我們今天的來賓是廖健妤。為什麼今天要邀請他呢？他是我們2023年的未來大人物，也是我們今年2025年未來大人物的評審之一。他創辦的「老玩客」是針對熟齡服務產業的社會企業，在台灣這個已經邁入超高齡化社會的地方，我覺得是非常重要的議題。
健妤跟我們分享，當初他會想要創立老玩客，主要是觀察到自己父母退休之後的生活有關。但他也說一開始並沒有想要直接創業，而是想要先回學校唸書，結果在過程就直接成立了「老玩客」。
我問他老玩客對自己的定位是什麼？她說是一個針對長者提供友善服務設計的公司，所以包含了「職場友善、課程友善、體驗友善」等等，都是他們參與的項目。
他自己也分享了在創業過程中遇到的困難之處，要支付薪水的時候也會壓力很大，但是她說壓力最大的一次，反而是去年要接受外部投資的時候。
