There are different levels of pain. However, the intensity can feel the same. People are different, and the way they process, and cope are also different. There are no right or wrong ways of knowing how to prepare for a level that can turn deadly. Suicide is real, the victims are not actors, they are real live people that need survival in a world feeling no alternative. Most suicidal victims don't want to die, they just want the pain to stop. In this episode, I will go over a variety of feelings and emotions as well as some of my own stories. I will also touch base on how to help. We as a whole, need to give more compassion and understanding and be non-judgmental. There are statistics that try to define the numbers of victims in the world.
