What is the last step in becoming a professional Podcast Producer?


Simple, get even BETTER at what you do.

It may sound ridiculously simple, and it is, but that doesn’t mean it is always easy. 

For the rest of your career, you are going to be on this step. And nobody is going to be taking it for you any more than they did for the other ones. It is up to you to continue to level up your craft so that you can be the professional you want to be and get paid what you want to get paid.
