Начиная с того, что мир был сотворен произнесенными Богом словами и заканчивая повседневной жизнью, иудаизм приписывает словам огромную силу. Речь требует действия, поэтому слова эффективнее мыслей и они сильнее влияют на нашу жизнь.
Слова важны, потому что они закрепляют то, что мы испытываем, подчеркивают чувства, обогащают и усиливают наши эмоции. Когда мы говорим о грустных и болезненных вещах, даже абстрактных или прошлых, мы можем заплакать. Когда говорим о своей радости, то усиливаем свое счастье.
Наши слова вдохновляют и поднимают настроение или угнетают и причиняют боль не только окружающим, но и нам самим. Если мы знаем, как их использовать, они могут укреплять счастье. Давайте выбирать правильные слова, которые помогут сделать нашу жизнь счастливее.
