我們今天的來賓是李全興，朋友都稱呼他老查。為什麼今天要邀請他呢？不知道大家有沒有注意到，我們關鍵評論網從今年開始有一個專欄叫「退而不休的人生」，我們每個月會採訪來自各領域卸下職務卻「退而不休」的人士，看他們如何從人生跑道轉換，享受各種精彩的體驗。而老查則是在49歲那一年，啟動了自己的職涯轉型歷程，所以我們想邀請他來聊一聊他這些年的心路歷程。
我們今天先從他如何定位現在的自己開始聊起，他提了幾個關鍵字，分別是出租大叔、中年級實習生等。出租大叔是個很有趣的經驗，我之前也有注意到老查開始做這個服務，所以我問他這是如何進行，以及過程中他有什麼有趣的故事和收穫，我也才知道原來他年輕時候在工作上脾氣很倔強，甚至會在開會的時候直接收東西走人（要知道他那時候還不是什麼高階主管）。這些故事都非常有趣。
後來我們聊了很多關於中年級實習生這件事，他也跟我們說了當初49歲時的中年轉型是怎麼一回事，他說他其實很喜歡工作，也從中間得到了很多，並且希望工作到做不動為止，但後來前老闆的一番話，讓他開始思考如果真的要做到做不動為止，顯然不能靠當時的工作模式，於是開啟了他決定探索到底怎麼樣的工作形式，才是適合他人生的下半場。
裡面有各種各樣很有趣的經驗和洞察，他說不是每個都成功，也很多失敗的經驗。但我想，這應該就是實習生的態度，我們年輕時候要花很多時間去探索，找到我們想要做的事情/工作，而老查也是透過這樣的態度，去尋找人生下半場能夠持續的工作樣態。
