Aujourd’hui à l’épisode, on reçoit Raphaël Boisjoly-Sallafranque, de l’entreprise IME Experts Conseil, la firme de génie conseil derrière le premier projet multilogements en voie de certification Passivhaus au Québec, soit Le Monarque, à Sherbrooke. En plus de tout le MEP (c’est-à-dire la ventilation, la plomberie, l’électricité et la protection incendie du bâtiment), ils ont agît comme chef d’orchestre pour atteindre la certification Passivhaus, qui devrait être officialisée en 2027.
Raphaël agît comme designer Passivhaus du projet. C’est lui qui est en charge de modéliser le bâtiment dans différents outils de modélisation, dont le PHPP évidemment et agît comme intermédiaire clé entre les concepteurs mécaniques et tous les autres intervenants du projet, c’est-à-dire les architectes, les ingénieurs en structure, les fournisseurs et l’entrepreneur général.
On va donc surtout parler de modélisation aujourd’hui, du Code National Énergétique du Bâtiment 2015 Québec et l’influence positive que l’approche Passivhaus peut avoir pour l’abordabilité des logements au Québec.
