L'épisode parle de pré usinage et de construction hors site, panneaux structurels en CLT (bois croisé laminé), de leur nouvelle usine de 13 000 pi2 à Ripon et de leur transition entrepreneuriale. On parlera aussi de la construction d’un 6 étages tout en bois actuellement en construction à Toronto, suivant un modèle d’affaire innovant en construction, soit le modèle IPD - Integrated Project Delivery - (Livraison de projet intégré), une approche intégrée concrète où les profits sont partagés entre ceux qui sont prêts à participer intégralement au projet, de la conception à la livraison. On abordera encore une fois les différences Québec-Ontario et on se demandera où est-ce que c’est plus simple pour faire du bâtiment performant.
