Good morning, Jimmy, and good morning everybody, five oh one
on KTRH and our top story.
Speaker 7 (01:34):
It's truly something that's epic.
Speaker 8 (01:35):
I'm looking forward to seeing it, and I just want
to make sure that the rest of the cabinet that
surrounds my father is able and willing to deliver on
that message and that promise to the American people.
Speaker 6 (01:44):
That is Donald Trump Junior on Fox as the former
president adds to his cabinet, choosing Brendan Carr last night

Speaker 6 (02:03):
Trump is also planning to let FBI Director Christopher Ray
go and replace him, possibly with former Michigan Congressman Mike Rogers.
Trump will have yet another chance to change the judiciary
in his second term as president, as he did in
his first term.
Speaker 4 (02:20):
The judicial selections will be talked about for decades.
Speaker 9 (02:23):
It all hangs in the balance of how many appointees
he can get. It depends on how many justices decide
to retire or even perhaps pass away.
Speaker 4 (02:33):
Attorney Michelle Maple says Trump will appoint people who can
stick around for many years.
Speaker 9 (02:37):
When it comes to a Supreme Court appointee or perhaps
even on the district level, we'll see him likely go
for the younger justices.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
There are currently forty seven vacancies that Trump will have
to address. Charit Lewis News Radio seven forty KJR EH,
thank you, Jerared.
Speaker 6 (02:53):
So the President elect let off some steam over the weekend,
went to the UFC three to ZHO nine card and
got a standing ovation from New Yorkers.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
Place to year it is so loud.
Speaker 6 (03:13):
Joe Rogan and Daniel Cormier on ESPN plus. By the way,
heavyweight champ John Jones gave Trump his title belt and
did the Trump victory dance after winning the main event.
That dance has also been picked up by several NFL
players over the weekend as well. Five oh three on KTRH. Well,
that expected surge at the border before Trump's inauguration that
(03:37):
we've been warning about is underway. Whitbart reports that an
uptick is taking place in people entering Mexico looking for
travel permits, the goal to get here by January twentieth.
A Century city mayor, now that Trump won the election,
is finally talking out against the Biden Harris open border policies.
Speaker 10 (03:58):
We can't but those who commit crimes in our city.
We are not allowed to connect with Ice. This is
a fail system. We need to fix it.
Speaker 6 (04:07):
New York City Mayor Eric Adams on the View By
the way, Adams has completely stopped attacking Texas Governor Greg
Abbot over those illegal alien buses to his city. Five
oh four Now and looking at your money, Trump has
promised to lower prices and ease inflation, but can he deliver.
Speaker 11 (04:27):
Texas based economist doctor Van Skin says yes, I.
Speaker 12 (04:31):
Think he will start to see many more of the
things that you buy on a daily basis at least
start to stabilize, and that will help out many Americans
across the economy.
Speaker 7 (04:40):
And how long before we actually see results.
Speaker 12 (04:44):
I don't think it'll happen overnight, but I would guess
that within a couple of months you can start to
see some changes within the cost of living across the country.
Speaker 11 (04:51):
Sixty one percent of Americans say they are living paycheck
to paycheck.
Speaker 7 (04:56):
Jeff Biggs, News Radio seven forty k tier AH.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
Thank you, Jeff.
Speaker 6 (05:00):
Almost four months after Hurricane Baryl, Center Point is facing
an audit by the PUC, but don't expect any major
results anytime soon.
Speaker 13 (05:10):
That's the standard government approach. Form a committee, you study something,
get a report. It would be a pleasant surprise to
see something positive come out of us, but I'm not betting.
Speaker 6 (05:18):
On uh is at Hurst told KTRH the fact that
an audit is even necessary is disappointing and that the
PUC should already know what's going on inside Center Point.
As you get set tohead to work this morning, gasoline
prices are not nearly as low as they were when
Donald Trump left the White House, but at least we're
(05:38):
not seeing three dollars a gallon gas around Houston anymore.
Speaker 14 (05:42):
Triple A has the average gas price in Texas at
two sixty nine per gallon, ten cents cheaper than a
year ago and nearly forty cents below the national average.
Triple A's Doug Shoop says drivers will pay less wherever
they're heading this Thanksgiving.
Speaker 15 (05:53):
We've seen gasoline demand decrease and supply levels have risen,
and so that's really putting us in a good place,
not only here in Texas but across the country. Four
relatively lower prices at the pumps in the days to come.
Speaker 14 (06:08):
Because of the cheap gas prices, he predicts it's likely
a record number of Texans will be hitting the roads
for Thanksgiving week. Corey Eelsen, who's Radio seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 4 (06:16):
Thank you, Corey.
Speaker 16 (06:17):
Now.
Speaker 6 (06:17):
Oil futures checked in at sixty seven dollars a barrel
and change this morning. The White House wants you to
think that they've done a good job in refilling these
strategic oil reserves that they rated two years ago to
lower gas prices. Foxes Phil Flynn says that is a
flat out lie.
Speaker 17 (06:33):
If I look at where the Strategic Petroleum Reserve was
when they took office versus where it's at today. Any
reasonable person would say it's like one hundred million barrels last,
one hundred and fifty million barrows last than it was.
Speaker 6 (06:47):
He also told ktr rachl could take Donald Trump years
to refill the reserves to where they need to be.
Coming up on five oh seven, the Texans visit the
Cowboys on Monday Night Football and they get whatever Nico
Collins back after missing five games with a hamstring injury.
Speaker 7 (07:04):
Yees too.
Speaker 18 (07:04):
You know, I'm very excited to have my guy back,
and I was happy for him, you know, to you know,
be back with the team and.
Speaker 4 (07:10):
Be a part of lockharm the game quarterback CJ. Stroud There.
Speaker 6 (07:13):
The Texans have lost their last two games. Kickoff tonight
at seven point fifteen. And in college football, the University
of Texas Longhorns remain at number three in the polls
after beating Arkansas twenty to ten. The Aggies are fifteenth
in the AP's rankings, fourteenth in the coaches poll. I'm
Cliff Saunders on Houston's news, weather and traffic station news
(07:35):
Radio seven forty KTRH.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
More with Jimmy Barrett and the Houston Morning News teams.
This is Houston's Morning News. Can you say loves carrots
and a sandwich?
Speaker 9 (07:47):
What?
Speaker 3 (07:49):
Who puts carrots in the sandwich? Five o eight is
our time here on Houston's Morning News. I've only been
able to tolerate. By the way, Do you like your
carrots raw? Like them cooked? I find I like them
raw a lot better than I I like them cooked. Yeah,
I don't care much for cook carrots. Raw carrots, you know,
as long as I can dip them into ranch or
(08:10):
something that actually adds a little extra flavor to It's
one of the few vegetables raw vegetables actually do like
as carrots. So I mean, it wouldn't be it would
be unheard of, It would be rare, but it wouldn't
be unheard of for me to have carrots in my kitchen.
So maybe I should take a look here. Hole and
baby carrots sold in some of the nation's biggest supermarkets
(08:31):
have been recalled over deadly. Here we go again, e
coli outbreak. It is killed one and left nearly for
the others. Sick Grimway Farms recalled it's organic. Oh, I'm
off the hook organic. I never buy organic. Grimway Farms
recalled its organic hole in organic baby peeled carrots Saturday
(08:52):
because the vegetable may have been contaminated with the shiga toxin.
I'm I've heard that term before that it doesn't sound
like it's very pleasant. Shika toxin producing E. Coli. According
to the FDA, the effected carrots should no longer be
available in grocery stores. Got a little late with a
warning then, right the produce company Warren. However, people they
(09:14):
still have them in their kitchens. Some major supermarkets were
involved in this recall. Walmart I know is one of
the ones included here. Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Krueger's, Albertson's, Public's,
and Food Lion. Across the United States, Canada and Puerto Ricos.
This is a wide ranging food recall. So if you
(09:37):
have baby carrots or carrots that are organic, they come
from Grimway Farms. I'm not sure if that's identified on
the package, You're not. If you have them in your home,
you're going to want to get rid of those. Five
to ten time for traffic and weather together. Gary Mack
is here, no carrots for breakfast for him.
Speaker 5 (09:52):
What's up, Doc, And just like that an accident. Advance
over on icehand the East Freeway. It'll be eastbound, a
slowing east down at the six in East Loop.
Speaker 4 (09:59):
Here two right lanes.
Speaker 5 (10:01):
Now, let's jump on forty five the North three Way
south down in from the Woodlands Parkway to the six
to ten North Loop. That adds up to about twenty
minutes in eighteen nineteen. More on forty five the Gold
Freeway north doown between let's do NASA Road one to downtown.

us in on the chances of seeing a thunderstorm today.
Speaker 19 (10:24):
Yeah, I think we're gonna get a good amount of
rain actually today. Cole Front's heading our direction and we'll
see some showers this morning, possibly a few of them.
Speaker 4 (10:36):
At least.
Speaker 19 (10:36):
It's pretty quiet at the moment, but there is rain
back to the west of us, says some showers possible
this morning and then showers and perhaps some storms with
some heavier rain into the afternoon. Ninety percent chance that
You're going to get wet today as this col front

(10:57):
some rain around this evening. The rest of the way
looking sunny and dry. Tomorrow, only slightly cooler, upper seventies
to low eighties, but a big dose of fall. It
is much cooler Wednesday and Thursday. Temperatures are going to
be close to seventy and only slightly warmer Friday.
Speaker 3 (11:15):

So are you having any family over for Thanksgiving or
you're going to anybody else's house for Thanksgiving this year?
How did they vote? Do you have any idea how
they voted in the election? Are politics going to come
(11:35):
up across the dinner table? No surprise, dear. The MSNBC
and other progressive outlets are bringing on left leaning psychiatrists
and sociologists to try to warn you against spending any
time during the holidays with a member of your family
(11:57):
who voted for Donald Trump, because after all that it
is despicable and you shouldn't waste your life on somebody
like that. Here's one of those so called psychologists on MSNBC,
and we get some reaction at the other end to
their philosophy about it. I think Greg Guttfeld Roland.
Speaker 20 (12:13):
Esther if you are going to a situation where you
have family members, where you have close friends who you
know have voted in ways that are against you, like
what you said, against your livelihood, and it's completely fine
to not be around those people and to tell them why,
you know, to say, I have a problem with the
way that you voted because it went against my very livelihood,
(12:37):
and I'm not going to be around you this holiday.
Speaker 1 (12:39):
I need to take some space for me.
Speaker 21 (12:41):
I find that the people that I see that I
used to know that are on Twitter and stuff. It's
an ego issue. It's the inability to admit that they
might be wrong. I'll even say, somebody that you probably know,
Sam Harris, is like this. You notice that it's like
it's a very brittle thing for him to admit that
he's wrong. So it's just the rest of the world. Yeah,
(13:02):
I mean, he's in a grip of a religion. He
doesn't think, so he thinks he's an atheist. But that's
the most dangerous religious zelo. It is somebody that doesn't
even know they're in the grip of a woke religion.
Speaker 22 (13:12):
I mean, one of the characteristics of totalitarianism is this
hunt for heretics, and we've seen that from the Inquisition,
through the.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
Communism, through Nazis.
Speaker 4 (13:20):
We also see another.
Speaker 22 (13:21):
Characteristic is the politicization of everything in society. That's one
of the characteristics with totalitarianism. So this idea that Thanksgiving dinner,
but your soccer team or your church, like all these
things need to adopt this woke to talitarianism is oppressive.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
I hope that this election marks an end to that.
It needs to end it for all of our sanity.
Speaker 3 (13:41):
You know, when the psychologist was saying livelihood, what do
you think she was talking about? Who has lost their
livelihood as the result of Trump being elected president, Unless,
of course you're a DEI specialist, you might those folks
might lose their livelihood. But that's on the ones I
can think of off the top of my head. Maybe
people working for the US to part of education. Huh
(14:03):
five twenty Time to take a look at traffic and

Speaker 4 (14:07):

Speaker 3 (15:44):
Twenty three your time here on Houston's Warring News. All right,
you heard more cabinet appointments, including the new Energy secretary
was made that was made yesterday. Donald Trump Junior was
on Sunday Morning Futures on Fox Business yesterday talking about
President Trump's first one hundred days in office and some
(16:05):
of the cabinet appointments and the desire to shake things
up here we go.
Speaker 8 (16:09):
I think the reality this time is we actually know
what we're doing. We actually know who the good guys
and the bad guys are. We know who the guys
are fake, And it's about surrounding my father with people
who are both competent and loyal. They will deliver on
his promises, They will deliver on his message. They are
not people who think they know better as unelected bureaucrats.
And so a big part of that process is just
(16:31):
something that we didn't understand in twenty sixteen where he
came to Washington, d C. He had no experience, He
didn't know any of the four thousand people that make
up the plumb book, which are the presidential appointees. So
now we have a great understanding of that, and we
can have a cabinet that is so powerful in delivering
the America First message that the American people clearly voted
for on November fifth. You know, when you look at it,
(16:51):
not just this cabinet, but the people who are on
the outside, whether it's Elon Well, Bobby Kennedy obviously being
in the cabinet, on the health Sidevak who you head
on earlier in the show. I mean, we have an
incredible opportunity, perhaps a once in a generation opportunity to
really make a difference with people minds that you wouldn't
otherwise find in government. Frankly, it's truly something that's epic.
(17:13):
I'm looking forward to seeing it, and I just want
to make sure that the rest of the cabinet that
surrounds my father is able and willing to deliver on
that message and that promise to the American people. And
when we do, I think we can do incredible things.
Speaker 24 (17:25):
Has your father talked about backup plans? I mean, what
if some of these people are not confirmed. There's been
a lot of backlash over some of them.
Speaker 1 (17:34):
Listen, there's always, you know, ideas.
Speaker 7 (17:36):
We have lists of people.
Speaker 8 (17:37):
We're not just randomly picking a name out of a
hat or showing him lists of ten or twelve people
for every position. So we do have backup plans. But
I think we're obviously going with the strongest candidates first.
You know, some of them are going to be controversial.
They're controversial because they'll actually get things done. The swamp
doesn't want that. So we're going to go all in
and make sure that those people have the best chance
at getting confirmed as possible, because they're the people who
(17:59):
are most effective.
Speaker 7 (18:00):
I think a lot of them are going to finish
push back for the same reasons.
Speaker 8 (18:02):
Again, they are going to be actual disruptors. That's what
the American people want, but Washington TC doesn't want that.
Speaker 7 (18:09):
They're going to spend a lot of money on it.
Speaker 8 (18:11):
You know, Big Pharma is going to spend a lot
of money, money like you wouldn't believe, trying to stop
Bobby Kennedy from exposing what's going on with Big farm
up and Big agg the poisoning of our kids and
our loved ones for years. They've gotten away with it
for far too long. It doesn't work. The wealthiest country
in the world can't also be the most unhealthy because
(18:31):
of what we're doing to our children. So there's going
to be pushback. There's going to be a lot of
money spent. It will all be artificial, but that doesn't
mean we won't have to deal with it, because that's
how Washington DC works.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
Do sound like his dad right there? Big farmers spend
money like you would believe. Well, that's probably true too.
I mean Big farm has been pretty much in bed
with the Food and Drug Administration now for how long.
I mean, think of all the ads that we see
on TV each and every day, even here on radio
for variety of diver de Lay's miracle product for this, that,
(19:04):
and the other. It's big business and big money and
they're going to do their level best to protect it.
Five twenty six, You're in Houston's Morning News. Time to
take a look at your money. Jeff Bellinger's here, Good morning,
Good morning to.
Speaker 7 (19:17):

Speaker 25 (19:17):
Election elation turned to tariff trepidation last week. Investors were
made even more uneasy by Federal Reserve officials. They indicated
there's a possibility that infest rates may not be lowered

Good morning everyone, five point thirty two on KTRH ower
top story. The rhetoric that Democrats used on the campaign
trail did not go over well with Americans, but that
hasn't stopped the attacks from the left.
Speaker 7 (22:00):
Are you visiting another hitler? Is that what you're saying?
Speaker 1 (22:04):
That's exactly what I'm saying.
Speaker 6 (22:05):
South Carolina Congressman James Clyburn there on Fox News, the
lawyer for Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth is fighting back
from attacks from the mainstream media. We're crying about a
seven year old accusation of sexual assault. Hegseth was never
charged in that incident. As the President elect continues to
fill out his administration, political analyst Jerome Corsi warns Trump
(22:28):
also needs to be prepared for the deep state two
point zero.
Speaker 27 (22:32):
I think the deep state is definitely ready to go
to warwood President Trump can. I've written this article to
warn people that not all rosen gets that brought a
thorn jet to be shealt with. Before we get any fundamental.
Speaker 6 (22:44):
Changes, he says, you can expect more attacks and law
fair before the inauguration. The Trump transition team is reportedly
putting together a list of military personnel that were involved
in the withdrawal from Afghanistan three years ago. A commission
to investigate all of that is also possible. President Joe
Biden reportedly authorizes Ukraine's use of American supplied long range
(23:08):
missiles to strike inside Russia for the first time in history.
Speaker 16 (23:12):
The decision allowing Ukraine to use the Army Tactical Missile
System for attacks farther into Russia comes as thousands of
North Korean troops allegedly have already been sent into a
region along Ukraine's northern border in an effort to help
Russia retake ground there. And this also happens a bit
growing concerns from Kiev that once in office, President Elect
(23:33):
Trump will move to reduce or possibly even end continued
financial and military support by the US for Ukraine.
Speaker 6 (23:41):
Kevin Korkafox reporting there coming up now on five point
thirty four, we had more violent crime across Houston this weekend.
A Spring Branch isd Police dispatcher is shot and killed
inside his home. Jose Torres's nephew is charged in the murder. Elsewhere,
the Grimes County Sheriff's office is looking for the man
who who allegedly attacked a couple with a machete last night.
(24:03):
The two were airlifted to the hospital for treatment. Now,
we told you last week that the FBI arrested a
Houston man with ISIS ties for planning a terrorist attack.
Apparently they had him on their radar for seven years,
So why did it take so long to arrest Enough said.
Speaker 28 (24:19):
In our system, you have to have evidence. Obviously, that
balance between freedom of speech. So we have a lot
of people that are saying all sorts of horrible things.
Is support of ISIS as a support of ABBAS, which
is a terrorist organization.
Speaker 6 (24:32):
Saint Mary's University law professor Jeff Attacott there said, faces
up to twenty years in federal prison.

Speaker 29 (24:48):
The prosecution continues to lay out their case against twenty
six year old Jose Abara.
Speaker 1 (24:53):
Nine people have taken the stand so far.
Speaker 29 (24:55):
After striking opening statements from both sides, The prosecutor says
Borrow went out hunting for women and attempted to rape
Riley the day she was murdered.
Speaker 4 (25:05):
That was Madison Scarpino.
Speaker 6 (25:07):
Now, the man in charge of implementing Donald Trump's mass

That was Tom Homan on Rumble five point thirty five.
Speaker 6 (25:25):
Now, despite the efforts by the State of Texas schools

chucked full of DEI.
Speaker 31 (25:33):
Texas A and M is offering four different classes this
fall that pushed DEI.
Speaker 1 (25:38):
This is outrageous.
Speaker 32 (25:39):
It's outrageous that has been allowed to happen. There's got
to be accounts ability who made the decision.
Speaker 4 (25:45):
People need to be fired.
Speaker 31 (25:46):
Texas State ret Brian Harrison told KTRH he's now pushing
the legislature to take action here.
Speaker 32 (25:51):
I am proposing to zero the budget for any university

So lawmakers actually voted against the band. There hasn't been

Conservatives are hopeful that we'll see that legislation addressed in
the upcoming session, but.

all know that online shopping has killed what used to

Speaker 4 (26:50):
Or has it.

Now being the first to log on has taken the

Speaker 1 (26:58):

you totally can.

There's only one It just one dead body. By thirty
eight is our time here on Houston's Boring News. So
chery Bed Gonzalez tweeted this one out over the weekend.
So Texas units responding to a residence at the thirteen
three hundred block of Villa Grove Drive, even Joe, even
when they text, they sound like police officers, don't they
(28:11):
They're very very official sounding. Possible Kimmin remains have been
located inside the location. A new owner was purportedly cleaning
the home when the discovery was made. Okay, so many questions,
so many questions when you see a story like this.
I mean, the first thing that comes to mind is
did you buy the home unseen? Is it safe to say?
(28:34):
Question number two? Is it safe to say this is
a fixer rupper?
Speaker 37 (28:40):
You know?
Speaker 3 (28:40):
Did Who is the dead person inside the home? Is
it the previous owner of the home. If so, who
told you you could buy the house? If there was
a dead person inside the home? That's the previous owner.
How come nobody knew that the previous owner was dead?
I mean, so many questions, and of course they're no
answers coming. But can you imagine that you buy a
(29:03):
house and I'm going to assume for the sake of argument,
it's a house that needs some work, right, it probably
is not. It's probably not clean. I mean, if if
you had to clean the house to discover the body,
then chances are pretty good that it probably wasn't very
clean to begin with it. Maybe it's a hoarding situation.
Speaker 4 (29:22):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (29:23):
Your mind can go to all kinds of places where
this body's underneath boxes and lord knows what else, and
who knows how long it's been there. Probably been there
so long it doesn't stink anymore. Maybe there's just so
much garbage in the house that the house is stuck
and you couldn't tell there was human remains there. Maybe
this is somebody who bought it as an opportunity to
fix it up and you know, rehab and resell it.
(29:44):
Or maybe this is something that's going to be a
rental unit. I don't know, but so many questions and
so few answers. Five forty time for traffic and weather together.

I think the bulk of the rain.
Speaker 19 (30:30):
You might get a few, you know, showers this morning,
but the bulk of the wet weather is going to
hold off until the afternoon. That cold front still way
back to the west, and it'll be later this afternoon
when it starts to make its way into southeast Texas.
So that's what we're going to get, the bulk of
the showers and the storms. I think the border commute
should be in good shape at least as far as
(30:51):
the weather goes. We do have a ninety percent chance though,
of you getting wet at some point today, and temperatures
are still warm ahead of that front load of mid

quickly dry out. You will notice the sunshine's back tomorrow.
It's with us the rest of the week. Upper seventies

Speaker 3 (31:37):
Five forty eight is their time here in Houston's War News.
You see that Craft Hines is getting sued over their
mac and cheese labels.
Speaker 4 (31:45):
Huh.
Speaker 3 (31:47):
Judges Delye Kraft Heins' efforts to dismiss the proposal or
proposed nationwide class action lawsuit over allegations that as products
marketed as free from preservatives contain ingredients that contradict the label,
the judge rule of the company must face the lawsuit
filed by consumers in Illinois, California, and New York. The
(32:07):
consumers leading the cases have quote adequately alleged that Craft
mac and cheese products contained a synthetic form of citric
acid and sodium phosphates, although they were advertised as containing
no artificial preservatives. So were they on the label? Because
if they're on the label, what's do you Here's my question.
(32:31):
I guess when you go to the supermarket and you
buy a box of mac and cheese, it's in a box, right,
that has a shelf life of lord knows how many
months or years. Don't you kind of assume there's something
in there that keeps it from going bad, which would
be a preservative. Now, I don't know why Kraft Hinds
(32:54):
would market it is containing no preservatives, But when you
get right down to it, I mean, if you're buying
Kraft mac and cheese, are you under the dilution that
you're buying something fresh and healthy?
Speaker 32 (33:07):
Of course?
Speaker 3 (33:08):
This is why, right, this is why I guess Robert F.
Kennedy Junior is being brought in at Health and Human
Services to try to make sure that people understand or
that the labels are correct showing exactly what's in these products. Personally,
I don't think it's going to change much of anybody's behavior,
but I guess I would agree that, you know, these
(33:28):
companies do need to be held accountable to the standpoint
of you know, whatever is in the box should be
on the label of the box. Five point fifty time

Speaker 3 (35:17):
So when the when doge Department of Government Efficiency? When
that gets going, what do you think the first thing
is going to be that they're going to cut? What
do you think the first thing would be that they
would cut? You think they're going after the Department of
Education first? Hard to say. I don't know where you
even start. The Pentagon. Well, you know how much wasted
(35:37):
in the Pentagon? I mean billions and billions and billions
of dollars. I mean they never their audits never turn out.
They're never able to account for hundreds of millions of
dollars that just seemingly go missing. And it's been that
way for decades and nobody's ever really truly done anything
about it. So I'm very interested to see how this
(36:00):
thing works. But thank Ramaswami was on Sunday Morning Futures
with Maria Bartaromo yesterday going over some of the things
that are on his mind as they get ready to
take a look and to make some of those cuts.
Speaker 38 (36:13):
So first as we want to go right in through
executive action to do the failures of the executive branch
that need to be addressed. Because the dirty little secret
right now, Maria is the people we elect to run
the government, they're not the ones who actually run the government.
It's the unelected bureaucrats in the administrative state that was
created through executive action. It's going to be fixed through
executive action. Think about the Supreme Court's environment over the
(36:35):
last several years. They've held that many of those regulations
are unconstitutional at a large scale. Rescind those regulations, pull
those rigs back, and then that gives us the industrial
logic to then downsize the size of that administrative state.
Speaker 1 (36:49):
And the beauty of all of this is that can
be achieved just.
Speaker 38 (36:51):
Through executive action without Congress. Score some early wins, and
then you look at those bigger portions of the federal
budget that need to be addressed one by one. So
I think that's one way to think about this is
how can the president of the United States, who's been
elected with a historic mandate, actually do the thing that
the voters have voted for.
Speaker 7 (37:08):
They haven't voted for incremental change.
Speaker 38 (37:10):
Here this time, Maria, we have voted for sweeping change,
and the voters actually deserve to get it, and we're
focused on how to do that as early and as
quickly as possible.
Speaker 24 (37:18):
So President Elect Trump just said on that sound by
that you're going to make recommendations. So you're going to
make recommendations in terms of where to cut. After all
that you've just said, then what Look, we're not going
to be cutt ribbons.
Speaker 38 (37:29):
We're going to be cutting costs, and so those recommendations
are going to be on a real time basis. But
I do want to take a big step back and
understand for people to understand the scope of this problem.
Over half a trillion dollars that spent every year right
now was not even authorized.
Speaker 7 (37:44):
By Congress in the first place.
Speaker 38 (37:45):
The Pentagon has just failed it's seventh consecutive audit, nearly
a trillion dollars of budget. They can't even tell you
where it goes. So I think part of this is
exposing for the public the extent of that rot and waste,
but then to take steps first through executive action and
then laying the groundwork for broader change through legislation as well.
Speaker 4 (38:04):
To reign in that deficit, to reign in that budget,
and more.
Speaker 38 (38:07):
Crucially, Marie, I know we're talking about this in terms
of efficiency, but there's something deeper going on here. This
is about restoring self governance and accountability in America as
well elected leaders. If they make the wrong decisions, voters
have a great choice. You can vote them out and
remove them. Most of the people making these decisions, from
healthcare to the Department of Defense are failing on effectiveness
because they have no accountability. Historically, it's been the view
(38:30):
of many scholars to say that those people could not
even be fired. Now we take a different view with
the environment the Supreme Court has given us in recent years,
and we're going to use that in a pretty extensive way,
Maria to move quickly.
Speaker 3 (38:41):
Wow, Okay, a lot of executive orders and a lot
of people are going to get fired. That's what it
sounds like. We'll see if it actually happens. Five point

it is likely he's going to appoint younger people to

Speaker 9 (41:34):
We know in his first term he made it a
very high priority to confirm as many justices that he could,
not only on the district court level, but also on
the Supreme Court level, and I expect to have that
sort of venom and vigor to have a repeat of
his first term.

it really possible. Prices normally don't come down, and how
long would it take.
Speaker 12 (43:20):
When Trump administration starts on January twentieth. In the first

reduce prices across the economy.
Speaker 6 (43:33):

Speaker 31 (43:52):
The audit hopes to find out why Centerpoint hasn't been

Speaker 31 (44:04):
University of Houston Energy fellow Ed Hers says the PUC
shouldn't have to do an audit to figure this out.
Speaker 13 (44:09):
The fact that they've asked for an audit means that
they don't know what the heck is going on, and
that reflects very, very poorly on the public utility question.
There is a lot to be done.

Triple A's Doug Shop says they're likely to stay at
that level for a little while.
Speaker 15 (44:41):
As we get into the week of Thanksgiving, demand for
gasoline will pick up, so we may see some upward
pressure on the pump price as we get closer to
the holiday, but those higher prices may not be shown
at the pump until after the holiday itself.
Speaker 6 (44:56):
Overall, the Texas average is nearly forty cents cheaper than
what you're paying nationally.
Speaker 17 (45:02):

Speaker 6 (45:02):
The Biden administration claims they've been refilling these strategic oil
reserves that they rated two years ago to lower gasoline prices.
Fox's Phil Flynn says the reserves, well, there are more
than one hundred and fifty million barrel shorts.
Speaker 17 (45:16):
At some point in the future, the government said they
were going to sell barrels to meet the budget. They
canceled those sales, so now they're saying that it's filled.
But the reality is we have let soil in the reserve,
and the money that we would have raised by selling
those barrels taxpayers are.

it's a ninety percent chance that you're going to get
wet at some point today. Temperatures in the low to

that at six thirty eight. Coming up next, Jeff Attica,
director of the Warrior Defense Project Saint Mary's Law School.
A lot of folks are asking we had this, the
FBI arresting a Houston man with ISIS ties. They go
back to twenty seventeen. He's been on the radar for
seven years. Why in the world was he allowed to

Speaker 3 (52:57):
So, we had an arrest made by the FBI in
Houston man with ties with ISIS. Evidently he was harboring
or was willing to harbor potential ISIS members in his apartment.
He was looking to get his hands on explosive devices.
He was planning some sort of a terror attack, at
least wanted to conduct some sort of terror attack in
particular military members and on other groups and individuals and
(53:21):
crowds here in Houston. He's been on the radar from
the FBI since twenty seventeen, seven long years ago. Jeff
Atica joins this director of the Warrior Defense Project at
Saint Mary's Law School. I think, Jeff, when people here
he's been on the radar for seven years, they're going, well,
why the hell didn't you do something about it seven
years ago or six years ago or five years ago?
Why did it take this long? But at the end
(53:43):
of the day, this is like everything else when it
comes to law, right you have to have probable cause.
Speaker 28 (53:48):
You do because we have the first amitment and you
have the right of this country. Excuse me to say
the most outletist things you can think of, and that's
what our forefathers had the wisdom to his shrine in
our constitution. So what he's been arrested for is violation
of the Material Support Act. That's where you solicit for violence,
engage in violence, conspire to engage in violence, or provide
(54:10):
material support to an own terrorist group. The second point is,
you know this right wing extremist nonsense that we've heard
for the last four years, The greatest threat remains radical
Islamic extremists. We have folks in all fifty states that
the FBI are tracking, according to the FBI data that
are on the terror watch lists. The vast majority of
(54:30):
people on that watch list are inspired by this concept
that we need to kill you. And oh, by the way,
radical Islamic extremists have killed more Muslims than Christians are
jew So it's not a religious thing from our perspective,
it is from their perspective. But we need to be
on our guard, particularly as we start to put the
squeeze of Iran, which needs to be done by this administration.
Speaker 7 (54:51):
You know, I have to wonder too.
Speaker 3 (54:53):
One of the things I don't believe has been covered
in this and one of the questions I'd be very
curious to know is how this guy got in of
the country. Is he here legally? Is he here illegally?
If he is here illegally, was he allowed to stay
here illegally for seven years without being kicked out of
the country. Nobody's saying much of anything about the origins
of where this guy came from, right, and you.
Speaker 28 (55:14):
Can assume of courts because the FBI of this current
administration wants to cover up, They want to camouflage anything
that has to do with terrorism unless it's right we previous.
Then they will plaster that all over the newspapers and
will give you his mother, his grandmother, every you know,
everything you could think.
Speaker 32 (55:33):
Of in terms of information. So when you see a
lack of information, you can.
Speaker 28 (55:37):
Basically assume that all those things are correct, and we don't.
We have literally hundreds of people of the terror watch
lists from Iran, from Pakistan, from countries that are known
to has for radical Islamic extremism that are and watch
lists that have come into this country and we don't
even know where they are.
Speaker 3 (55:56):
You know, Jeff, I think they're a fair amount of
people who probably wonder why would somebody want to do
a terrorist attack in Houston. But you take a look
at the infrastructure on Houston, Texas, and the refineries and
the natural gas plants and all the other things, we're
pretty ripe target for a terrorists, don't you.
Speaker 28 (56:11):
Think, Well, there's no doubt about In fact, this is
not the first arrest in Houston. We've had several arrests
over the years since nine to eleven in Houston and
San Antonio, people for the violation of the Material Support Act.
Thank goodness, the FBI has, you know, the wisdom of
the skills to attract individuals until they commit a crime,
(56:31):
to then go in and make the arrest. But I'd
rather stop them before they get to the airport than
after they get to the airport.
Speaker 3 (56:38):
What does they tell you, by the way, that this
guy was arrested when he was does that mean in
your mind that the FBI thought an attack was imminent?
Speaker 28 (56:46):
Well, we don't have all the information, but we know
that they have enough evidence to charge them with the
Material Support Act, which was a law passed by Congress
in the nineteen nineties. So you know that goodness, he
was arrested, and you know, we just need to be vigilant.
We've seen a you know, a downplay in the number
of terror attacks since President Trump destroyed ISIS back in
(57:09):
eighteen twenty nineteen. But they will re emerge, and they're
inspired by these type of world evis to go out
and commit burder So I think we're in for a
for a resurgence at least in the short term. And
I'm particularly concerned. You know, what's their rallying cry, Well,
we drove the Soviets out of Afghanistan, we drove the
Americans out of Afghanistan. They are reconstituted. So you reconstituting
(57:31):
in Afghanistan. You have two threats, well, the lowe wolf
extremists that are inspired and the people that actually from
those areas come into this country as we saw at
nine to eleven, to commit a major terror attack.
Speaker 3 (57:43):
All right, Jeff Atictt, always good to hear from you,
Thank you, sir, appreciate The director of the Warrior Defense

Five thirty rather six point thirty two on KTRH and
our top story. Americans rejected the Democrat rhetoric on Donald
Trump two weeks ago. The left, though, isn't learning their lesson.
They're continuing to call him fascist and hitler.

You don't think that's a little hyperbolic, No thinks so.

even criminal prosecution.

He would have been turned over at ice.

Speaker 4 (01:04:41):
Many Texans oppose it because it's become so insane.
Speaker 7 (01:04:45):
Over the years.
Speaker 33 (01:04:45):
One of the most egregious examples has been when the

Now you can do it for just twelve thousand dollars

need to put in the contact lenses. They can permanently
change the color of your eyes for about twelve grand
Are you? Are you aware of this? And why would
you do that? I guess it's like everything else, right.
People who have straight hair want curly hair. People have
(01:06:40):
curly hair wants straight hair. People who are blonde want
to be brunette. Burnettes want to be blonde. If you
have blue eyes, you'd rather have some other color. If
you have brown eyes, you'd rather have blue eyes. Et cetera,
et cetera, all the way down the line. Why are
we so not happy with ourselves that we have to
change the way we were born just for I can't
think of a good reason. One guy I saw he
(01:07:03):
loves his husky, and this husky has these kind of
you know, light gray dog like eyes, and he had
the color of his eyes changed the same color as
his husky. He wanted to have the same color eyes
as his dog. Other people do it because they made
them think that they're very ethnic looking and they want
(01:07:23):
to look more American. One guy said that, but you know,
changing your eye color doesn't necessarily I mean, but that
might not be the only reason why you look ethnic,
not just changing your eye color.
Speaker 4 (01:07:35):
Twelve.
Speaker 3 (01:07:35):
And here's the thing about the context. The context you
can take out. You can go back to your normal
eye color. If you do this with this, I guess
it's an iris transplant. It's you know, they look they
change the color somehow, they change the color of your
iris and actually physically change the color of your eyes.
Once you decide to do that.
Speaker 7 (01:07:53):
That's it.
Speaker 3 (01:07:54):

Speaker 19 (01:08:42):
No, We're not going to see a lot of sunshine today.
I'm starting to see a little bit of rain already now.
The bulk of the raids back to the west, but
we have some showers near Rosenberg and Sugarland and up
toward the Woodlands as well. It's a ninety percent chance
that you're going to get west today and most of
that will be later on this afternoon.
Speaker 4 (01:09:04):
Temperatures today are.
Speaker 19 (01:09:05):
Warm step outside right yet now you know what I'm
talking about, load to mid eighties this afternoon, a few
thunder showers the seavering.
Speaker 4 (01:09:13):
We're going to dry out though.
Speaker 19 (01:09:14):
Temperatures cool tonight, mainly in the fifties, sunny and dry
and still mild tomorrow, close to eighty tomorrow, but it
gets cooler Wednesday and Thursday after sixties to low seventies
both days. Friday's a mile day load to mid seventies.
So find stretch of weather once we get rid of

Those solutions. So President Trump has named his energy secretary.
That was the big cabinet pick over the weekend. He nominated,
is going to nominate, i should say, Liberty Energy CEO
Chris Wright, to lead the debar of energy right, expected
to support Trump's plan to maximize oil and gas production
to boost electricity generation. He's also been opposed to global
(01:10:08):
efforts to fight climate change, calling climate change activist quote alarmist,
sounds like our kind of guy, very good, love it.
And a lot of these picks are going to go
over like a lead balloon with the progressive left, and
I think that's part of the idea. They feared that
this would happen. And now the fear is coming true.
(01:10:30):
As far as Wall Street goes, they love it for
the most part. Business People love what they're seeing, love
what they're hearing. And Kevin o'larry, the Shark Tank guy, well,
he's on Shark Take anymore. I shouldn't probably shouldn't connect
him to Shark Tank anymore. I don't think he's on
Shark Tank anymore. But mister o'larry thinks this is just
what needs to happen, a big shake up in Washington,
(01:10:52):
d C. Trump is going to shake it up, or
in that story coming up next. First, though, traffic and weather.

and I think that's what the space needs.
Speaker 1 (01:12:55):
I met him in your green room, just a few
yards away from me.
Speaker 42 (01:12:59):
He was running for and when he was running for president,
I had no idea what a highly educated guy this is.
I mean, he was really interesting and my take on
him as very rational person. He doesn't believe in vaccines,
and I have people in my office, so the same
way they didn't take vaccines, I took everyone I could get.
Speaker 7 (01:13:15):
We're both still alive. So that's the controversy there.
Speaker 42 (01:13:18):
But the thing that I really liked about him people
should think about going through this confirmation process. This guy
actually cares about what kids eat. And I'm into that now.
I mich A longevity. We eat a lot of crappy food.
We eat too much sugar, too much salt. This is
very pragmatic stuff. So if you're appealing to a mother
and telling her, look, I'm not going to ban potato chips,
(01:13:41):
I'm not going to ban sugary sodas.
Speaker 1 (01:13:43):
But I want to educate people as to why they
shouldn't eat them. And I think that's a great mandate.
I'm all for it. Get him in there, shake it up.
Speaker 7 (01:13:50):
I love this show.

and I thought he brought up a fantastic point.

It's been something I've been thinking about.
Speaker 24 (01:14:04):
Will they be incorporating AI.
Speaker 43 (01:14:06):
Into this efficiency and not just firing people but getting
machines to do more.
Speaker 42 (01:14:10):
Most people's criticism of disappointment saying it's just consultants and
they're just pointing fingers in waste.
Speaker 1 (01:14:15):
No it isn't. It's different this time.
Speaker 42 (01:14:17):
Let me explain why Elon has his own network a

his own network X formerly Twitter as well.
Speaker 15 (01:14:27):
Know.
Speaker 42 (01:14:27):
So here's how it's going to work. Let's say they
identify at cost plus contract. These are egregious contracts. You know,
maybe in Massachusetts you're building a bridge to nowhere, you're
spending two billion dollars. He'll focus on that, he'll show
you why it's a waste, and then he'll start to
shame out Elizabeth Warren or somebody else to millions of
people online, squeezing her head in front of her own voters.
(01:14:50):
I love this idea. Now it's going to be very contentious.
That's the power he has. He doesn't need to have
legilate legislative power. He can squeeze from the bottom up.
Your senator, your governor, your manager is wasting your money.
Here's how I'm going to remind you about it every

Trump left the White House three years ago, but at

year ago and nearly forty cents below the national average.
Triple A's Doug Shoop says drivers will pay less wherever
(01:22:36):
they're heading this Thanksgiving.
Speaker 15 (01:22:37):
We've seen gasoline demand decrease and supply levels have risen,
and so that's really putting us in a good place,
not only here in Texas but across the country. Relatively
lower prices at the pumps in the days to come.

Meantime, the Biden Harris administration wants you to think they've
actually done a good job in refilling these strategic oil
reserves that they rated two years ago to lower gas prices.
Phil Flynn, Fox News contributor says that's not true.
Speaker 17 (01:23:15):
If I look at where the strategic petroleum reserve was
when they took office versus where it's at today, any
reasonable person would say it's like one hundred million barrels last,
one hundred and fifty million barrows last than it was.
Speaker 6 (01:23:29):

Here is a tweet from over the weekend FDA employees
threatening to mass quit in protest against Trump, making RFK junior.
Speaker 7 (01:24:39):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (01:24:40):
You mean they might leave voluntarily without having to be fired. Boy,
that would make things a lot easier, wouldn't it. I
would think that anybody who had to take a mental
health day after this last election who works for the
federal government because Trump won the election, if you had
(01:25:02):
to take a mental health day, then I would say
that you should be first on the list of people
to see whether or not your position could be cut.
They're gonna make it really easy to identify right who
deems to be replaced within the confines of the federal government.
Any wars is hard, Getting career civil servants to leave
the government is nearly impossible. But Trump seems to be
(01:25:23):
doing without firing a single person. Yet that's like a miracle.
All these people willing to leave. Oh man, that's awesome.
Mercedes Schlap, who we've talked about in this program before, says,
if even a single career bureaucrat showed up to a
CRISE session over Trump's election, they must be fired immediately.
(01:25:45):
I don't know if they need to go quite that far,
but you know what, this is potentially good news. The
fact that they are that in mourning, that they are
that sad identifies their politics and therefore identifies them as
at least being part part of the problem. And if
they can be a deadvis part of the problem, they
can be eliminated. Seven to ten. Time for traffic and

Is that time here on the Houston's Morning News. The
Department of Education?
Speaker 4 (01:28:10):
Is it going to go? Trump has been saying for
the last couple of years. Yes, it is back.
Speaker 3 (01:28:15):
Here's what he said back in twenty twenty three, and
we get reaction by the way to the idea that
the Department of Education US Department of Education may no
longer exist. Nicole Neely will follow Trump. She's the founder
of Parents Defending Education.
Speaker 45 (01:28:30):
One other thing I'll be doing very early in the
administration is closing up the Department of Education in Washington,
DC and sending all education and education working needs back
to the States. We want them to run the education
of our children, because they'll do a much better job
of it.
Speaker 7 (01:28:49):
You can't do worse. I think there are a.
Speaker 46 (01:28:51):
Lot of things on President Trump's agenda right now, and
this is a pretty big step. You also, remember, this
is something that cannot be done overnight, because there are
some grand funds have to go out, there are programs
that have to be executed, there are investigations that have
to be concluded, and so I think this is something
that is kind of a long term program. But you know,
in the short term, the day to day operations of
the department are absolutely going to take place, and I
(01:29:13):
think we're going to see some major policy shifts in
that time period.
Speaker 24 (01:29:16):
So what kind of impact would that have in our
students here in this country.
Speaker 46 (01:29:19):
Well, I think you know, America's education system is not
in great shape right now, and even prior to the
pandemic was not doing very well. And so I think
for a lot of people, their first priority is making
sure that the learning loss from the COVID school closures
is actually remediated and that again the temperature in a
lot of these classrooms is dialed down. So I think
we'll see a resolution to the title mind fight, which
(01:29:40):
has been looming over many districts and parents over the
path over the country for the past two years. But
this is something that you know, there'll be a lot
of rulemaking. We'll see grant programs revised from having a
focus on things like identity.
Speaker 1 (01:29:52):
Pulps more towards civics. The nation's ASSESSMA.
Speaker 46 (01:29:55):
Centennial is coming up, and I know that's going to
be a big priority for President Trump's agenda as well.
Speaker 3 (01:30:00):
Ust de barb of education is eliminated, that will be
the end of boys playing girls, sports, boys being in
girls' locker rooms, et cetera in the vast majority of
states in this country. Maybe New York it'll still happen,
Maybe California will still happen. A handful of Blue states
may still do it, but that would be the end
of it for the rest of us. All right, let's

Speaker 3 (01:31:57):
This This follows nicely after our little discussion in there
the US Department of Education, and that is what is
going on at our state colleges and universities. Well, Texas
A and M's DEI based educational classes continue evidently, So
what do we do about that? I think the governor
made it pretty clear that DEI needs to disappear from
(01:32:21):
Texas state universities and colleges, but clearly it hasn't. Brian
Harrison joins US Texas state representative. Clearly there's going to
have to be a tougher tone taken with these universities
or is it going to take more of a caret
stick approach here?
Speaker 4 (01:32:38):
What do you think?
Speaker 32 (01:32:41):
Good morning?
Speaker 13 (01:32:41):
Great to be with you.
Speaker 32 (01:32:42):
Yeah, and let me start with the basic principle here,
and that's the tax dollars. Texans are over tax I
mean quite frankly, taxes are way too high, even in Texas.
And when Texans have their money taken from them by
the government for the purposes of education and to fund
our public colleges, those tax dollars is supposed to be
for education, not for leftists indoctrination. And I'm sorry, I
(01:33:04):
just I hate to say this. It's embarrassing as a Texan,
but it feels like the inmates are running the asylum
in the executive branch education branches because the legislature did
not authorize or appropriate dollars sustain that LGBTQ plus minors
and courses. And I'm not making this up. What I'm
reading to you right now. Quote at Texas A and M,
(01:33:26):
they are teaching something called quote adolescent masculinity and the
fag discourse. This is another one direct quote women in
hip hop push back against the male gays. The University
of Texas is abusing tax dollars on their miners on this,
the University of North Texas, the University of Houston. And
(01:33:46):
I'm going to file a bill. I've just announced this.
I'm going to file a bill next session because they're
not getting the hints. Taxpayers are fed up with this.
I'm gonna file a bill next session to zero the
budgets for the Office of the University President for any
public institution of higher learning that continues to abuse taxpayer
money to fund woke leftists and doctrination on our public
(01:34:09):
colleges and universities.
Speaker 3 (01:34:10):
I've had it seems to be representative that that's what
it's going to take. The only stick approach that works
with these universities is withholding funds, withholding state support, and
it's going to take millions of dollars of threatened money
in order to be able to make them pay attention.
Speaker 32 (01:34:25):
Well, right, and think about the situation we're in. We've
got President Trump who's going to Washington, d C. With
an absolute mandate to be conservative in government. He's talking
about shutting down the liberal, woke Department of Education. At
the federal level. We might be staring at a situation
where Washington.
Speaker 17 (01:34:39):
D C.
Speaker 32 (01:34:40):
Is doing more to fight the leftist progressive abuse of
tax dollars than we are in the great state of Texas.
And look, I'm a proud Texan and we've got a
reputation for leading the nation in the defense of individual
liberty and small government and freedom. But I'm going to
be honest, for the last several years, we've done more
coasting on that reputation, and it's about time we live
(01:35:00):
up to it. And we need to cut these programs,
and quite frankly, we need to send that money back
to the pockets of Texans so that we can lower
their tax bill because I'm sick of Texas tax dollars
being weaponized against them and their values. This is Texas
and we're.
Speaker 4 (01:35:16):
Better than this.
Speaker 3 (01:35:16):
Governor Abbit has made some threats in the past about
doing that. Clearly that has not happened. Do you believe
they don't take him seriously with his threats.
Speaker 32 (01:35:24):
I don't know what's going on, but I can tell
you I'm in the legislature and we didn't authorize or
appropriate a single penny for this leftist garbage. This is
all happening in the executive branch. It could be ended.
I think it could be ended tomorrow, quite frankly. And
here's the thing. We need to have accountability for any
executive branch bureaucrats that bypassed the legislature to abuse tax
(01:35:46):
dollars to fund the leftist propaganda departments need to be cut.
Budgets need to be zeroed out, and I'm sorry.
Speaker 7 (01:35:53):
People need to be fired.
Speaker 32 (01:35:55):
There's got to be accountability when you abuse my constitionuents
tax money to fund Lettis propaganda on college.
Speaker 3 (01:36:03):
Campus, no doubt about it. Accountability is the answer. Thank you, sir,
appreciate the time that State Representative Brian Harrison, it is
seven twenty seven, is time to take a look at
your money, as we do so right now with Jeff
Bellinger and Jimmy.
Speaker 25 (01:36:17):
This is going to be a big week for earnings
reports from major retailers. Walmart and Target are among several
chains that will be opening their books. Analyst say investors
will be paying attention not only to how the company's
feared in the latest quarter, but also to their projections
for holiday shopping, and the retail CEOs will likely be
peppered with questions about possible tariffs. Stock market futures have

Nasdaq futures are well, They've turned higher, a Ken up fourteen,

that morning drive once again in for Sky Mikehu's Gary
(01:37:34):
Mack and we'll make.
Speaker 5 (01:37:35):
This shorthand sweet. And that doesn't happen often when motormount math.
Let's try that again when motormouth Max in the house.
I guess there's a reason for that. Clear the accident
from the E Sam Houston Tollway northbound before the East Plaza.
They're still working one other at this time to the
six ten west northbound at Post Stoke, although that one
is just on the right shoulder, not really a big

Speaker 7 (01:38:30):
You visiting another Hitler? Is that what you're saying.
Speaker 1 (01:38:34):
That's exactly what I'm saying.
Speaker 6 (01:38:35):
The divisive rhetoric Democrats used on the campaign trail, well,
it didn't go over well with the voters, but the
Democrats doubled down. That was South Carolina Congressman James Clyburn
on Fox. Democrats are also keeping to or continue to
push the Russia hoax.
Speaker 7 (01:38:52):
It wasn't an overstatement. There is evidence of collusion.
Speaker 6 (01:38:56):
California Senator elect Adam Schiff on CNN Now, as the
president elect continues to fill out his cabinet, political commentator
Jerome Corsi warns Trump also needs to be prepared for
the sequel to the Deep State, call it deep State
two point zero.
Speaker 27 (01:39:11):
I think the deep State is definitely ready to go
to war with President Trump. Can I've written this article
to warn people that not all roses get bought a
foreign jet to be shelt with before we get any
fundamental changes.
Speaker 4 (01:39:24):
He says.
Speaker 6 (01:39:25):
Trump should expect more tax and lawfair before his inauguration.
The transition team, while they're reportedly putting together a list
of military personnel involved in the withdrawal from Afghanistan three
years ago, and investigatory commission is also said to be
being considered. President Joe Biden reportedly authorizes Ukraine to use
(01:39:46):
American made long range missiles that would strike inside of
Russia for the first time ever.
Speaker 16 (01:39:51):
The decision allowing Ukraine to use the Army Tactical Missile
System for attacks farther into Russia comes as thousands of
North Korea troops allegedly have already been sent into a
region along Ukraine's northern border in an effort to help
Russia retake ground there, and this also happens a bit
growing concerns from Kiev that once in office, President Elect
(01:40:12):
Trump will move to reduce or possibly even end continued
financial and military support by the US for Ukraine.
Speaker 6 (01:40:20):
That was Kevin Krko Fox there coming up on seven

The Grimes County Sheriff's office is looking for the man

Speaker 4 (01:40:38):
Night with a machete.
Speaker 6 (01:40:41):
Now, we told you last week that the FBI arrested
a Houston man with ISIS ties for planning a terrorist attack.
They actually had him on their radar since twenty seventeen,
So why did it take so long to arrest nassa'id?
Speaker 28 (01:40:55):
At our system, you have to have evidence, obviously, that
balance between freedom speed. So we have a lot of
people that are saying all sorts of horrible things in
support of ISIS, of the support of Hamas, which is
a terrorist organization.
Speaker 6 (01:41:09):

Nine people have taken the stand so far.

Obara went out hunting for women and attempted to rape
Riley the day she was murdered.

Madison Scarpino reporting, the man in charge of implementing Donald
Trump's mass deportation program is talking about what border security
is going to look like on January twentieth.
Speaker 7 (01:41:53):
Yeah, three words for him, doc and all.

Texas A and M and Texas Tech still have DEI programs.
Speaker 31 (01:42:11):
Texas A and M is offering four different classes this
fall that push DEI.
Speaker 32 (01:42:15):
This is outrageous. It's outrageous that has been allowed to happen.
There's got to be accounts ability who made the decision.

People need to be fired.
Speaker 4 (01:42:24):

Members are hopeful, Conservatives are hopeful that we'll see that
legislation addressed in the upcoming session.
Speaker 6 (01:43:16):
He says the new proposal will only pass if people
voice their opposition. Coming up on seven thirty seven, it's
almost that time of year. Online shopping has killed Black Friday,
or has it?
Speaker 33 (01:43:29):
Now?
Speaker 34 (01:43:30):
Being the first to log on has taken the place
of being the first to line up for the best
Black Friday savings.
Speaker 36 (01:43:36):
Amandving has just added another element to it. You know,
for people who like the excitement of a good deal,
you have the advantage of being able to get it
straight from your home without having to go in stores.
But if you want to go into stores, you totally can.
Speaker 34 (01:43:49):

Speaker 19 (01:47:15):
We could get some short periods of heavy rain. So

to the west, it's going to be later on this
afternoon before we see the more wide spread showers and storms.
And it is a ninety percent chance of getting wet today.
It is a war muggy day out there right now.

That's when you could define a woman. Back in the seventies,
you could actually define what a woman was. And yes,
they were feminists, but they all believed that they were women,
and they didn't think that guys who identified as being
women were women.
Speaker 4 (01:50:50):
And they didn't think they.
Speaker 3 (01:50:51):
Were all about girl sports in title nine, but they
were not about boys playing girls' sports. So at least
those feminists knew exactly what the difference was between men
and women. What be Goldberg? Let's start with this one.
What be Goldberg, who, by the way, has been married
three times, is sixty nine years old, evidently now threatening
to withhold relations. I didn't know that there was anybody
(01:51:14):
requesting relations from whoopee. But I mean not that you
need to be celibrated at sixty nine. I'm just saying
that not a lot of action has a tendency to
occur at that age in life. So I'm a little
surprised to hear what I guess. I'm not surprised to
hear her say something like that, but it may be
a moot point. In other words, there may not be
(01:51:35):
a lot of request, so she's not really probably withholding
much of anything. She was married three times. As far
as she's also had living relationshiepal live in relationships? None
at the moment, I don't believe. So things are kind
of quiet on the whoopee front. Greg Gutfeld was having
fun though about women who are doing this, And here's
(01:51:58):
Greg Guttfeld's take on these liberal women who are threatening
with old relations among other things.
Speaker 4 (01:52:04):
Where are you, Greg? I know you hear some work.
Go ahead, Greg Gutfield.
Speaker 44 (01:52:08):
Eva Longoria is and now she's leaving the United States.
Speaker 27 (01:52:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 37 (01:52:15):
Yeah, she's moving from California to Mexico.
Speaker 44 (01:52:19):
Her reason, fewer Mexicans. We love our Mexicans.
Speaker 37 (01:52:32):
Some liberal women plan on protesting Trump's victory by abstaining
from sex with men, and this is supposed to be
a punishment.
Speaker 1 (01:52:41):
What are you gonna do next?
Speaker 37 (01:52:42):
Deposit five hundred thousand dollars into my bank?
Speaker 1 (01:52:44):
Accounts. Even more, some of these women also plan.
Speaker 7 (01:52:48):
On shaving their heads. Hey, I've dated.
Speaker 37 (01:52:52):
Liberal women and their heads are the last thing that
needs shaving.
Speaker 1 (01:53:01):
I mean those armpits.
Speaker 44 (01:53:04):
Am I rights?
Speaker 1 (01:53:06):
That saves me.
Speaker 44 (01:53:07):
Meanwhile, some women are moving abroad for a better quality
of life.
Speaker 37 (01:53:11):
Yeah, better quality of life for us. I had to
move abroad once that time Dane fell asleep in my
gym bag. ABC has rumored to be looking to add
a conservative host to the view. Liz Cheney is obviously
the front runner.
Speaker 48 (01:53:30):
Because she's both stupid and fat. That's why they're called leftovers.
Speaker 37 (01:53:45):
Trump is expected to officially announce Doug Bergham to his cabinet,
upsetting the health conscious RFK, who wonders why Trump would
hire Count Chocula.
Speaker 4 (01:53:56):
That's true.
Speaker 3 (01:53:57):
Have you ever seen a picture of a box of
Count Chocola side by side with Doug Bergram, the governor
of South Dakota.
Speaker 1 (01:54:06):
They look the same, they do?
Speaker 3 (01:54:10):
They look exactly the same. Oh, I love his take
on the progressive women though. Anyway, listen, y'all have a
great day. We're gonna see you tomorrow morning, bright and early,
starting at five am. Hey, check me out this after
