Close Your Eyes and Stay Awake...

When is silence hurtful? When is it helpful? How do you know the difference? In this episode, join Ruthie Ayzenberg in a meaningful conversation with the delightful Andrea Longini, communications professional and M.A. in Rhetoric, as they explore the transformative power of silence, from the ways in which silence harms to the ways in which it can heal. Hear personal stories, recommended therapeutic modalities, wisdom from the ancients and a demo you can participate in.
