If you're a Gen Xer, you know that we're a unique generation, born between 1965 and 1980. We were raised by the trailblazing Baby Boomers and came of age during the tech revolution, giving us the best of both worlds. But let's be real, midlife can bring its fair share of challenges and changes. It's easy to feel stuck or unsure of what's next. My goal is to help us navigate these challenges and tap into our full potential.
In this first episode, I introduce the pod and myself and encourage you to embrace the power of change to make the most of your midlife and beyond.
