What is a Human Connection Amplifier? Conversation with Oleg Lougheed

Ya know, when we ask people, ‘what do you do’ - we often hear a response of a title, a descriptor of a task, a list of accomplishments.But, these are simply words to help paint a picture of what type of job, career, service, product someone offers.

When I was introduced to Oleg by a mutual acquaintance, I was instantly intrigued by his LinkedIn title of Human Connection Amplifier.

Starting out with a challenging childhood of neglect, alcoholism and poverty, Oleg developed his entrepreneurial spirit out of necessity and survival.

In 2005 he was adopted by a family in a new land, offering a new opportunity for new connections and a new life.  Forced by circumstances to make changes for survival, adopted children often give up pieces of their being, their names, their language, their culture and memories.

Oleg’s mission is to help others uncover and rewrite their story.  He offers services through team building and leadership development.  He likes to dig deep to reveal the thought processes, beliefs and patterns to reveal your most vulnerable and empowering moments as you transform your journey.
