Speaker 1 (00:00):
Okay, very very quick, as the lines are jammed New
York City. This is breaking now everywhere in the local
media in New York. New York City, real estate brokers
are now getting flooded with calls from clients looking to
back out of deals. You know, they had bought property
in New York, or made an investment in New York

(00:21):
or whatever, bought a home in New York whatever, they say,
they want out. After the victory by Mamdannie by Mom Donnie, Florida,
real estate agents are now seeing a massive surge in
interest from New Yorkers, middle class, upper middle class, wealthy

(00:41):
New Yorkers, New Yorkers with businesses, saying that after Mom
Donnie's victory, many of them say they're leaving New York
City and they're going to relocate to Florida. Others say
maybe Texas, but they're leaving New York. So the exodus
has already begun. Dan in Florida, speaking of Florida, thanks

(01:02):
for holding Dan and welcome Jeff.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Jeff.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
You know, I know you get mad at me because
it's all doom and gloom sometimes, but I gotta tell
you it's actually over, Jeff. It's over, So you know,
let me play with something for a minute, Jeff.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
How many how many.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
Children do you have?

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Two?

Speaker 3 (01:22):
The beautiful children you adopted them. I know, and I
know the story because I've been listening listening to you
since you got the Boston So but Jeff, you do
realize that the average Muslim family has eleven children. They're
gonna they're gonna outpopulate us in two generations. It's over

(01:45):
and and there's no there's nobody talking about that, Jeff.
So you know, I do some traveling, I get around.
I I do some work with with a couple of
uh NGOs that that put people into into apartments in
western Massachusetts, at Central and western Massachusetts. I know two
families that are in you know, NGO paid apartments, my investors,

(02:10):
of the of the of the the owners of the property.
But the two of these families, one has fourteen children,
and I've talked to the I've talked to the father.
He wants more. The other one has eleven children, he
wants more. How we're getting out paced? And I saw this, Jeff,

(02:32):
about twelve years ago. I was, you know, giving back,
not court ordered, but I was giving back to helping
out and I was doing some work with big brother
big sister in Lawrence, and we held an event and
I talked to two of the young lady, young young
women that were there, both high school kids, and they
were telling me that one of them they were they

(02:53):
were half sisters their mother and they lived together. One
of this had seven children from five different women. Instead
run off the candidate to avoid paying child support. The
other one had like eleven children from at eight different women.

(03:14):
That it was crazy, but he was in jail. So
you know, if you you know, and I'm sure you've
made the decision. Most people, most Americans have made the decision. Hey,
I can only afford to have two kids. I can
only afford to have one child, if you know. So
this goes back fifteen twenty years. We've been paying for

(03:35):
people to have children through the social welfare programs.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
And well, Dan, this is is Dan, sorry me to
cut you off. I promise I'll give you all the
time you need to finish. But you know, eleven children,
fourteen children, how do they pay for all these kids?
I mean, as you said, I have two, and I'm
telling you they're expensive. Kids are expensive. They're reading me
out of house and home. So how do they afford
eleven or fourteen kids, then.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
They certainly don't live in luxury. You know, there's no iPhones,
there's no iPads up except for the ones that are
given to them by the schools. There's no you know
that there's there's no luxury. But in both of these
instances with these families, the Angos gave them they were
used cars, but gave them two very nice used cars

(04:24):
per feit. NGOs pay for the rent. They so the
Angels obviously that money's coming flushed down from us.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
That's incredible. So basically they're effectively living off welfare then, correct,
exactly exactly, of.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Course they are. And and you know, good good families,
you know, are they taking advantage.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
Of the system.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Yeah, of course, because we pushed it on them.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
Dan, if you were advising Trump now saying, look, you've
got Mom Donnie now rising in New York, You've got
obviously lan Omar in Minnesota, Rashida talib aoc Bernie, I
mean it's you know, the radical left is on the march.
What would you advise Trump to do? Does he got

(05:16):
to start deporting all of these Muslim illegals now before
it's too late.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
I have a.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Problem, Jeff. Of them are here legally. We let him in.
We brought him in as refugees from Somalia. We've been
from as refugees from from Syria. We brought him in
as refugees from Afghanistan in Iraq. They're here legally. These
so these families that I was involved with, they got

(05:48):
Greek cards. Yeah, how hard it is to get a
green card, Jeff, They've got green cards and like.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
Incredible, incredible, No, I know, Look, Dan, we're in a pickle.
You know, there's no question about it. And that's why
we've got we've got to wake up and we've got
to realize the threat now that is within and they're
inside the gates. And really I look at Mom Donnie
now as the ultimate trojan horse. They want New York

(06:16):
and they're very close to getting New York.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Dan.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
I always learned something When you call Dan, Thank you
very much for that call. Six one seven two six,
six sixty eight sixty eight is the number. Look, I
think it's time for us to ask ourselves. Do we
want our country to come under the control of sharia law?
Do we want parts of our country to come under
the control of Sharia law? And you know, I'm sorry,

(06:43):
but I think it's time for to have people take
a loyalty oath or a loyalty test. You cannot be
loyal to Sharia and loyal to the Constitution. You can't
so to me if you're not willing to be loyal
to the Constitution first and foremost, out out out. And
we've got to stop putting all these people on welfare,

(07:05):
because Dan is right, this thing is killing us. We're
paying these people to just you know, forgive me, have sex,
procreate and have children. And off of our hard earned
taxpayer money, they're having you know, six seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven,
twelve kids. Ben in Lynn, thanks for holding Ben, and welcome.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
I'm a native New Yorker.

Speaker 4 (07:29):
I live now.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
And when, uh, this is just the evolution of the
of Tammany Hall Bad, when the Fiorello LaGuardia days, you know,
the Democratic machine, all the corruption from back in those days.
This is just the modern day version of that. And Mom,
Donnie's just the continuance of the Blasio. He's a continuance

(07:51):
of the Blasio.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
That's a very good point. Sorry, Ben, please keep going,
But that's a really good point.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
Please keep going, Ben, the socialist I wanted to destroy
New York. Remember when he went off and met with
the San Denistas back when he was young. You know,
it's just a continuance. They want to destroy New York.
Now that Trump is in office. They want to get
into the bigger cities worldwide because Trump put Elon in office.

(08:22):
Elon took care of a lot of fraud that was
going on in the federal level with doges. Now they
can't do all of that stuff. They need money. They're
going to New York where Wall Street is, and there
you go. You know, they just want to destroy the country.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
Ben, You're completely right. Not one hundred is I like
to say, but one thousand percent correct. And I love
the connection you made to the Blasio. You're completely right.
He he was basically he was a communist. He was
a fellow traveler. He met with the communist Sandinistas in Nicaragua. Ben,
let me just ask you this. The thing that I

(09:01):
think is jarring about Mamdanie, and I want to know
if you agree or disagree, You're right. He's in many
ways an extension of Tammany Hall, the corrupt democratic machine.
Correct Doblasio and his communism correct, But there's an Islamic twist.
There's an anti Semitic, pro Hamas, pro scherial law, Islamic

(09:28):
twist to him that you haven't seen before in New York.
And it's him talking about making City Hall Muslim. It's
his supporter saying we're going to have Sharia law in
New York City in ten years. It's him saying, you know,
he probably supports Hamas, and you know he's very virulently

(09:51):
anti Jewish, anti Semitic. You haven't had that in New
York historically, Ben, would you agree or disagree?

Speaker 2 (10:00):
No, we've never had that. But what he fails to
see is that New York is still remember nine to eleven. Yeah,
New Yorkers sometimes, you know, you see them go about
their day, they go about their business. You know, they
just just do the the day to day things, you
know they But nine to eleven still lives in a

(10:23):
lot of New Yorker's lives and a lot of Americans lives.
And he could go ahead and find you wanted Democratic nomination,
Go ahead. I think Republican Party needs to throw somebody
out there. Hey, maybe get uh Trump Junior, Don Junior,
or maybe Eric Trump junior, somebody along those lines. Interesting,

(10:45):
run a native New Yorker, you know, on the other
side on the Republican ticket and take this guy down. Ben.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
You think if they come up with a really good candidate,
that Mom Donnie can still be beaten, right.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
Oh yeah, oh yeah, one hundred percent. Right now that
the crime is skyrocketing, you know, after so many years
of Giuliani working hard to bring down crime the way
it was back in the eighties, the way it was
back in the nineties, you know, and then you saw
the uh the resurrection of New York City, you know,

(11:19):
with Bloomberg. The businesses came back, they started flourishing, and
then you got Bozoe liked Blasio that comes around, you know,
serves eight years and then he just destroys everything. Adams
doesn't know what he's doing, you know, he's left from
right here, don't know where he's going. And now you
got this guy, Mom Donnie, you know that nobody's heard
of before, you know, talking all this crazy nonsense. It's

(11:42):
not going to happen.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
Ben, thank you very much for that call. Really good call.
Please Ben, don't be a stranger. Call again, mister Garcia,
Thank you so much. For calling mister Garcia and welcome.

Speaker 5 (11:56):
Hey, listen, you are the best. I don't care. What's
then you say you are number one.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
Well, thank you, mister Garcia.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
Now I feel better.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
Now I feel better.

Speaker 5 (12:09):
Mentioned I want to ask you questions. Reverend Al Sharpton
going indoors Adam because he cannot deflect him.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
Right, Well, no, that's the amazing thing, mister Garcia, a
really good point. No, Sharpton is going with Mam Donnie.
Sharpton is backed Mum Donnie. Schumer's backing Mom Donnie. Hakim Jeffries,
the leader of the Democrats in the House, is backing
Mom Donnie. Uh, they're all lining up. Bill Clinton is

(12:41):
lining up now behind Mam Donnie. But no, Al Sharpton.
You would think Al Sharpton would be supporting Eric Adams, right,
he was so proud of the fact that, you know, Adams,
being an African American, became the mayor of New York. Nope,
he's stabbing Adams in the back. He's going with Zoran, Mamdanie.

Speaker 5 (12:58):
Mister Garcia, why it's very disgusting. It's a black man
Adam and betweening the black people. Right as a reverend,
and also as a pastor, as a reverend. Come on,
how dare he going endorse Mangani because he's not a Christian?

(13:22):
Al Shempton is a Christian believer and it's a fake
believer by e last, he's a preaching the gospel. Why
not endorse Adam Eli?

Speaker 3 (13:37):
Adam had Christian value.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
Mister Garcia, this is going to shock you. But their
religion now is communism. Their religion now is far left socialism.
It's Marxism. And Mom, Donnie now is that he's their man.
This is now a communist party. And you're witnessing the
communist take over, the complete takeover now of the Democratic

(14:03):
Party by Bernie Sanders, by Alexandria Casio Cortes, by Mamdani,
by all of them. And we're watching now the death
of the old establishment Democratic Party. And Sharpton is an
opportunist and he knows where the wind is blowing. And

(14:25):
it's no longer Bill Clinton's party, It's no longer it's
not even it's Barack Obama's party. That's what you're really
seeing now is Barack Obama has completely now along with
Bernie and AOC and the hard left, they've now taken
over this party completely, and all those old moderate Democrats
or more establishment Democrats or center left Democrats, they're gone.

(14:49):
They're gone now very quickly. There is some resistance in
the Democratic Party in New York to Mamdanni. So a
congresswoman represent Presentative Laura Gillen, she is a New York Democrat,
and she issued a statement. This is what she said
about about Mumdanni after his victory. She said, quote socialist

(15:14):
Zoran Mumdanni is too extreme to leave New York City.
She said, his entire campaign has been built on unachievable
promises and higher taxes, which is the last thing New
York needs.

Speaker 4 (15:30):
Now.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
I remember she's a Democrat congresswoman, She continues. Beyond that,
mister Mumdani has called to defund the police and has
demonstrated a deeply disturbing pattern of unacceptable anti Semitic comments
which stoke hate at a time when anti Semitism is skyrocketing.

(15:55):
He is the absolute worst choice. Sorry, he's the absolute
wrong choice for New York. Now, she's a liberal Democrat.
You know anything about you know, Laura Gillen. Believe me,
she's no moderate. But here you have a liberal pro

(16:18):
Hillary Clinton Democrat six one seven two six six sixty
eight sixty eight is the number. Okay, super quick breaking
news now coming from the Department of Homeland Security and
from ICE in the past week alone, Just in the
past week, obviously in the wake of our decision by

(16:41):
Trump to bomb those three Iranian nuclear sites, ICE has
arrested over one hundred and thirty illegal alien Iranian nationals.
One hundred and thirty let in under the Biden regime
through his wide open border. Many of these Iranian nationals

(17:02):
illegally in our country direct ties to the Aralian Revolutionary
Guard Corps, direct ties to Hesblah. So they are rounding
up either terrorists or wanna be terrorists or potential terrorists
let in under Biden. No, no, we don't have a

(17:23):
radical Islam problem. No, no, And New York now is
on the verge of electing one as their mayor. Victor
in Georgetown. Thanks for holding, Victor, and welcome.

Speaker 6 (17:40):
Tune A man listening to you this morning, Yes, sir,
right here.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
Go ahead, Victor. The floor is yours. Yep, I hear you, can.

Speaker 4 (17:48):
You hear me?

Speaker 6 (17:50):
Hey, You're you're the best, and you and I know
we agree philosophically but I'm going to tell you something.
Our strategy is totally different. Let me tell you why
we finally have a Islamic Muslim communist foreigner that's going
to become the mayor of New York City. We should

(18:10):
stand by, move out of the way, let this guy
get elected, and let him do the damage that's going
to be done, because philosophically, you know that it is
going to be devastating for any city that has this
type of a leader, especially New York City. And let

(18:31):
me explain why all of Wall Street moving out. The supercilious,
stubborn elitist I'm talking about New York City now who
have brought this upon themselves are about to get a
load of it, and I mean directly. So let the
damage be done, because you're well thought out philosophical points

(18:57):
are hitting people that are not paying attention. When New
York City is burning to the ground because of this guy,
San Francisco people are going to be looking around Chicago people.
They're going to say, what the heck happened, just like
when the towers were brought down by these crazy people,
and it takes something to get their attention. You know,

(19:21):
good words, Logical information is not going to get it done.
Let these people suffer what they have elected and brought
upon themselves to set as an example for the rest
of this country, so that we pay attention and say
Tumor was wrong. Al Sharpton was wrong. Clinton was wrong

(19:42):
endorsing this guy. Look at all the power structure behind
this guy. They were absolutely out of their mind wrong.
That's what we need, Jeff Victor.

Speaker 1 (19:51):
In other words, if New York Leftists or New York Democrats,
if they want to vote for you know, you want Zoron,
then give them Zoron Mamdanni, and the country will watch
and see what a disaster Democrat rule is and that
will damage the Democrats for generations to come.

Speaker 3 (20:12):
Correct.

Speaker 6 (20:14):
Absolutely right, That's the only way to get your message across.
Because people are watching their iPads, they're watching Netflix, they're
watching all this other stuff. But you cannot you cannot
not look at a train wreck in New York City.
Get ready, you got a train wreck coming?

Speaker 2 (20:33):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (20:33):
I agree. Oh he's going to burn him down, Victor.
Very interesting point, as always, Thank you very much for
that call. Okay, let me squeeze at least one more
in John in Weymouth, John, I've got one full minute.
The floor is yours.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
Go okay, Jeff, I'm going to be very quick, and
you're one of the most honest people on radio. But
everyone has to understand. And something my father told me
after he made millions, after I made millions, come out
of the womb. Welcome to the misery of life. Go

(21:14):
home to God. Tell me you did the best you could.
I'm finished, Jeff.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
That's that's I mean. Forget the millions because I haven't
made millions, and I doubt I ever will make millions.
But I love your philosophy. John, Amen, brother, do the
best you can, and that's all you can do in
this world.
