Ep 1. Our Stories, Our Why

Welcome beautiful humans! In episode 1 you'll meet us, Ashleigh and Erin. You'll hear our stories from birth to now and the reason why we feel compelled to raise our voices and share our stories.

We do share a summary of the episode topics at the beginning but also want to preface here. We are discussing child abuse of every kind, mental health struggles and mental illness, and abuse of adults of every kind. We want to raise awareness, create approachable dialogue around these topics and raise awareness for all healing survivors about what you can do to overcome the odds that were stacked against you.

You are not alone.
There are people out there who understand.
That should NEVER have happened to you.
You do have the power to change your outcome!

This podcast is NOT for children.
We do not provide trigger warnings throughout because we feel it takes away from the flow and authenticity of the conversation.
We provide a summary at the beginning of each episode, so you can decide if you'd like to listen or not.
