The way tire buying should be. Yeah, way tire buying
should be. Damn right, yeah, yeah, it doesn't happen all
the time, Tory. Come on, man, come on, let me

(01:34):
right into a safety waiting to lay me out. Just now.
You're gonna take it for granted. I mean there in
a while it's like, uh, like Lamar Jackson's Lamar Jackson's accuracy.
It's not all it was there. You know, they listened.

(01:56):
They won, you know That's what I'm saying. Yeah, you know,
all fly they won, But there was a couple, a
couple of misthrows. He's Justin Tucker, the best Texas alum
in the NFL. Right now. I mean that was an
interesting way awarding that question. Can I can I say
this much about him? I think he's the greatest kicker ever,

(02:19):
Like there's no one else. When I watch out there,
I'm like, oh, he's gonna make it, Like there's no
doubt he's he does everything well. He even kickoffs and
stuff like, he just he does it all well. And
he's done it well, consistently well for a long time.
And by the way, he's not a guy who's kicking
in a dome. I mean he's he's kicked in the
a f C North. It's like the exact opposite, like

(02:40):
the one place you probably are going on, Mack. Can
you imagine the weather there and November and December and
into January, and he's done it. They finally won a
game the way they lost a game, and that's that's
a good thing. Like they let let leads get away
from them. It seemingly they did it again last evening.
They kind of let the game get away from them

(03:01):
late and you know, they were able to put together
a put together a drive that lead to them being
able to get the kicks. So you know, uh, I
wasn't I wasn't impressed with with either team, to be honest.
That was kind of my takeaway from it. I think
that the a f C North is is ultimately, well,

(03:25):
I won't say it's a it's a three team race.
I think it's wide open four to three. It's a
it's a poor shame. It's a crying shame as as
a Steelers fan to have to say that it's it's
it's it's Curtains wood Shed, the worst, the worst loss
in Tomlin's career. They said, they said it was a

(03:47):
Bison Bison Uh stampede. That's you don't want that to
be the way they referenced the game that that you
were just in, especially if you're not, um a part
of the stamped So I'm not used to it. I
don't want to get used to it as a fan.
But it's the three one, it's three team what three

(04:08):
team race? You know Cleveland got back on Wait wait wait,
two team race? Did in Cleveland lose? Yes, they did,
Cleveland Brown fashion. Yeah, you probably could have made the
case they would have won it again, Like are they
are they? Kobe Brissette sold him, are they the to
win team that you look at me? Oh, they could

(04:28):
be five? And I mean if you really look at
how they've gone about losing the last second field goal,
blowing a thirteen fourteen point lead, like under two minutes
to Kobe just through it. I mean, they could have
kicked the field goal and they would have had the lead,
but they still kicked the field goal in the end. Yeah,
but before like when it was on the on the

(04:49):
I mean he ended up missing it, but before you
you're in field goal range, like you're literally in field
goal range. Yeah, I mean that was I mean, at
least take the points, you know, don't don't throw anything unnecessarily.
But yeah, they did get another opportunity at it, but
they missed it. And so for some reason, for two
seconds there I thought that they won yesterday, but then

(05:11):
I realized they actually lost. Yeah. Well, I also think
when you look at teams that should have could have
would have, look at Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh probably should be winless
right now, if we're gonna be honest about it, that
week one game from Canati, they should probably be winless
right now. They're they're just they're not good and without
t J. Watt, who's now dealing with uh. He had

(05:33):
some sort of Arthur scrapp Arthur scopic surgery on his
knee or something like that or whatever. He was getting
fixed up and they said, well, it's gonna knock him
back another week, another couple of weeks. They're they're just
there was a reason why they were four team point
underdogs for the first time in history this week, and
they lost about more than oh man, they got annihilated.

(05:54):
It wasn't close at any point, and so you just
knew Kenny Pickett making his first start. They just kind
of threw him in there and we'll just see what happened.
Although he did show a little bit of fight, you know,
he's trying to get after Shack lost in a bit
a little bit because he thought he twisted up his knee.
But yeah, Pittsburgh is is not good. I don't know
what the expectation was for the a f C North,
but it does feel like it's gonna end up being

(06:16):
Baltimore and Cincinnati and that's where this is going to go. Yeah,
and that wasn't overly impressive last night. Was anyone other
than the Bills overly impressive? Yesterday? Yeah, that was Philly
was a little still, that's still impressive though, that's a

(06:37):
quality win. I'd say that was impressive. Um three impressive.
I mean, that's that's dominant that's that's just yeah, that's yeah,
that's a difference. Did did Kenny Pickett Brady just been
watching him, did we Did you come away with anything
from that game as far as something you can build
on or something or is it just this is what

(06:59):
it is and he's is gonna have to wear it
this year. Yeah, he's gonna have to wear it this
year unless they change Matt Canada, which has been the
one constant, whether it was Roethlisberger, Travisky, Pickett. I mean,
it's just it is what is there. There were some
mistakes in that game. You saw like, all right, it's
a rookie mistake. It was actually two rookies at a time.
There was a third down when they're trying to disguise
like Pickens is gonna end up being one on one

(07:20):
on the outside, and um, they ended up rolling to
a cover two on that side, which is gonna change
Pickens trout, but you know he's a rookie. He keeps
a quick out on versus cover two, which is never
the case, and pick It tries to throw like he's
adjusting into a fade and the ball almost gets picked
and it ends up pitting out of bounds. But you
see plays like that and you go, that's two rookies

(07:41):
right like still now in that in that you know case,
I thought Pike Itt did his job what he was
supposed to do. Pickens didn't. But never nevertheless, you're just
you're gonna have those growing pains with young players who
are still getting used to life in the NFL and
what these defenses look like. Um but there, I mean,
bottom line is, forget about their offense. Their defense got gutted.

(08:03):
And the worst thing you could possibly get this weekend was, Hey,
t J. Watt, he's done dealing with his pack injury.
But oh, by the way, when he was, you know,
healing from his pack, he got his niece going, Yeah,
so he's gonna be out a few more weeks. You're
going to wait, what like we needed him back yesterday
and this dude's now taking off more time. I think
even t J. Watt sees the light and going, uh,

(08:24):
maybe this season is kind of all for not so
I'm gonna take my time before health back in this one.
Um ahead, get healthy. Mike Tomlin spoke with the media
yesterday about not only the hit on Kenny Pickett, whether
or not he felt it was dirty. And then also
if you don't think that was dirty by the way,
I mean it was. It looked kind of border dirty.
It just you know, I mean it's although you know,

(08:46):
I don't know what's dirty anymore in the NFL, so
I'm I'm starting to think, yeah, that's that's a whole
another topic of conversation. But here was the Steelers Siade coach.
I did um. I had a problem that didn't have
a problem, not necessarily handling. I love handle a full
one tour. He plays hard, he's a good kid. I
had a problem with the fact that it wasn't officiated

(09:08):
in the way that I anticipated it being officiated. Satisfied
with the effort, we just gotta smashed, Like what are
we talking about here? Guys. It's like, I get it up.
He's so real. I love it. It's the worst loss

(09:30):
since for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Yeah, Bills clearly the worst
under Mike Tomlin. But of course I was happy with
our effort today. Bill, I mean think about it. The
guys showed up, they put their uniforms on, and there's
spikes on, just like the Bills. That just wasn't our day. Yeah,
what did what did you know that game was over?

(09:51):
Was it the third and ten from the bill zone
two that ended up equating to a ninety yard touchdown
in gave Davis? That was what I thought was over.
I was like, oh, okay, we're completing these Okay. When
he ripped the ball from Minca Fitzpatrick, I was like, yeah, this,
When they do that to your best defender, that's not

(10:12):
a good good sign. It is kind of crazy that
this is a fan base that's never known this before ever.
That's that's wild because there's teams around the NFL like, oh,
you got beat thirty eight. Come on, man, it's like
every other week for us. And in Pittsburgh they don't
know this. They don't know what it's like to have
a performance like. The economy is definitely impacted today, not

(10:35):
gonna be as much money being spent today. People are sick, upset, crying,
calling off no booze, nobody's going out buying a light. Well, okay,
so let me rephrase liquor. We maybe a couple of
other things. I don't know, but definitely liquor and we
that Yeah, prices, that was a hot ticket yesterday. I'm

(10:56):
certain of it. Yeah, certain of people were and to
escape their pay people try to escape their pain and
misery by being Steelers fans. It's like the one thing
in Pittsburgh that you can lean on, like, all right,
I had a horrible week or work was tough, you know,
because it's a lunch pale, hard hat type type of town.
So you do a lot of manual things there. You

(11:18):
you get to Sunday and it's like this is this
is this is my time like you. I've seen it
with all my uncles, my grandparents, my own parents, Like
this is our time. So when you don't have that,
I can't even imagine what it's like in the burg
right now. Yeah, it's bad, bad, Well at least you
still have the Pirates, so there's that. You know, it's

(11:40):
not all bad. There's just saying it's not all that bad.
It is two pros and a cup of Joe. Here

Whether it's college football, we saw some of the craziness
in college football and Bloomington were big new and kickoff

(13:47):
dot Com. Alright, so, speaking of the Cowboys, are they
going to trade Dak Prescott at the deadline? I mean
it looks like it. It looks like I mean we
saw who was a Jones you know last night got
got traded to the lads. They need some help and
Dean Jones obviously can come in there getting them a boost.

(14:08):
I mean, it looks like they're just moving on with
Cooper Rush. Yeah you did you guys practice this bit?
Was that? Was that? Did you guys like get on
the horn last night late last night and be like,
let's let's get on the let's get on the air.
What what do you what are you talking about? I
want him gone? Okay, feel the rush? Feel the rush

(14:30):
that is Tom Saw Oh my gosh, h I say
you feel that right before you go into labor or
was something to that effect. Yeah, that's what they say,
you feel the rush. Um they this this is the

(14:50):
best case scenario if you're the Dallas Cowboys that you
could have possibly hoped for. They've won every single game
since Dak Prescott went out because when he went out
with the injurw was like, oh here we go again,
like we were actually talking about this just means that,
you know, Mike McCarthy could be out of a job. Basically,
if they've got to play with the backup quarterback, they're
gonna struggle. Uh, Dak Prescott by the time he does

(15:14):
come back, who knows what he's gonna look like. And
Cooper rush, but most literally the defense they're they're rushing attack.
You've got a full blown two headed monster. You see,
Zeke Elliott was in the full back spot yesterday. At
times they were yeah and uh, and so here we
are the Dallas Cowboys win again. Uh. Impressive performance against

(15:35):
the Rams. And now the conversation becomes louder and louder.
What do they do next week? They've got Philadelphia, It's
Sunday night football, It's a division game with Dak Prescott
close to returning. Oh, what what are we? I mean,
we just went to the scenario. I mean I thought
you were what you guys are waiting for me to say? No,

(15:57):
I just I mean, all right, so everyone out there,
I started texting the group yesterday. Then this is this
is shaping up to be something pretty interesting. If you
ask me now while I was, I'll say it's perfectly
sensible and and obviously it's a no brainer that that

(16:18):
Dak Prescott will return when he's healthy enough to return.
But I'm not the Jonas sniffs have I get the
Jonas sniffs, uh, but I just I mean, if they
win against the hottest team in the National Football League,
which is the Philadelphia Eagles, if they're able to win,

(16:42):
I just think that it puts a lot of pressure
on on Dak Prescott when he gets back and and
he's got to win because they have not lost with
Cooper Rush at the quarterbacks position. And while we may
argue and discuss stats or what what Dak Prescott is
capable of doing, like like Tony Dungee said, I put

(17:04):
it in the text message sometimes less, it's more you can't.
I don't know that you can do the byproduct of
Cooper Rush, Like that's a Kelly Moore thing. I mean
they actually showed it on the game last night too.
They're running the ball sixty percent of the time last
night and over fifty percent since Cooper Rush has taken over.
And that's ultimately what this offense has kind of been.

(17:27):
It's a recipe, though, I mean, are you are you
doing that's relevant to who's at quarterback? The problem is,
I think it's totally relevant to who's that quarterback because
they're trying to play around you know, Cooper rushes in
abilities right and trying to play to his strengths, and
so they didn't want to expose him. He's a backup.
It's what it is. I mean thet on third down

(17:48):
in the NFL because they're not good at being able
to push past that because they don't. You know, that's
when you gotta throw. And clearly you know he's not
Dak and that's fine, there's nothing wrong with that. By
the way, Like he's doing a good job. He's doing
what they asked him to do. They ran for a
hundred and sixty five yards yesterday. He threw for like
a hundred yards on sixteen attempts. They're not They're clearly

(18:08):
not trying to put this game in his hands. They're
trying to run the football and play great defense. Like
I think, the more surprising thing to me when talking
with you about the Cowboys is like, I think Micae
Parson should be Defensive Player of the Year. But he's unbelievable.
He looks like l T. He's like the reincarnation of LT.
I know it's early on and it's like a big
name to throw in there, but he has been phenomenal,

(18:31):
Like that's what's leading this team. Like we got Penn
State coming up this week, Like I'm a Penn State
and looking at Mike Parsons going my god, how awesome
has he been and how big of a difference does
he make? I mean, you're on the field yesterday with
Aaron Donald, who arguably every single year you could have
said is defensive player of the Year. And the guy
who stood out to me was Micah Parsons. And it

(18:52):
wasn't close. The way he gets pressure, that way he
helps other guys get pressure. I mean, it is incredible
to see the way he changed is the game. That's
to me and I want to just know there dame guy,
but that's to me. What's what's changing things for Dallas
is the Dan Quinn let defense. Michael Parson, how good
that group istcescrolled on? Was sore too? And what happened

(19:17):
did he like growing dealing with Harrison Smith injury remember
last week. I mean, I think that's a great I mean,
obviously I'm a big fan of Michael Parson. I think
that that is goes without saying I just thought that
the more more interesting conversation here, which it isn't more interesting,

(19:39):
just a different conversation. I think that everything you said
is one correct about Cooper Rush and about this team
and about their their percentages on third down there or
their rankings and different things like that. But again, the
whole idea of Kelly Moore doing what he's doing with
the less is more and depending on things like the defense,

(20:01):
depending on things like the running game, will it be
that way when Dak Prescott returns, And I think there's
the idea of understanding that to whom which is given
much is required. They've given a lot to Dak Prescott.
Maybe they're requiring a lot from Dak Prescott. Maybe they're

(20:21):
they're looking for him to do certain things that maybe
it would be better to approach it the way that
they're approaching things with with Cooper Rush in the game. Nonetheless,
this is how they're approaching the games with Cooper Russia
in the game. And so while they may be rated
where they're rated in terms of what he's doing production wise,
it's leading two wins and I'm just curious, Like I said,

(20:46):
I know he'll come back and he'll play. I'm just
curious if this team wins against the Eagles or however
many other games that are ahead of them before Dak returns.
How much pressure does that put on that prescott if
he doesn't come in and have success. I mean, I
think that's valid, to be honest. I think the pressure

(21:07):
thing is is more for fans who are like casual
fans don't really watch, because if you watch, you realize
what the formula is and what's really driving it. And
it's it's not Cooper Rush. He's not winning these games
on his arm. He's not driving down the field necessarily,
you know, and winning it all in the final play.
It's it's been defensive lad and he's not losing it

(21:28):
either though. No, and that's fine, but that's not which
gets you a contract that right now, I feel like
at Dak Prett Scott's numbers, his dead caps a hundred
eight million this year, his dead cap next year is
eighty nine point seven million. His his dead cap the
year after that's thirty nine million. So let's just be
real about the business of all this. I mean, I
hope people knew we're joking about trading dec No one's

(21:49):
gonna trade for that contract considering he's got a forty
nine million dollar cap it next year and if the
Dallas Cowboys don't think he's playing that standard. No one's
gonna trade eight for it, And then Dallas can't cut
them because because then you're gonna pay what next year
eighty nine million of the of that cap. I mean,
it's just the contractual value of this is gonna dictate

(22:13):
this like it always does in the NFL as far
as the business of how this is done. So it
might put more pressure on them, but you can make this.
You could say the same thing about Mike McCarthy, like
Dad comes back and he plays them and if things
aren't going well, it puts just as much pressure on
Mike McCarthy because guests, who's dead cap isn't eight nine
million dollars Mike McCarthy. And you could actually attribute a

(22:37):
lot of their success right now to dan Quinn and
the success that they're having. I think a lot of
people look at the Cowboys off it's go o. They're
they're running the football, being physical and stuff. Kellen Moore's
switched it up dan that defense, dan Quinn that how
many times you hear them talking about dan Quinn that
defense yesterday? Because there's nothing really exciting to talk about
with exactly which is, but I think that's the point thought.

(23:03):
But that also is the point of play. That's that's
the thing is it's not so much pressure on Dak.
They ain't moving on from him. It's the pressure on
Mike McCarthy. This conversation circles back around to okay, like
even if Dad comes back, because they're going to play him,
even if things don't go well for that, he's a
paid man. He ain't going anywhere. I mean, it's a

(23:23):
curious position to be in, especially if he plays well.
It's a it's a new point, right, Like it's not
it's not it's not even worth discussing, like it's it's
just it's the afterthought. But if he doesn't play well,
if for some strange reason, the chemistry, like chemistry is chemistry.
If you're winning the way that they're winning, they're winning,

(23:44):
and that's very difficult to do in the National Football League.
So the fact that they have something that's working for them,
they could very easily have something that isn't working for them.
And so when when you change that, when when there's
a you know, changing the balance that's so to speak,
is it going to improve what's going on? Is it
going to maintain what's going on or is it going

(24:05):
to get worse. And I think that that's I mean,
while I'll say you're right, it does solely fall on
Mike McCarthy to make sure he manages this the right way.
That's what he's getting paid to do. But I still
think that it's it's reasonable and it's feasible to think
that that's going to come back and blow back on
Dak Prescott as well. I mean, this is what it is.

(24:27):
He might feel the pressure just because the conversation is
loud because the media and it's the Cowboys and Jerry
Jones who loves stoking the fire and all that. But
like I mean, Cooper Rush isn't turning the ball over
and he's got no turnovers, he's not fumbling the ball,
he's not throwing picks. The defense has been fantastic. I
just wonder if if they're at a point to where

(24:51):
maybe they even hold off another week and just just
because they look at it and go all right, ideally,
we'd love to have him back for a big divisional
him against Philadelphia. It's huge into that and that's and
that's the game. But I wonder if Dallas looks at
this and goes, you know, we we were four no
with him gone. Yes, we understand we're running a higher

(25:13):
risk at losing this game, but if we can buy
him another week, if we can get him close to
without maybe possibly re injuring it by trying to rush
him out there in a game like this, I just
I wonder what their approach is going to be with this,
because Cooper rush at the very least, and the way
they're playing, so what they're holding him out if they
if based upon the logic that you're presenting, that's not

(25:34):
why they're holding him out there, holding him out because
they feel I mean, I mean that's I think they
feel more comfortable with the scenario and letting him get
if it's letting him get more healthy versus oh he
can come back. I look at it this way. If
you buy an insurance policy, like you're gonna use up
every ounce of that insurance that's provided to you to

(25:56):
fix your house or fix the damage, right if you can. Yeah,
But it's to me, it hits like, well, wouldn't you
be doing think of the same thing if you're with
with Dac, Like once you make want to make sure
he's as close to a repaired or as close to
as like what he was before before. I'm not trying

(26:21):
to cynical or or sinister about it, like it's not
I don't have like this intricate plot to bring down
Dak Prescott and what he's got going on, Like he
should be healthy, um and and comfortable and confident coming
back from from his injury. That's not the point I'm
making based upon what you're saying, Jonas, I'm I'm saying,

(26:44):
if they're if you're talking about, Okay, we're doing well,
we're winning games, Let's just continue to rest Dak for
as long as we can because we're still able to wait.
If if Cooper Rush wasn't playing or being that insurance
policy that he's been able to be for this team,
you're not. We're not having the conversation in that context,
is all I'm saying. If they're losing, are you saying,

(27:06):
let's rest them because we suck, so just get them healthy.
If they've lost a little bit, are you saying, let's
hurry up and get them back so that the season
doesn't get out of reach for us to try to
make it to the playoffs. I mean, it's a totally
different narrative or conversation if they're not having the type
of success that they're having, and the bottom line is
that they're getting winds. They are unbeaten since he's taken

(27:28):
over as the quarterback. Some of it may depend upon
how Dack feels two with it. I mean, like, let's
just compare this last year to Russell Wilson Gino Smith.
You know, Russell rushed to get back probably before he
was really ready, and it showed and he didn't look
the same, and the offense wasn't the same. Now I'm

(27:49):
not saying that they were like an offensive explosion with
Gino Smith, but I mean something happened last year where
Seattle watched enough of Gino and said, all right, maybe
we're really to go into the season with this guy, who,
by the way, has been phenomenal. And I know they
lost yesterday, but it wasn't on his account. I mean,
he played pretty darn well in that dision. Some hal

(28:11):
showed up t some hail show. Yes, he he's something,
But the reality is, if you look at the situation
with Dak, it's like, if they don't feel like they
need to rush them back because things are fine, and
they're able to get by that. That makes sense. But
this is one of those tests that you're gonna face
and not even so much to me, I mean not

(28:33):
to not. I'm not saying this to like down the
Philadelphia Eagles defense. They're a tough match up with upfront,
Like that's gonna be a challenge for the Dallas A line.
I don't know that they're gonna able to run the
football as effectively as they'd like to and not put
this game on Cooper Rushes back. He's gonna have to
make some plays. I think it's more for the defense.
It's more for Micah Parsons and Dallas defensively dealing with

(28:55):
that scheme, dealing with the quarterback and you take off
and run, dealing with the team that has really hard
guys to match up with on the outside. Like I again,
I I look at it and I go. The story
has been the defense. The story has been Michael Parsons.
But he should get more. He should be highlighted more
with the way he's played so far this year and
how he's stepped up in the absence of Dak Prescott,
not Cooper Rush, not the running game. And so now

(29:18):
next week as you head to Philly, your defense now
is taking on arguably one of the biggest challenges that
you could face. Considering how good offensively Philly has been.
This will be the best offense that they face so
far this year, and that's more of the bigger test
in my mind. As far as you know, whether decks
there or not doesn't matter. I'm curious see how that

(29:38):
Dallas defense plays against Jalen Hurts and the Eagles. It's
gonna be a great game, man. That's That's that The
quarterbacks are what matter the most. They drave the game,
They're the most important. I get it. I'm just saying
it to me. Is still the story. I'm not gonna
fight with you on that, not one bit. I love

(30:00):
the Why do you keep trying to get Why do
you keep using that Jonas? We are okay? Yeah, okay,
you taught me. Keep throwing that we are out there
like you know, like you'd be throwing up them hooks.
I showed you the people you're gonna have to deal with.
You go out out in the public throwing up By
the way, the hooks making a comeback. I feel like
they're making a comeback. I've seen some never went anywhere.

(30:25):
It's been like a tradition for many many moons. You know. Yeah, well, listen,
it's gonna be gonna be a lot of fun. I'm
sure that'll be a topic of conversation. Jerry Jones got
a couple of weekly radio hits. I'm sure he's gonna
be stirring that fire a little bit. Michael Parsons and
the best defender in the National Football League right now,
hands down, as Brady said, defensive player of the Year.

(30:47):
And what I just didn't think I'd be saying that. Yeah,
well that's because that's almost like me bragging on myself,
and you know, I like to brag about me, so
it's you know, in the end, you know, I'd rather
brag about me and then brag about Michael because then
it comes now I'm choking. But no, interestingly enough, you
brought up the comparison to LT. I think he's even

(31:09):
he's even more different than lt I really, I mean,
if you really break down, like pound for pound, what
they were able to do, what they were able to
do it out of where they were able to do
it from. You know, Michael Parsons is one of the
most dynamic football players that you're going to see in

(31:30):
any era of football, football period of time. He's he's big,
He's deceptively big, he's strong, he's powerful. His explosion to me,
to me like, I know, I know l T is LT,
and and that it's crazy to even sit there and
be like we're having the discussion that the dude is

(31:53):
probably more more athletic and more explosive than even LT
was when he was playing in his prime. That's how
that's how good Michael Parsons is. Like he's got greatest
of all time ability written all over him. All he
has to do is stay healthy and continue to learn
the game, because the biggest thing was can he handle
being blocked by multiple players? We saw him take on

(32:15):
chip blocks. Now, we saw him take on double and
triple team blocks. Now he's starting to deal with the
same type of attention that the Aaron Donaldson, the J. J.
Watts deal with. And he's still he was a last year.
It's not not so much not like this year, not
like it's it's a little different. It's the attention factor
on him is a little it's a little bit more intense,

(32:37):
and it's a little bit more focused and and He's
still continuing to find his way to impacting the play,
whether whether it's another guy being able to get it,
whether he's getting his hands on him, whatever it may be.
I mean, Mica is pretty and I mean he could cover.
He could cover. You could put him in coverage, and
he could have to face more this year than last

(32:59):
or excuse me, last year and this just because you know,
Lawrence missed some time, like they were dealing with more injuries.
Last year, he was facing more of this and this
year like they've had a harder time having to focus
on him. With DeMarcus Lawrence and a Diggizo with some
the other pieces disagree. I mean yes, and in the
sense that those guys were out, Lawrence was out, But
in terms of the amount of attention he's getting, it's

(33:20):
it's not even close. Like that dude is getting touched
by three dudes everything. It was like that last year.
I mean, especially when Lawrence walking and watching different games.
I guess I don't, well, he only played I mean,
didn't you only playing thirt four games last year? Seven
with the seven games something like that. Yeah, he was
banged up from majority of you talking about Lawrence yea, yeah,
DeMarcus Lawrence. That what I'm saying like they were banged up.

(33:41):
He was facing a lot of what he's seeing now.

still feeling it'll, feeling itated. I mean really, I got

(35:50):
the sense that you started Vegas before you actually got
to Vegas. You know, well, you know you gotta you
gotta get a little bloody at the airport. What's tide?
Did you? What's did you go? The flight was nine
am on Friday? There you go? So you got an
hour before you went right after work, didn't you do? Oh? Yeah,

(36:13):
straight to the airport. Yeah, at you pass out around
any fireplaces? I wish I had fountains. Yeah, little bank
bbbiest leave less than a percent right now, he's he's
fighting injured though, but all right, listen, he's here. Yeah,

(36:38):
burn burnam might have a problem tomorrow because the huh
so what do we got? Late? Well, fellas, in case
you missed this one, the Padres are heading to the
n L Division series. Yeah, taking out the Mets, but
not without a little controversy. Book show Walter was asking
Bumps to check Joe Musgrove for a little listening substance

(37:00):
in his ear. Yeah, your ear can't sweat anymore exactly
what I'm saying. I've got okay, I've got really soft,
bendy ears, Like I don't think I have much carlage
in him. I used to be able to. It was
like a thing that I did. My mom pointed out,
She was like, when you get tired, you play with
your ears. And I'll never forget her telling me that

(37:22):
because I used to be able to like fold my
ear into like a ball, Like it was so bendy
and stuff. So I kept I kept watching the play
with his ears and like touch his ears. God, that'd
be so uncomfortable. What do you mean you could fold
him up into a ball? I know what he means,
like crinkle him up and like put him in your
air hole. Yeah, yeah, I know exactly. We have ears

(37:45):
in my family. I've seen that a few times. It's
kind of interesting. And they stay, they stay, and I
would like have to smile. I could pop it up. Wow, bro,
I would never let another man touch my ear. Yeah, yeah,
that was a little a little creepy by My favorite

(38:05):
parts with must grow after he I forget who he
struck out, but he looks at the at the dugout
and smells his finger. It's great. I love the pettiness
in baseball because the Mets couldn't figure out, there's this
is impossible. There's no way we're getting one hit right
now at home in a playoff game after winning a
hundred plus games. No, that's really what happened. As a

(38:27):
matter of fact, that's what happened. They completely melted down.
But I'm sure Mets fans or I'm sure they handled it.
There was no emotional outbursts or anything like that from them,
So so that's good. Anything else, we've got one class
quick only. Yeah, in case you guys missed it, did
you see the kid run onto the field during the
Buck's Falcons game? Totally got crushed by security. Eleven year
old kid. The parents later posted a video on social

(38:49):
media them trash talking to security. Someone said that he
was older than that though, I mean that was reported
he was ten or eleven, but they actually said he
was might have been older than it was Litle League
World Series, probably twenty five, so who knows birth certificates.
