我們今天的來賓是陳思傑，為什麼會邀請他呢？我覺得他的身分非常多元而且很有趣。10幾年我們開始創業的時候，就注意到他創立的粉絲專頁「客家小吵」，後來還成立了社群丼這個知名社群行銷社團，現在裡面超過10萬人加入。另外他也是「只要有人社群顧問股份有限公司」的執行長。最近又跟同事成立了一個漫才團體「支薪好友」，還完成了一場專場表演，非常酷。
我們今天聊了他一開始為什麼會創業的過程，他跟我們分享了他是如何從外商的品牌行銷工作，轉換到作各種社群行銷案的社群行銷顧問公司。他笑說這整個過程雖然是他自己想要多元嘗試，但最終創業也是有點誤打誤撞。
我今天主要跟他聊了三個部分，分別是創意、管理和社群趨勢。他跟我們分享了創意發想的一些心法，尤其是創意輸出是需要大量的輸入，而他會在大量吸收的過程中，不斷的做筆記，甚至他說連前陣子在物理治療的時候，因為腦中浮現有趣的點子，所以跟物理治療師說暫停一下他要記個點子。
另外我們也聊到這些年來各種社群趨勢的變化，從他起家的FB到IG、Youtube再到這兩年的Threads，我問他怎麼學習這些新的東西？他說自己是很熱愛瞭解新事物，所以會喜歡拆解這些成功案例的演算法等等。最後我們聊了管理，他自承自己這些年管理風格轉變很多，而現在最辛苦的就是要忍住不要太過介入？這是什麼意思？
