Die Forschung zeigt, dass wir als Menschen ständig einen inneren Konflikt, zwischen langfristig richtigen Entscheidungen und kurzfristigem Impuls bewältigen müssen. Dieser Konflikt scheint durch innere und äußere Umstände beeinflusst zu sein.
Wir lernen, dass Menschen unter Hunger und sexueller Begierde eher zum kurzfristigen Impuls neigen, während wir unter Harndrang eher die besseren Entscheidungen treffen. Die Studie ist spannend, aber uns ist am Ende nicht ganz klar war wir daraus für unser Leben lernen können.
