Good afternoon Vikings.
I am Reily Dominy and I am Ace Roueche andthis is Bryan High Norseman Broadcasting.
UIL Academics practices are starting now.
Students can participate in different academicevents and be a part of the school team at
the district competition.
Students also have the opportunity to earna letter jacket through participation.
Each event is coached by a different BHS teacher,but for general questions, please contact

This week is Red Ribbon Week.

The Dress-Up Days are as follows: Thursday - scare alcohol and drugs away - trunk (00:46):

or treat costumes, but no facemasksFriday - Vikings don’t do drugs - wear go
big blue or Viking spirit t-shirts
The Norsedragon D&D Club will meet again onThursday, October 27 in room 6160.
Dues are $20 and include a club shirt andmust be paid by the October 27 meeting.

Students can also stop by room 6160 at anytime to make a payment.
Viking Theatre is hosting a haunted housein the black box located in the fine arts
building.
Tickets are $5 and children under 10 are freeif escorted by an adult.
The haunted house will be open on Friday,October 28 from 6-9 and Saturday, October
29 from 3-6.

The library has the initiative to turn inor renew library books.
When students turn in their books, they willenter their names in a drawing.
Each Friday in October, the library staffwill draw a name to win a prize.
The library is also hosting a book characterdress-up day on Friday, October 28.
Students are encouraged to dress up as theirfavorite character from a book.

The top three best dressed will win a prize.
On November 4th from 6-9pm, the Kappa AlphaTheta chapter at A&M is hosting Thetafest!
They will have $5 fajita plates, live music,and a silent auction.
All proceeds are benefitting Scotty’s House,Brazos
Valley’s Child Advocacy Center.
