Welcome to a new episode of Deep Healing for Creative Entrepreneurs hosted by Aubrey. The topic in focus is the elusive subconscious mind and the powerful role it plays in our thought processes. Drawing from a question raised in our active Facebook group – how to discern between personal thoughts and emotions from those of the collective – we dive deep into understanding the mechanics of our subconscious mind.

As empathic or highly sensitive individuals, we often feel and experience the emotions and energies of others. Learning how to use this empathetic ability to our advantage forms the crux of our discussion. Deciphering what we feel as ours and what belongs to the larger group consciousness leads us to a profound realization – the only feelings and thoughts that matter are those that align with the person you are today and the direction you intend to head.

Did you know your subconscious mind is responsible for almost 95% of your thoughts each day? And naturally, it leans towards the negative as a survival mechanism. We discuss actionable steps and energy work required to cope with this heavy influence, transforming it into a powerful ally. Shift your focus from the negative by identifying and separating the energies that weigh you down. The result? A paradigm shift that enables you to march confidently towards your intended goals.

Filled with numerous tools, tips and practical exercises, this episode aims to help you achieve a fulfilling, joyful life steeped in self-awareness and growth. So tune in and learn how to disarm your negative subconscious mind, assert your true self and march proudly in the direction of your goals. And if you are seeking deeper work and support, consider joining our women membership – We Are Magnetic Women here.

(00:00):
Good morning, friends. I had this really incredible question in my Facebook
group this week, and I thought it would be a really cool episode for you guys. So I hope you enjoy it.
And if you're not in there, it might be a great place for you.
It is somewhat active and just a really good conversation sprout from that space.
It's super supportive and very much a learning environment, we'll say.

(00:24):
So let's go ahead and get started with this episode.
Welcome to Deep Healing for Creative Entrepreneurs. This is your host, Aubrey.
I'm super excited as always to be able to share some pivotal and inspirational
information with you guys to help educate you as to what's going on in the surface

(00:46):
at the base of your understanding of your world.
Because so So much is happening in that subconscious mind that a lot of us don't know how to break down.
And the problem is, is that's where our deepest healing is going to take place.
So it's absolutely essential that we dig in a little bit,
lighten up the mood, have a little fun together, and shift those beliefs that

(01:12):
are keeping you stuck in the same old patterns with no end in sight.
We are here to make big shifts, right?
We are going to feel like a million bucks afterwards.
So here we go. Today, we are talking about the subconscious mind. Surprise, surprise.
And one of the things that was asked in my Facebook group this morning was about

(01:36):
discernment with our thoughts and with our emotions. So I'm actually going to read this comment.
It says, I think one One of the hardest things about doing this work is discerning
when what you are feeling isn't yours, and maybe instead just the collective.
So you can see that this is something that it's a really great question, right?

(01:57):
I feel like so many of us get bogged down with this idea that we are taking
on all of the emotions and energy from other people.
And I do think that it's true that we do that.
Okay. As empaths or highly sensitive people, especially, we absolutely can feel

(02:20):
what other people are feeling and take that on.
Like it happens a lot and for some people
that may be more likely it
may be kind of something they deal with every day because they haven't figured
out how to really use that beautiful gift of being an empath to their best advantage
because it doesn't mean that you're open all the time right it means that you

(02:42):
get to use it when you need it and when it's useful for other people in you, but not all the time.
So on the other side of this is a question about, is what I'm feeling mine or
is that like the group collective?
And I know it happens sometimes, but what's really important for me to clarify
here is that, and it's going to sound awful, but it doesn't matter whose it is, okay?

(03:08):
If it doesn't align with the person you are deciding you are today and the direction
that you are going, then it's to be brushed off like it's not yours, okay?
Because, I'll tell you why.
I know that sounds crazy, but that is absolutely how I live of my life.

(03:30):
Because your subconscious mind is literally 95% of your thoughts every day.
I mean, that's a lot, right?
Mind you, it loves to focus on the negative stuff.
Your subconscious mind wants to focus on the negative because it believes it's making you safer.
It's like, hey, if we keep reminding her about that one time she almost got hit by a car,

(03:54):
car you know she's not going to get hit by a car when
the reality is that's all you're thinking about one you're
always scared you know two it might
actually happen because it's all you're thinking about so it's really important
for us to learn really learn like who am I and what do I want to do with my

(04:16):
life because when you can get super focused on that and you can set up your
days to get you closer to your goals,
then all of this nonsense that comes up, it's so easy to dismiss.
It's so easy to say, you know what? Actually, that was the Aubrey last week.
That Aubrey, she was super, super just nervous about money and just couldn't get her stuff together.

(04:39):
Like that was actually Aubrey last week. That's not me anymore.
Right? Aubrey now is focused.
She's abundant, right? She's receiving things on all ends, all of these things.
So you have to be able to shift that and say, you know what?
Thank you, but that's not me anymore.
Along with that feeling, it is important sometimes you do have to separate your

(05:01):
energy from other people.
So maybe you have taken on somebody's stuff.
You know, maybe you're stuck in a depression ever since you hung out with someone
last week and you're like, why is that happening?
I mean, that happens too, right? So it's a valid question in the fact that sometimes
we have to do a little bit more work instead of just working on the subconscious.

(05:22):
Sometimes we have to do a little bit of energy work to separate ourselves from that.
And I've talked about this so much that I have several reels now,
a YouTube short, I'm sure, and more information in my group about it.
So it's something that comes up a lot, but I love, love to rub my hands together

(05:42):
and to start doing circles around my head and just say a little prayer about
how I've done all I can with this energy that I'm carrying.
I cannot do anymore. And so now I'm releasing it back to the divine.
And that just, I mean, I can feel the shift when that happens.
It feels so much better to

(06:03):
be able to say i'm sorry i mean i don't i don't
know what else to do and i have to be able to live my
life i have to be productive i have to be able to feel joy right i can't just
keep taking this other feeling on so being able to separate yourself from that
is also a good idea but when those days come where you're just like okay this
totally is awful i don't want want anything to do with it.

(06:27):
If you could do this practice to kind of separate the energy,
but then also dive into those thoughts and say, I know that you're nervous about whatever's coming up.
I know that you feel embarrassed by something that happened yesterday.
I know that you didn't like that experience.

(06:47):
But the Aubrey today is really focused on being happy.
And so I cannot focus on these negative thoughts anymore.
And just see how much that would dismiss for you. Is that going to fix everything? No, no, no, no.
Right? I do deeper work and I work on people's.

(07:13):
Telling your conscious mind just to release something is not always going to be the ultimate thing.
However, it can absolutely shift you out of a current mood.
It can absolutely take you from being upset about something and allow you to
get back into, it doesn't matter.
I'm going to move on with my life. I have a lot of big things to do.

(07:34):
I love myself. I care for myself and I owe myself more.
It absolutely can do that in the moment. So it's important to have all these these different tools,
you know, ready to be used for your life in order to create this kind of daily
magical existence that is happy and joyful and all those things that every single

(07:54):
one of us want at all times.
So, all right, guys, let me know if this was helpful. If you haven't had a chance

I did just release a meditation for attracting clients to your creative business.

(08:19):
So people who listen to this podcast are probably going to want that.
The sign up will be in the show notes.
And as always, we are currently accepting new women to come into the We Are
Magnetic women membership.
This is something like what we talked about today. This is something that we work on often.
We'll bring in things that are happening currently in your life and be able

(08:42):
to break them down and actually do some subconscious release on them so that you get to move on.
It's a beautiful place to be. It's super supportive. It's a lovely group of ladies.
Everybody who signs up now will get a one-on-one session with me,
a standalone session, which you guys know I stopped doing doing about a little over a year ago.

(09:05):
So you can get that for free if you join us before it starts on Monday.
So this will come out Friday. So you have a few days.
And starting on Monday, when we start our course, we're going to be working
on intuitive calibration.
So it's going to be a really powerful lesson.
We have three days of that this month, and then we have the normal group Q&A at the end of the month.

(09:31):
So I'd love to have you guys in there. I absolutely am just so passionate about
being able to share these classes with women as I'm building them.
It's been amazing. amazing. It's been just super powerful and inspiring for
me and for them. So it's a beautiful relationship.
And I know I'm going to carry you guys with me forever because I don't know

(09:53):
if I'm going to do this membership again next year.
But I do know that in the meantime, it's a really amazing place to be.
So all right, guys, have a beautiful day. We will talk very soon.
And please let me know if you have any questions you want to submit for the podcast.
I'm always open to to covering topics that you guys have on your minds right now. So just let me know.

(10:16):
