Hello there and thank you for stopping by The Anthologies of an Over Thinker Podcast. A lighthearted show where we aim to help those stuck in a pattern of negative over thinking and realize that over thinking isn’t just a means of second guessing but can also be a powerful tool. A tool to prepare you for the trials and tribulations this world has to offer, along the way we will over think all facets of everything that can be overthought. Anything from the big to the small, the funny to the serious, or even the most ridiculous of topics to everything in between. Of course, we will have a bit of fun along the way, because if you’re taking life too seriously you may never get out alive. So here at The Anthologies of an Over Thinker Podcast we like to remind you to never over think anything you don’t have to, because we will do it for you.
This is an episode for anyone who has felt judged for any reason; whether it be for their skin color, how they dressed, talk, where they come from or any other unwarranted reason. We are all spiritual beings living through a human experience, wanting to live peacefully in the best way we know how, hopefully this episode will help those understand that principle better than they did before they listened.
I set out to create this podcast with the intention of sharing information that will help others overcome their over thinking brain, and I feel I haven't done many episodes to embody that. This episode is one that is meant to be a useful starting point of how we begin to overcome our over thinking brains, I was incredibly pleased with the information I got across and really hope it helps those who desire to listen to it be able to ...
This episode is much more structured than any previous episode I have recorded. It was born from a research paper I wrote earlier this year, not for a class or anything but out of my own curiosity. It chronicles the versatility of a plant that could have altered the course of the world. Cannabis, a plant so versatile, it was as if it were meant to be the single most important plant to all civilizations, have a listen to how it coul...
This episode came to me from inspiration from both my Native American ancestry and this last 4th of July, while Independence Day is highly regarded in America as a significant holiday to American history, we as "Americans" tend to disregard the precursor to the 4th of July. For "Americans" to gain their independence, entire civilizations of Native Americans had to lose theirs. We should never forget those who lost everything, so ot...
The talk of "aliens" has been around since the beginning of time, throughout many millennia, countless civilizations have recorded their encounters with "aliens". My fascination with "aliens" began before I reached my double digits in age and never stopped. So naturally it made sense that eventually I would record an episode on "aliens", this will be the first of many episodes on the topic of "aliens" this is just the ice breaker e...
This episode is an episode I feel truly embodies the spirit and purpose of Anthologies of an Over Thinker. Packed with things I wished I were able to hear in the formative years of both my child and adulthood with principles and ideas that I feel many people could benefit from. It is also the longest episode I have recorded to date and while it does surpass the 1-hour mark, the content doesnt feel like it. Personally, I am particul...
