Au menu du jour: y a-t-il vraiment un débat à avoir entre construire PHI classique versus PHIUS? Comment et pourquoi faire le tri des déchets de construction sur un chantier? Faut-il obliger le test d'infiltrométrie? Quels sont les enjeux réels aujourd'hui en 2024 à la construction performante? Aussi, qu'est-ce qui en facilite la réalisation?
