「在全職機構（固定夥伴共16人）擔任實習生一年時間，主管對於大大小小的事務都需要參與，並且第一時間要知道每個人的動向，包含實習生、正職、兼職等，對於不同專業就我觀點來看是沒有這麼信任，最終決定權都會落在該主管手上，所以底下的員工流動率相當高，最明顯的例子便是主管若今天未在機構，大家普遍都會很直接地講述對於該主管的看法（抱怨居多）。而我即將離開該機構，主管有請我針對行政端上提出對於系統合作的看法，請問馬力歐我該真正的講實話（主管可能相較情緒化與有自身議題等狀況）為繼續留在該機構的夥伴爭取權益，還是就單純闡述自己所學到的阿諛主管已獲取較高的分數呢？亦或是有沒有其他可能是兩者之間的平衡可以讓主管有機會慢慢鬆動個人想法，謝謝！」
