Diese Folge hat mich unheimlich berührt. Heute ist die liebe Sarah zu Gast im Interview und berichtet von ihrer eigenen Reise hin zu mehr Selbstliebe.
Im Alter von 4 Jahren machte Sarah ihre erste Diät. Darauf folgten viele Jahre des Kampfes, ständige Essanfälle und das Gefühl, alles mit Druck und Kontrolle machen zu müssen. Binge Eating, Essanfälle, Bulimie.
Sarah kämpfte stark gegen sich, ihren Körper und das Essen. Doch eigentlich betäubte sie ihre Emotionen und traumatischen Ereignisse mit Essen.
Denn der Wunsch nach Anerkennung und Liebe, den sie im Außen suchte, fand sie jetzt letztendlich im Inneren. Heute hat Sarah endlich ihr Strahlen wiedergefunden und weiß aus tiefem Herzen heraus, dass sie wertvoll und wichtig ist.
