Former All Black and one of New Zealand's greatest players in Dan Carter joins Jason Pine on the DRS, to talk his new book 1598.
Differing from his autobiography released six years ago, 1598 is more of a picture book going through Carter's entire test career.
He gained 112 test caps during an international career that spanned 12 years, culminating in the 2015 Rugby World Cup final where the now 39-year-old was named man of the match in a winning effort against the Wallabies.
Carter said he wanted to release something different to his first book.
"I was inspired by a lot of the luxury fashion-brand coffee table books that I have at home and I thought 'Let's produce a book I can be really proud of.
"I'd like to think this one can sit on your coffee table for years to come."
Across his career, Carter was named World Rugby player of the year three times.
