This is deeper in the den withdangerous day. So what's a common human
experience that nobody ever discusses for somereason? You know, we all have
something that we've done, but wedon't talk about. Somebody put together a
list online and these are some ofthe things people have experienced. Let's see
if you share any of these. When you get a call from a weird
number and immediately google it. WhenI have flight doesn't board for an hour

(00:24):
and you need to eat, butyou walk to your gate first anyway,
just to make sure that the flightis there. Other things we do without
talking about it. You breathe fineuntil you lie down and one nostril almost
closes up. Seems like that happensto me every night. One pocket holds
your phone, the other holds everythingelse. When you swallow water in a
weird way, there's that excruciating painin your chest that goes away. Oh

(00:47):
but I talk about that. Iwas making the grimace and grab my chest
like I'm having a heart attack.People know when you need a specific item
from a grocery store, but someonestanding in front of it, so you
pretend to shop for something else untilthey move. The remote goes missing.
And you're convinced somebody else is sittingon it, even after they've checked.
When you think there's a bug onyour neck, but it's just a tag
on your shirt. Other things wenever talk about that's satisfying. Feeling in

(01:08):
your ear randomly pops and your hearingincreases by fifty percent. Or when you
walk into a store to buy somethingbut they don't have it. When you
walk out, you feel like you'reshoplifting because you didn't buy anything, even
though you're not. Hey, ifthey don't have the item, what do
you do? Deeper in the twoWell, you probably didn't know this,
but today is National Get Organized Day, and if you need more motivation than

(01:30):
that, the clutter might be hurtingyour health. How does clutter affect our
health? Well, believe it ornot, it affects your sleep. Studies
have found that the quality of yoursleep is worse when your bedroom is a
mess. Also makes your allergies worseyour place is unorganized and cluttered. Probably
not dusting regularly. A lot ofpeople who are allergic to pollen actually just

(01:51):
need to clean and dust more. It's harder to focus, too, when
there's too much stuff lying around yourbrain can't decide what to focus on because
there's too much vision. You willstimulize, so it makes it harder for
you to focus on anything, andit can mess with your mental health.
According to the Anxiety and Depression Associationof America, hoarding and holding on to
possessions well beyond their intended use canhave severe emotional, physical, social,

(02:14):
and financial effects. So I guessit's time to do some spring cleaning.
Yeah. I think the first thingI need to clean is my mind.
