我們今天的來賓是李柏鋒。他是我們關鍵評論網媒體集團底下財經媒體品牌「商益」的總編。為什麼今天會邀請他呢？因為我們最近在關鍵評論網製作一個叫做「退而不休的人生」專欄，另外也想討論三明治世代投資理財的觀點，所以當然要找知名的財經專家來跟我們分享他的看法。
其實我們在2020年的春季迷你季當中就已經根柏鋒聊過一次，當時他還是我們另外一個科技媒體品牌INSIDE的主編，現在他在內部另外成立了一個財經媒體商益，所以我們就先從商益是怎麼樣的一個媒體開始聊起。
再來我就問他關於投資理財的一些觀念，包含了他研究很久的退休議題。他說其實退休這個觀念在人類歷史上算是很近期才有的一個觀念，所以每一個世代的想法其實都還有很多不同。
到他現在，其實他很推薦大家可以預先就先設想關於所謂退休生活到底是什麼，或許每隔幾年或一陣子，就可以休息一下，然後再開始工作，而不是工作一輩子，到了60-70歲才開始規劃退休。
另外我們也聊到上有老、下有小的三明治世代，該怎麼規劃投資理財，他也說了該怎麼跟小孩討論投資理財這個議題。
以及保險該怎麼規劃，不管是幫小孩、幫自己，都有很深入淺出的說明。最後我們聊到投資自己這個題目，他也很直接的跟我們分享，他覺得不論產業領域，他覺得想要投資自己，都可以從這幾個項目投資自己，他覺得是很好的選擇，是哪些呢？聽下去你就知道了。
