmar, larmar, larmarring.
And so I started looking it upand I found this company called
Dune Jewelry and they will makecustom jewelry for you and they

(30:42):
do have the larmar stones.
But y'all, this is amazing, I'mso freaking excited about it.
I haven't got it yet.
I ordered it, though they willput custom sand in there from
like basically anywhere in theworld.
And I was like, oh, I can havea larmar ring and they have sand
like a little globes next tothe gemstone with whatever sand

(31:06):
you want in it.
And so I was like, oh yeah.
So I started looking at Oregonsand, because this is also part
of my manifestation stuff.
I do y'all know it's you knowgoals, right, getting over there
, getting to the West Coast.
So I was checking out what kindof sand they had from what

(31:27):
beaches and they freaking had myfavorite beach and I have some
of the best Freakin memoriesthese past two years on that
beach and it was secret beachand it was not an easy beach to
get to.
But if you're ever in Oregon,oh my gosh, go to secret beach.
I was like what they got asecret beach sand.

(31:48):
Like that's Crazy, because it'ssecret beach, right, it's like
because it's not so well-knownthat's probably more well-known
now but like, oh my gosh.
So I got a ring coming with alarmar crystal, jimstone,
whatever it is and the secretbeach sand.

(32:10):
And if you haven't seen whatthis one looks like, look it up.
This so it's only found LauraMars, only found in the
Dominican Republic.
It's a rare blue stone believedto embody the tranquil energies
of the sea and sky.
It's associated with soothingemotions, enhancing
communication and fosteringrelaxation.
Hey, we all need some of that.
Check it out is one of theprettiest stones I've ever seen.

(32:34):
Now I also was gonna be like Ithought I wanted garden quartz,
because I just now discoveredgarden quartz this year.
I was like, oh, that'sbeautiful.
That looks like something Iwant.
Looks like kind of like thatmoss ag I get.
Is it agate or agate?
I don't freaking know I'mhorrible at that, y'all don't
judge me but I thought I wantedthat.
But no, this just came to me.

(32:54):
So check out dune jewelry ifyou want anything like with some
sand in it from like one ofyour favorite beaches, just to
remind you of memories or tohelp you in your manifestation
journey.
Now, real quick, I wanted totouch on a couple of a couple of
crystals that you might like,if this is your thing, that you

(33:14):
want to, you know, buy yourselfa little small piece of jewelry
as a treat yourself gift.
I mean, there's all kinds ofoptions.
I treated myself with chocolate, y'all.
I treated myself with this redLight mask that's supposed to
like prevent HG.
That was expensive.
I treat myself to a lot ofthings, but it's that symbolic

(33:34):
purchase that you're setting upfor, not only celebrating
yourself this year, but settingyourself up for next year too,
and I always love that in theform of a crystal that I can
wear every single day to remindme to stay on track.

getting to be long, y'all.
