How do I get my child to stop telling my
business to my mom? And how do I get my
mom to stop gossiping with the toddler?

You got to spank your child's that's what you got.

And what have we all been told were growing up,
What happens at home stays at home, And that's how

mama asks you, you better not tell my mama nothing

get your child in order, a good little spanking. It's
gonna it goes a long way, I can assure you.
And I know we're not supposed to say that. We're
not supposed to talk about that. That's supposed to be untouchable. Now, well,

If the child telling the grandmother about the men at

Hank says, I went to pay play golf in Florida,
and I flew one of my old flames in for
a night of fun. She posted a bunch of pictures
at the resort, and it got my wife's attention. My

my past, and so I lied and said I didn't
see her at all. Should I tell my golf buddies
what's up, just in case my wife?

Yeah, everybody got to lie now.

Everybody got to line now, boy, why your little friend
don't know the rules? You can't be around here taking
no pictures and posting them and all of that is
what is. You ain't had the real conversation with her.

You would think she would know that. Now you have
to tell everybody that played golf. Now you got to
call the golf club and people down there at the
golf shack and let them though. You got everybody involved.
Now the lie hid awakened.

My whole thing to me is why is you dating
somebody never been nowhere? That's what I need to know.
Why is you dating her? Side posting everything?

That ain't why she posting the pictures because she ain't

Bell, Because if you've been if you've been to Vegas,
I ain't got to send pictures out. I'm back in Vegas. See,
I ain't got to do that. She posting pictures everywhere.
Now you got to bring your golf buddies on here,
because now it's a golf trip. Now, now all your
golf But we down here on a golf trip. That's
why these pictures is showing up.

And the golfers didn't even know she was there. They
didn't even know.

Well the husband said he didn't know it either.

a thirteen year old son that has been using forty
eight hour deodorant all summer long, okay, and he really
thinks it lasts for forty eight full hours. His room
smells like funions and Frido's. He thinks he.

Only has a bathe.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
If he's going somewhere, I'll do I thick the funk.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
Hoo oooh this boy stink.

Well, listen for somebody that's got a thirteen year old, Yeah,
somebody that knows what them funions and Fredo's smell like
I understand, and that forty eight hour don't even work.
Twenty four hour? Now what the boy I got? I
promise you it does not work. This boy, he'd be
rieking when he come in, and I'd be like.

How's it even this possible? So I have to stay
on my son. Twenty four seven, get your like before
you get ready to go somewhere. Yeah, I'm finna go

No no no. We've been to hit this water. Da
Can I just wipe one of my arm?

It ain't just under your arm, it's everywhere, you know.

My cousin used to go in there, run the water,

So you got to make sure he get in there
and get it and let's get this room clean. You
know what the rooms think. It's food in that room.
Deep been up there bringing food and let's get all
this clean up. You need a Saturday morning routine with
this boy in that room.

The Burden
The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three).
