Corinnas Lebensmotto lautet: "Der einzige Weg aus der Angst führt durch die Angst hindurch." Diese Worte hat sie am eigenen Leib erfahren. Nach zahlreichen Reisen mit Höhen und Tiefen fand sie sich in einem Stillstand wieder. Panikattacken, ein eingeschränktes Leben – doch für Corinna war Aufgeben keine Option. Sie kämpfte sich zurück, suchte sich Hilfe und unternahm schließlich eine sechsmonatige Reise nach Mexiko als ultimative Mutprobe. In unserer heutigen Folge teilt sie ihre Erlebnisse, wie sie zurück ins Leben fand und ihre Erfahrungen nun beruflich weitergibt.
