Derek Wolfe

Aron welcomes Super Bowl Champion Derek Wolfe to the KifaruCast Studio. He and Aron sit down in studio to go over the total cluster that is Colorado lately, with the introduction of wolves, the potential ban on lion hunting, and everything else that hunters and outdoorsmen are facing. Photographer and Videographer Lane Walters also chimes in behind the scenes as a long time Colorado resident. They also dive into Derek's upcoming mountain goat hunt with Aron up in British Columbia and the training Derek is putting into preparation for this hunt. And then we take a more serious turn and discuss some of the lingering effects of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, or CTE, which is a progressive degenerative disease affecting people who have suffered repeated concussions and traumatic brain injuries. Both Aron and Derek have had their fair share of injuries and they discuss some of their darker days when dealing with CTE.
