This will guarantee you a crispy meal without burning it.

You start by adding your bacon to a cold pan.
Cold pan, turn it to medium heat once it starts cooking,
cover it in water, cook it until the water evaporates.
That helps the bacon keep its moisture and prevent it
from getting chewy. But it will be crispy.
