(00:29):
Welcome to Ingredient Intel. I'm your Ingredient Investigator,
and I spend hours combing through articles, publications, and studies to bring
you intel on ingredients and products that can harm your health.
But it's not all bad news, because I also share ingredients you can use that
is actually good for your health.
So I'm really excited to share with you today what I've discovered.

(00:50):
But first I need to tell you that I've spent 30 plus years helping people,
both as an educator in and out of the classroom and then also as a personal trainer.
And I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Science
degree in Health Education and I just love helping people. So let's get started.
We're inundated constantly with toxins, you know, from our food,

(01:11):
the air and the water and our environment and that's why it's so important to
take a detox supplement daily, but not just any supplement, one that is clean,
organic and completely natural.
And the only one I will recommend and one that I take myself is called Purify from 3 International.
It consists of advanced cleansing herbs and fulvic acid, and it works at the

(01:34):
cellular level to support five of your organs, your liver, lungs,
colon, kidneys, and skin.
Now, not only does it remove toxins, it also increases nutrient absorption in the body.
And what is exciting about this product is that it can help support a healthy weight too.
You see, it's harder to lose weight when your body is fighting to get rid of

(01:55):
unwanted toxins and heavy metal toxins.
To learn more about Purify, you can go to my website, jeannieolson.3international.com,
and I'll also have that in the show notes.
Okay, on with the show. So it's the hard, cold truth that where I live here
in eastern Idaho, which is part of the United States, we've been having a drought

(02:15):
even though our reservoirs are full.
In fact, most of the western states here in North America, like California,
Idaho, Oregon, and now Montana, they have these huge fires.
My cousin just had to evacuate. She lives up in Montana, and I know how that
feels because, like, you don't have a whole lot of warning. morning,
usually the deputy sheriff comes to your door and says, you know,

(02:38):
I need to look outside, look what's happening.
You need to get your things and you need to evacuate.
And it's really cool because a lot of people come to help you that some people
that you don't even know, but it's very upsetting because your whole livelihood is being uprooted.
You're taking things out of your house. You have to get all of your animals
moved. And so it's very, very stressful.

(03:01):
But it seems like a lot of people are having to evacuate right now because we've
had unusually hot dry conditions and smoke in the air is like a constant thing.
It seems like there's a new fire cropping up every day.
And then of course here in Idaho agriculture is big and so unfortunately some
of the fires have been started by farming equipment but most have been started

(03:24):
by lightning strikes and then sadly some are even caused by humans.
My husband and I are volunteer wildland firefighters so we've had to go out
on a few fires and it's really disheartening to see the destruction that fire can cause.
Now there's a concern over the aggressive nature of these fires.
Some of the firefighters are reporting that the fires seem to burn differently

(03:47):
and they burn in every direction not just in one direction.
In every direction all at the same time. And I always thought to myself,
well, it's just because the landscape is so dry.
But it turns out there's more to it.
Now, you're probably asking, what does this have to do with the ingredients
in our foods? But keep listening, and I'm going to explain more.

(04:09):
Have you ever noticed that on some clear days, there seems to be more chemtrails
in the sky, and then some days there's none?
You know, those white lines in the skies that seem to come from in the airplanes,
and sometimes they even seem crisscrossed.
In fact, there's videos now showing these airplanes that are turning off and
on these spray nozzles as they fly through the sky.

(04:30):
Now, friends and family members have been trying to tell me for years that these
chemtrails are actually harming us, and I just laugh at them,
you know, say, oh, it's just the jet exhaust, and it's going to dissipate into
the atmosphere. You know, what's the problem with that?
Well, Well, turns out I was wrong, because it didn't dawn on me that not all
of the airplanes left this trail.

(04:52):
That's why I want to tell you about atmospheric spraying and geoengineering.
Now I'm not going to go into too much detail, and I certainly don't want to
get political, but briefly, geoengineering, okay, this is a way to cool the
atmosphere so the earth won't heat up.
So it's done in two ways, and one is by sucking carbon dioxide out of the sky,

(05:13):
so the atmosphere will trap less heat.
And the second way is by reflecting more sunlight away from the planet so less heat is absorbed.
This is done by setting up sun shields in space or dispersing microscopic particles
into the air in various ways.
And this makes the coastal clouds more reflective. It also dissipates heat-trapping

(05:35):
clouds and then also scatters sunlight into the atmosphere.
Now, one way geoengineering is done is by atmospheric spraying,
where they spray the particles through an aerosol into the atmosphere.
And that's how you get these chemtrails from the aircraft. Not just airplanes, but also balloons.
I don't know if you remember about a year ago, there was a low-flying balloon

(05:57):
that went across the United States, and no one seemed to know where it came from.
Well, I personally think that it just got out of the airspace it was supposed
to be in because it was spraying aerosols and it came too low.
So, you know, my question is how many balloons are really out there that we can't even see?
Okay, now, why would they want to do this? Okay, and I'm talking about government officials.

(06:18):
Okay, and you've probably guessed it by now, they're saying that it helps with global warming.
Now, this episode isn't about whether or not global warming is actually happening.
I do have my own opinion about that. But what it is about is what global leaders
and agencies say it's doing and what, in fact, it's actually doing.
Okay, for one thing, it is causing life-threatening destructive wildland fires

(06:42):
and is taking out anything in its path. So let me explain a little further.
Because I want to explain to you how it's affecting our food supply,
our air that we breathe, and then our water and our health.
And at the end, I'm going to give you some tips on what you can do.
So here's the gist of it. Okay, although there's countless forms of human activity

(07:02):
that may damage the climate and biosphere,
Illegal global climate engineering or solar radiation management operations
are causing catastrophic wildfires all over the globe.
Okay, how are they doing this? Okay, specifically through the geoengineering
and atmospheric spraying.
And what this climate engineering aerosol spraying is doing is it's triggering

(07:24):
dry lightning, which is a cloud-to-ground lightning strike, and it's potentially
destroying the ozone layer.
And all this time, I thought it was from my hairspray. Thank you.
It's also contaminating soils, and it covered everything on the ground with
incendiary dust, okay, and that's a flammable dust.
So trees, plants, rooftops are being covered.

(07:47):
Do you ever wonder why the government is pushing for white rooftops on all the buildings and homes?
Okay, now they're saying is it because it reflects more heat away from the ground,
but I think also because if the roof is dark, then you can't see the dust on it.
Okay, now I'm going to talk more about this dust in a little bit.
Okay, here is why the western United States has so many wildfires.

(08:09):
The chemicals that are being sprayed on and near the west coast is causing the
west to burn up and the east to cool down.
Now what's interesting is they will flip this and manipulate the weather in
the east so where the east burns up and the west cools down.
So basically they're playing God, right?
Now what the atmospheric spraying does, it reflects the heat back up into to

(08:32):
the atmosphere by creating a canopy or a shield.
So the sun's rays don't penetrate the earth and they're reflected back into the space.
And then these particles stay up in the atmosphere for about one to two years
and then they fall back onto the earth, a little thing called gravity.
And when it falls back to earth, then they're dusting anything that grows with

(08:52):
these flammable chemicals.
Okay, so what are these chemicals? What are they spraying? What's in the aerosol?
Now, there's been some pretty bad fires down in Mount Shasta,
California, and on that fire they did dozens of lab tests.
And what they confirmed from that fire was they were off the chart levels of
aluminum, barium, and strontium.

(09:14):
Anyway, all of which have been shown to be toxic to humans, animals, and plants.
You're probably asking, who's funding this? Well, Bill Gates is one,
not surprising, and then there's apparently 12 others. And the annual cost to
do this, annual, every year, is $3.5 billion.
Now, some experts are considering this biological and weather warfare on the

(09:37):
human population, because it's occurring all over the world.
Portugal, right now, is going through the same thing that the United States is going through.
And just like the FDA, which I feel has no regard for human health,
these agencies, I think, are doing it all for the sake of money.
But whatever reason they're doing it for, you know, it can be debated.

(09:58):
Is it to intentionally harm us, or do they really think it's helping to cool down the planet?
Now, I don't have the answers to this, but I do know it is happening.
And if you want to find out more about this geoengineering, you can go to a
website. It's geoengineeringwatch.org.
You can find out more about it there.
What I'm doing today is telling you what chemicals are besieging our food and

(10:20):
water supplies, and then what we as individuals can do to try and protect ourselves. cells.
So I want to go through these chemicals, what they are, and the harmful effects
of each. So the first one is aluminum oxide.
Okay, now this promotes the onset and progression of Alzheimer's disease.
In fact, it is responsible for 60 to 70 percent of the cases.

(10:42):
It is considered a neurotoxin, so it affects your nervous system,
and they are finding higher levels found in brain tissue.
So now we're seeing more autism, so that's one reason why autism is so prevalent.
And they're actually calling it a silent pandemic.
And then there's environmental barium. Now, barium is sometimes used in the

(11:03):
medical field, like if they want to do an imaging of your esophagus or your stomach.
But they're finding it in drinking water. And they've also found it in plant foods.
And it's causing kidney disease, neurological disorders, cardiovascular diseases,
mental and metabolic disorders.
Okay, now this strontium, that's a chemical, and it's taken in by the plants through the root.

(11:28):
So basically, it's killing these plants in the trees from the bottom up.
What's crazy about it is that it resembles calcium, so it's accumulating in
the bones, and then it's causing bone cancer.
The next one is cadminium, and this is a metal.
It's probably why they use it, because it helps to reflect heat.
And it's causing respiratory and digestive problems, depending on how you're

(11:52):
exposed, whether it's through your food or your air.
And long-term exposure is causing kidney disease, lung disease,
immune problems, fragile bones, nervous system problems, and even lung cancer.
And then we have microplastics. And these are found in the air,
the water, the soil, food, and even human organs.

(12:12):
So basically, they're just small pieces of plastic.
So they're smaller than the tiniest grain of sand or a fraction of the width
of a human hair. So very, very small.
And you're exposed through oral intake, inhalation, or skin contact.
And what it can do is damage your DNA, cause organ dysfunction.

(12:35):
Neurotoxicity, can infiltrate the brain, and also it's tied to different types
of cancers, can cause reproductive and developmental toxicity.
And it's actually been found in people's bloodstreams and embedded deep into
lung tissue and even in placentas. That is so scary.
Okay, and the last chemical I'm going to talk about, and there might be more,

(12:55):
These are the ones that I found in my research, but they're called sulfate aerosols,
and they actually help to scatter sunlight, and they absorb solar radiation.
And basically what it is, is
liquid sulfuric acid. Okay, the same stuff that's found in volcanic ash.
When a volcano erupts, they're saying that it has a cooling effect on the Earth,

(13:17):
like maybe one and a half degrees, like big deal, right?
But it's the sulfuric acid that concerns me, that they're putting this into
the atmosphere, because it reminds me of when Mount St. Helens erupted.
It was back in 1980, and I was 16 years old.
It was in the state of Washington, and basically what it did,
the ash spread to 11 different states that were nearby and also into Canada.

(13:41):
And this ash, this sulfuric acid, had to be washed off all of our vehicles and
all our farming equipment, our house roofs.
Now, where I lived, everything was dusted. you could plainly see it.
Now my sister lived about seven hours closer to the volcanic ash and she could scoop it up.

(14:02):
In fact, she sent us a couple of pint jars full of this ash.
It was just a gray powdery ash, but that's how much they had there.
So you can imagine what that is going to do to your health, right, if you breathe that in.
And now they're finding, because of that, that a lot of people are having lung disease.
So, it's pretty scary, and you're thinking, what could we possibly do,

(14:24):
because we cannot control what's coming out of the sky and what's penetrating
the plants. But there are some things you can do.
First of all, you can wash all of your produce, and even wash the organic, okay.
And I know they have some, like, vegetable washes out there that you can get,
and I did mention on one of my episodes using baking soda, and you just,
like, soak your vegetables or your fruit into this baking soda water solution for about 15 minutes.

(14:50):
You can also take a daily detox supplement like Purify. I can't stress that
enough because you need to give your body some extra help, right?
You also need to take a high quality nutritional supplement to help protect your cells.
And the Three International has a great vitamin mineral supplement called Vitalitas.
So you should check that one out.
Some other things you can do is you can filter your drinking water and then

(15:13):
also drink plenty of water. That helps to flush the toxins out.
Find an air purifier for your home. Now when you're going out and you can't
just stay in your home forever, right?
If you're going to go out and about, wearing a mask will not help.
It doesn't even help with viruses because the virus or these particles are too small.
So basically you're just kind of breathing in your own carbon dioxide and it's not healthy.

(15:37):
Okay, but there are some reassuring facts. Okay, Our bodies are designed to
filter out toxins through your liver, your kidneys, and even through your skin,
which is done through sweating.
So if you can visit a sauna, that's a great way to sweat and get those toxins out.
Also, you can give your body some help. Before you go on a daily detox,
I would do a 7-10 day detox, maybe with lemon juice. That's a good one, lemon juice and water.

(16:03):
Do that detox and then start on a general daily detox.
Like I mentioned, the one that's called Purify that I take. And the last thing
I'll mention is that to do intermittent fasting, not just for weight loss,
but that can actually help your body to detox.
If you can reach that 16-hour mark of not eating anything, then your body goes into autophagy.

(16:25):
And this actually is where your cells are going to clean themselves out.
And with intermittent fasting, I can actually go 14 hours, and I don't really feel hungry.
It's it's really crazy but I
don't and my blood sugars are more stable and I
think it just makes your body work better and
it's a it's really healthy for you so I would look into that but most importantly

(16:48):
don't live in fear okay we can't control what's happening in the atmosphere
but we can take measures to protect ourself and before I forget I want to mention
that if you want a list of my resources for this episode, you know, just shoot me an email.
It's lifetop7 at gmail.com and I'd be glad to send those to you.
Well, I hope you found this episode helpful.

(17:11):
Please share it with someone who you think could benefit from it.
And I want to leave you with a quote from Elizabeth Elliot.
Sometimes life is so hard, you can only do the next thing.
Well, whatever that is, just do the next thing and God will meet you there. He loves you and so do I.
