“When You’re Stuck on Stupid”

According to the urban dictionary, “Stuck on stupid,” describes someone who is stuck in a cycle of endless stupidity when it comes to making decisions. As an adjective, it refers to a prolonged state of being completely clueless. When someone just doesn't get it, repeatedly; your mind draws a blank for the longest, this is also what it means to be stuck on stupid.
