Heute hörst du ein wahres Motivations-Wunder. Die liebe Nici erzählt von ihrem ganz persönlichen Marathon-Erlebnis in Dresden 2024.
Nici’s erster Marathon soll eine emotionale Achterbahnfahrt werden, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.
Das Coaching mit mir bekam Nici als ein Geburtstagsgeschenk. Obwohl sie erst Zweifel hatte, ob sie einen Marathon schaffen könnte, hat sie sich getraut! Sie läuft nämlich eigentlich erst seit 1 Jahr regelmäßig und hatte bisher einen Halbmarathon-Finish, der eher schlecht als recht war.
Doch es war klar, Nici wird das schaffen. Sie hatte die volle Unterstützung ihrer wunderbaren Familie und hat alles durchgezogen!
Sie hatte so viel Spass bei ihren Trainings, es lief einfach - außer der Erkältung kurz vorher.
Dann kam der großen Tag, Dresden Marathon 2024. Ihre Familie war am Start und auf der Strecke, eine mega Fangemeinde!
Und an diesem Tag durfte Nici erleben, dass alle Gefühle Platz haben dürfen: Erschöpfung, Unwohlsein, Zweifel, Freudentränen und unbändiger Stolz.
Vor allem als ihre Tochter sie vor dem Zieleinlauf empfing und beide durchs Ziel liefen, waren es Emotionen pur. Diesen Lauf hat sie einem ganz besonderem Menschen in ihrem Leben gewidmet.
Wem, das hör dir am besten selbst an.
Eines ist klar, Marathon ist mehr als ein sehr langer Lauf, es ist eine Lebensleistung und .....
